I don't know why people forget this store is here but if I have something specific in mind that I want to get, this is where I usually go and most times can locate it with success. I recently went and they reorganized the store. It's a million times better in there. There's a clear separation of departments. You can move easily between racks of clothing. The store was clean and so were the dressing rooms. I highly suggest you avoid going on Friday and Saturday evenings. In my experience those are the busiest times and you'll most surely be stuck waiting in a massive line. But you can find some one of a kind gems here. Don't wave them off.

If you use "Star Money" points on a purchase and later have to return your items, their system breaks down and shortchanges your actual cash. On a total out-of-pocket spend of roughly $60 across two items, their system only refunded me approximately $50 when I returned everything. An online supervisor admitted the glitch but refused a manual fix because of my lack of "prior purchase history." Do not fall for the Star Money trap--their system will steal your hard-earned credit card funds on a 100% complete return. Macy's Corporate needs to fix this error and refund my account.
