First time visiting a GW Boutique on 3-13-25. Tara and Basheerah were very helpful and welcoming. The selection of brand name clothing was robust and the prices were on point for the value. Absolute Horrible customer service! The receipts and return policy are misleading and they don't refund. the prices are WAY overpriced. They used to have half price off certain tags... they no longer offer any punch cards or loyalty programs for future discounts. Don't waste time or money here. You can find better deals elsewhere matched with sales or coupons. They Only have 2 dressing rooms with poor lighting. money grab! overall disappointed. read more

This is a well organized store with many desirable brands. I have been able to find nice suits for work that would retail for over $100 for under $20 here. Best of all, the proceeds benefit local Goodwill Programs to help train and develop their clients for the workforce. The store has a nice layout so you can easily find the type of garment and the size. There are fitting rooms for you to try before you buy. The location is on Hwy 377 in Keller so it is very easy to reach. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking to shop for nice clothing and get more for their money. read more

This is the BEST store! It's the best of Goodwill.the store is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The ladies were SOOOO nice and helpful! Everything was laid out so great by type of clothes and sizes. The have a restroom (for those long shopping days)! Tuesdays is senior citizen day with an extra 25% off! Great value! And they had some red ticket items that were an extra 50% off!! I'll be hittin this place up monthly!! read more

This place is a hidden gem! The employees are very nice and helpful. Everything was organized by color, size and style. Very neat store and great designer brands. I was super excited about this place. I am a re-sale/vintage whore. I am. I love me some plato's closet and goodwill and am not ashamed to wave that flag!! Gently used could be a major find in my opinion! I have a vintage clutch that some girl decided to give to plato's closet for $4 and that bad boy is soooo cute.... ANYwho..... I was super excited to go in here and see what goods they were pumping out since they boasted Banana Republic, Gap, and Express. I thought at least I'll be able to find a cute purse............................. *crickets* I got nothing.....I lie. I did get a "teacher" shirt made by the Gap. Very cute, very conservative for $8. But that's all. I drove all the way out to Keller for that?!? Not to mention when I walked in both clerks looked at me like I was crazy, which was very awkward. They shouldn't boast this as a "boutique" simply because the things in here aren't in tip top shape. The super goodwill on industrial is way better than this one....swap names. ONLY if your near here check it out because driving out of your way probably won't be worth it. read more

This is a good place to find name brand clothing that is clearly marked in the NWT (new with tags) sections. If you luck out, you may even find the color of the week in that section and get 50% off. I left a star off because the racks are very crowded together and it's hard to maneuver through there. Always running into someone. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! If you love getting a good deal, but hate spending the time going through racks and racks of clothing at all of the Goodwills in the metroplex - THIS iS YOUR STORE. gw boutique is a place that is set up like a boutique - not a Goodwill - they scout the Goodwills for the best items and then sell them here. Clothing seems to be higher priced, but you have the convenience and nicer store to off set the pennies. They have designer clothing, rounder racks, designated by size and item, even have sales on the color tags. I bought 3 dresses, 2 tops and a necklace. And you get your purchases in a nice paper bag with handles, not the thin plastic bags. Dressing rooms are large and clean. There is a public restroom. The staff was super nice! read more

I will say this goodwill is small so it's easier to sift through things. They have things organized by size and clothing type quite well. They also have racks that are clearly marked NWT (although it bugs be they cut off part of the tag where the original price was). It is clean and staff is friendly. With that being said, this place is pricey!! You will find a ton of Loft, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, etc marked at a min of $11 up to $20. Any brands that are slightly more "upscale" will be more. Any savvy shopper can achieve nearly those prices on a clearance sale at the actual store. It could've been when I was there but designer stuff was not to be found. Also this place is in the middle of nowhere. If you're looking for those brands, I would go to your local thrift because they are also flooded with those brands for half the price. read more

They want way too much money for used clothes just because it still has tags on them. Do you know how easy it is to put tags back on something that had already been worn or to simply not even take the tags off and ware it. The people's attitude that work here, one would think they worked at the Galleria or Neiman's. read more

Don't come here looking for your ordinary goodwill. They are more upscale and very small, hence the boutique in the name. They have a lot of items that still have the original Store tag on them. The clerk was super friendly. read more

Ok, I don't know what other people are smoking, but this place is where it's at. Just last week, I got a brand new ANTHROPLOGIE dress in here WITH THE TAGS still on! $138 dress for.....$13.80 people. I've gotten numerous pieces from Express, most recently a bright blue dress shirt for $8. A Banana Republic blazer for $13, Anne Taylor silk dress for $9. A Vera Wang skirt, brand new with tags, $60 skirt for $6. GAP dark denim skirt for $8. And these are just some of the recent things I have bought from there in the last 6 months. Granted, it's Good Will, so they get new stuff every week, so sometimes it's hit or miss. Sometimes, I go in and I'm not impressed, other times I go in and buy TONS of stuff. And of course, you have to have time to go through the pieces. And I can't hardly shop at Plato's anymore, because I am a women. I'm still in my 20's, but I can't pull off teen fashions anymore and let's be honest, I have curves. So, all the size 0,2,4 stuff that Plato's carries does NOT fit my body. Another good thing about this place is they do carry plus sizes for those who are interested. All in all, this place is a little gem. If you lives 20 miles or so away, I saw it's worth the drive. Otherwise, I say skip it if you think you will be disappointed if it's just not your "hit" day here and you drove a long way. I live a mile down the street, so I am a frequent shopper. If you are a fan of Clothes Mentor, I think you will love this place. It's the same type of place, but the clothes are cheaper. read more

I'm actually quite fond of this little store. My daughter's involved in both school theater and community theater, and we've often needed to help supply costume pieces. We've always found a nice variety of items in her size - suit jackets, designer tops, winter coats, etc. I've shopped here a half dozen times. I wouldn't hesitate to visit the store again. read more

Everything is very overpriced for a "goodwill" but the reason I write this review is for the lack of customer service and friendliness. Three workers behind the counter and two of them were just standing there staring at the line of people instead of opening up the other register. I found this store on accident while in the area. It is neat and well organized. I have found multiple pieces of clean, moderate brand clothing (including jeans, pants, shorts, nicer tops, and sweaters) for very low prices. It's a great way to build or supplement a wardrobe without spending a lot, all while helping out a good cause. The ladies working here have always been very friendly and helpful. Please note that there is only one dressing room - if someone decides to take 100 items in there to try on all afternoon, you're kind of stuck (as happened to me on one visit). Luckily if you just need to try something on quickly, they do have a restroom you can use. Overall, it's just a great thrift store and I will keep shopping here. read more

I am home from college (Lubbock) and I decided to check out a few stores near me. I might as well since Lubbock has well...nothing much. I found this store easily because I live in the Keller area. I did not expect too much going into the store. The store was a cute thing. I LOVE it. I have already been there twice in one week. They do have cute clothes ranging from $4.99-7.99 (from the clothes I looked at). They had brand names mainly Gap. I did see American Eagle, Aeropostle, Banana Republic, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hillfiger, etc clothing. Some looked fairly new...some looked old and wrinkly. They do have a few purses to choose from, same goes for jewelry and shoes. The one thing I do have to rant about is...WHY are there only TWO fitting rooms? I went on the weekend...and some women seriously love themselves too much to stare in the mirror for 30 minutes...for 4 pieces of clothing...seriously? Anyways, I did buy about 10 pieces of clothing (mainly skirts and shirts). My advice is to not expect too much and you will feel better about the outcome, like I did. read more
