We understand that things happen, but having to waste an extra hour with little ones in full Easter outfits was incredibly frustrating. Fast forward to this year, and somehow the experience was even more disappointing. We scheduled our appointment for 11:30 and arrived early at 11:15 with our whole crew ready to go, only to walk into complete chaos. They were unable to print pictures, had staff on speakerphone asking for help, and were checking families in in a way that came across as rude and unprofessional. The first appointment of the day took nearly an hour just to receive their prints and leave, which immediately backed everything up. What was most frustrating was seeing walk-ins taken before scheduled appointments while staff appeared to still be setting up on Easter weekend. Again, we understand that technical issues happen, but the lack of preparation, professionalism, and communication made this a really disappointing experience for our family. What started as a tradition is now something we're seriously reconsidering for next year.

The first thing I saw a funny Santa shirt in my size for $4. Annndddd, done. We did a quick walk through as we were rarely tired. I saw quite a few items a liked, some on tables for $6 or $4. The lower priced items were piled messily. But in fairness the store was really busy and just a few days before Christmas I can understand some chaos. The line was intimidatingly long, but moved really quickly. When our turn came, the staff were smiley and helpful, impressive given the pace they were keeping. I will most definitely repeat here!

Their employees are not paid!!!! The 90% off sales are insane and We love seeing their volunteers friendly faces every time we go in. Being a Single mom of 2 boys this place has been an absolute blessing for name brand clothing for them and the best spot for teacher and classmate gifts! Saved a ton of money buying nice used sports equipment here as well. I go once a week at least sometimes twice. As far as the mask comments, I choose not to wear one. The volunteers are of many ethnic backgrounds and I've never , ever seen any racially motivated anything happening in this store !!!
