Chronically understaffed, and out of nearly everything they advertised or had on display. Mismatched shoes, huge lines, you name it. It's not like it's any secret the holiday season is a busy time for shopping, so there's no excuse for them to have so few employees on the floor. The workers there were wonderful and sweet, which is the reason I'm giving this place two stars instead of one. The organization and management skills of whoever (or whatever computer algorithm) decided to staff so few employees, however - WTF. read more

Oh Kohls! How I love your deals, gold star clearance, and coupons! I have found jeans here for 6.00 (on the clearance rack) which is why I can't stop myself from going back. So the clothes aren't always the best price, but you can find great deals if you hunt. The good: customer service can be friendly and helpful and great clearance finds. The bad: customer service can be neutral to poor, racks can be so stuffed with hangers that you can't wedge your hand in to separate, dressing rooms are littered with clothes and return racks are packed to the gills, long checkout/ customer service lines Great deals, but there's a lot to deal with here. I have had good experiences here and bad ones, the long waits and so so service make this place below average to me. I'll be back for my Tervis tumblers and Jennifer Lopez jeans though so I can't give one star. read more

I want to give this place one star, but I reserve one star reviews for places where employees are actively working against customers, or just generally discourteous. And, while this play generally fits that bill, their corporate offices at least are trying. My girlfriend and I have came here on several occasions, and EVERY time, the lines have been ridiculous. This includes even just picking up internet purchases. I keep telling her to STOP buying things from this place, but the prices are just too good, she says. On one visit, there was a line 10 to 15 people deep on the ONE register they had open, and the guy behind the register walks away. Did the manager 10 steps away come and help? NOPE. She walked away too. So, how do we respond? We drop our stuff on the counter and leave. I'm not going to give good money to a bad company. I will say that after complaining to corporate, we did receive a coupon, but even redeeming that was a chore because the cashier told us we couldn't use it. It took getting two levels of management approval before we could use the coupon that was meant to bring us back as customers. Is there a zero star rating for customer service? All in all, avoid this Kohl's. I'm not sure if all Kohl's are like this, but it just isn't worth it. Unless, you're getting an AMAZING deal, please, please, please, avoid the frustration of this place. read more

I never received my online order. Went to the store and called customer service several times and was given the runaround. The lady had everyone else's orders except mine, and I paid for it online, but never had an email with a barcode. So every time I approached her with this issue, she acted as if it were my fault. I will never order from this location again. Other stores have better customer service and policies. Avoid South Arlington Kohl's at all costs. They take your money but never give you what you paid for. read more

A very standard Kohl's. Nothing out of the ordinary on this one. It's always a hassle for me at any location due to my very common pants size. It seems as if every location I go to they never have my pants size in stock. I was however, asked by several associates if I needed help find anything. This was unlike any other location that I've ever been to. So, kudos on the staff here for the great customer service in the time that I visited them. read more

The young man who works the register and has black hair has the worst attitude and he didn't just have a bad day, he's acted like this on various occasions. He didn't have anyone in line, he was on his phone and we walked up to make a purchase. I smiled at him and he glared at us, rolled his eyes, didn't say a word except for the total. The worst customer service and unbelievable he still has a job. I am sure he does this to everyone who comes up. We are very friendly to everyone and the way he acted was shocking. He did the same to my mom and aunt a few months back so this is just who he is as a worker. Companies must be so desperate for people that they don't care how they act. I love coming to this store they always have great stuff on sale or clearance I got 2 dress shirts for a wedding at 10.00 each you can't beat that!! The dressing rooms were very neat and clean I saw 2 girls organizing all of the clothes people were leaving in the fitting room. So I'm walking through the store with my friend (never been here before) and she sees a card on the floor, so when she goes to pick it up to see what it is a sales rep comes running from the next aisle saying (I'll take that!) and just takes it out my friends hand. It turns out it's a gift card or discount but what ever it was, we know how to turn in lost items too! We get all of our clothes at Kohl's. My wife loves this store. They have a great selection and the prices are always low. They also have a lot of coupons and discounts if you shop there regularly and use the Kohl's card. Staff is always friendly and helpful. read more

Um idk what that lady is talking about!! I LOVE this place! The re did some stuff so everything looks much nicer. I have NEVER paid the ACTUAL price on ANYTHING in here because of my Kohl's charge card. You ALWAYS get some kind of deal of at least 15% up to 30%. Like most Kohl's, there are always good deals on clothing. There is always a good variety of clearance on all types of clothes too. However, this location is not good with separating clearance into sizes but rather just a mix so it was hard to look through. read more

Bought a Groupon for Kohl's and tried to use it yesterday, cashier had not been trained properly and did not know what it was or how to scan it, called a manager on the phone, who seemed very reluctant to come out of her office and help, instead telling her to tell me Kohl's does not accept Groupons. I had to insist on speaking to this manager... she walked up, looked at my Groupon and told me it was probably fraudulent and that Kohl's does not take or offer Groupons. The manager then told me she had worked there for 15 years and had never heard or seen such a thing. She reluctantly tried it (this time as a gift card) and of course it worked, no apology was made by the manager. What should've been an easy transaction ended up being highly stressful, confrontational and humiliating. How can you not know what a Groupon is-or that your store accepts them-after working fifteen years there??? read more

I go to Kohls every now and then to get some new clothes. I like it and usually find things I like for good prices. I got a new purse there a few days ago. However, sometimes it's kind of hard to navigate the store. The employees are friendly but there always seems to be a problem with the cash register every time ago. I went back to school shopping. My cashier was super helpful and provided an extra coupon to give me extra savings.

This place always has a sale going on. I can't believe it took me so long to finally shop here. I went on Saturday and I spent about two and a half hours in the store just wanted to buy everything the sale going on. They have lots of really good coupons for 20% off your whole order and they have this thing on there app called pay to you where you earn points when you spend money and then the points lead XL money. read more

I have been shopping for a ring. After working with two associates, I decided the ring they showed me was the ONE! The ring was on sale for $3500 and I was told about the upcoming sale. I was also told if I opened an account I would be able to apply my discount. The two ladies were great, until I went in the next day. The manager was hovering around me as if I was stealing something from her or something. I was by the counter getting my money and coupons ready. She wouldn't walk away. I told her let me move so you don't have to stand next me. I made a phone call and behold she's around me again. I went back to the counter to let the lady know to hold the ring,because I wanted to know how to apply the coupons I was told about. She too had the same attitude all of sudden. No customer service what so ever. These were two older white ladies and by the looks of it they couldn't believe that I could afford the ring or something. Little do they know I make more money than their two salaries put together and yes I am Hispanic. I am FURIOUS that people like this are still out there. These two ladies need customer service training or they do not need to be associates at this store. I typically do not shop at this store, but I went into this store to see what they have and fell in love with this ring. I quickly made up my mind that this store does not need my money or business. Good ridden Kohl's. I will NEVER set foot in this store again! read more
