    I had a very disappointing customer service experience at the Grand Prairie location…read more I attempted to return a few seasonal items due to better pricing at another store. While there, I noticed the newly discounted price was even more attractive so I decided to repurchase. As a Perk member, I understand the store promotes benefits such as hassle-free returns and no questions asked. In the past, I have never experienced any issues with returns or repurchasing items at adjusted pricing. But on this visit, the store manager, Cassandra, refused to honor the store policy stating that we do not do price matching and that I cannot return items and repurchase them. First, I never asked for price adjustment; I simply stated that I was returning them and then repurchasing them and buying more of the same items. I reference the return policy which was right on the counter and ironically, she stated that was not applicable to me. I asked her to please call her manager over. She left and came back after a few minutes with the store director, Lory, who agreed with her. I asked both managers to clearly explain how my return fell outside of policy guidelines, especially since I had my receipt and was well within the return window (less than 30 days; as a perk member you actually receive additional 30 days to return). Initially, they declined to assist. It was only after I asked how to escalate the matter that the director agreed to proceed, noting that the transaction required manual input because the system would not automatically recognize it. They even had the nerve to question why I was returning to this store vs going back to the store of purchase, which was located in Oklahoma (not sure why in heck this was a concern but truly showed me their ignorance). The overall interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational and inconsistent with the customer-friendly policies the store advertises. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and clarity. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. I guess the term "the customer is always right" has been tossed out the window. I'm afraid to even question what happened to common sense? I wish there was an option for a "No Star" rating because they surely earned it with this one!

We found a couple ornaments but nothing close to what we were hoping for, and staff was scarce on the floor. Not sure if this is representative of the store or the season, but I won't be back until the holidays are over.

This location is fairly large with an outlet center, play area for children, and coffee bar. The employees were helpful and didn't hound me as I was looking at other items. I went through their formal inspection process, which confirmed one inch of sagging, and was told that does not meet the warranty threshold of 1.5 inches. So apparently I need to keep sleeping on a failing mattress and wait until it gets worse before they will help me. I offered to pay the difference toward a replacement. I offered to accept store credit. I asked for a partial refund. Every option was declined. I have now spoken to multiple people, been escalated twice, and received the same answer each time: not our problem. At no point did anyone make a genuine effort to find a solution. I was told to come back in three months when the sagging gets worse. That is not customer service, that is stalling. The math here is simple. I am either stuck with a $1,500 mattress that is falling apart, or I buy a new one and I am out $3,000+. Living Spaces has made it clear they are comfortable with that outcome. If you are considering a large purchase here, especially a mattress, think carefully. The product warranty sounds good until you actually need to use it.

When we entered the department in frames a male and female worker was in department never did once acknowledge nor ask us to be helped as we continue to look around and made several eye contact as we were repeatedly ignored. Finally I rung bell after they both walked away. A male came with an attitude as if we bothered him ask what you want. I said I want to be helped. I expressed that I sent many years in management and sales and found their lack of concern unexceptable. Especially when we are there to make purchases. His name tag said Daniel. Their was frustration on both our part however I felt right to have that sense of frustration due to being totally ignored. He did try to help as we moved on to why we were there. I asked if sale on frames. He said sale was off and didn't know when corporate would have another said could be maybe 2 weeks. We said will just check periodically. As we headed back to front if store near exit of store I asked a employee person at register when will sale be back. She said sale on now started today April 13, 2026 said on all week. Told her what happened she said he should've know that. We decided not to go back to picture frame department to purchase due to the false information. We didn't want to purchase anything at Hobby Loby after being told false information. Oh by the way did I mention we are an elderly Black couple. This sure looks like discrimination based on our past experiences with racism. I will definitely be looking into spreading my experiences throughout the Dallas and Grand Prairie Tx area. I have been a customer for decades and only at this store location 1 other time which the sale person was super very friendly informative and helped me make perfect choice for the picture I brought to frame. This 2nd visit with my husband was unexceptable. He vowed to never go back. I agreed. Maybe Home Goods will have a better experience and customer service skills when spending your money and tax dollars. Hope this is addressed with the proper attention. Hobby Lobby need better customer service workshop. The customer is always right THE 1st thing learned with sales. I will know to share my expertise. Feel free to contact me. Jessica was awesome to talk with about what I needed for my office. She made great recommendations and gave me options that fit my needs. It was very helpful to talk it through with someone experienced like Jessica and her team. They were very professional and made my office look amazing! As we all know how the delivery of furniture could take a long time, however Jessica made it happen faster than I expected. I knew the table would be a great addition to my living room, which I was redesigning at the time. She responded almost immediately to my initial inquiry and provided specs and details about the piece in order to help me make my decision. I purchased both an end table and the coffee table, which both arrived within 3 business days of placing the order! Both pieces were very easy to assemble with simple instructions. In addition to the tables, the Owner took the time to understand what vision I had for my re-design. After sharing a few images from my Pinterest board and photos of my living room, she went to work by recommending pieces that fit the design scheme. I fell in love with a wood and white oversized mirror that fit the design perfectly. I purchased two mirrors and upon arrival, noticed the mirrors were heavy, high quality materials that were worth the minimal investment. The pieces that I have purchased from CHC are gorgeous and high quality and the customer service is unmatched. The owner takes the time to understand what you're looking for and will make recommendations from her vast catalog of products.. I will definitely buy from CHC again!
