I used my $10 circle coupon and exchanged my cool new leggs black sheer stockings after finally finding my size . This was the 3rd target I had to go. I loved this store until I received discriminatory treatment just for being a tourist from another country and trying to buy alcohol using my passport from my country. They denied me the purchase. I am a 40-year-old woman, and they told me that they only accept American passports, meaning that tourists are not welcome at Target. read more

This is the Target I've been shopping at lately, both in person and delivery through the app. They seem to consistently have a greater variety of stock, especially in the food department, and especially compared to my little tiny Target on Eastchase. Although I still can't find fresh jalapenos at any Target around me, what the heck?! That's my one grocery staple that Target never seems to have (sometimes they have them in person, but never with delivery). Target has saved me a lot of time and money when it comes to keeping my baby clothed, blanketed, and bibbed -- they always have the cutest things in addition to the basics. And via the app, I typically find weekly deals on other baby necessities (diapers, wipes, bottle soap, etc.). I've also kept myself clothed in comfy wear during this damn pandemic. Lots of leggings, oversized t-shirts, and bike shorts. Time to get ready because it's September 1st, which means the fall season has officially begun, which means I'm gonna start buying fall and Halloween goodies every Target run for the next 2 months. Don't know where to even start. As far as selection and value, well most of the time I can't find fresh fruit or veggies. Some of the fruit will already start getting mold and other times there is not much options . Now the service is just awful. Drive up sometimes takes forever and there isn't anyone but yet the app well say something about I'm sorry about the delay but they are busy or something. Yet there is no one. Then some of times half or some of the items I ordered are missing and I have had to go back. Now some of the employees are not the friendliest. Some of the employees, especially the older ladies get mad when people don't take out the stuff out of the basket. I don't know who is in the right but it's the way that they tell you like you're supposed to know. I like this Target. It is HUGE. It has all the things you expect. Groceries, home decor, make up, and a pharmacy. I have always had good customer service when I have visited this location and the sore is always clean and we'll organized. I love that they have courtesy phones where you can call and ask for help. Whether it be for directions for what you are looking for, or something you need physical help, they're on it. They will send an associate to you! Also, those phones are always next to scanners if you need a price check. I am a big Target fan. The reason for only four stars, they need more cherkers. I do not check myself out. Those are jobs they pay people for and they don't give you a discount for doing it yourself. I do not appreciate this "service" so I do not use it. read more

Their selection is the best of all the Targets which is why I go there for clothes, but this last time I went, they accused us of stealing and tried to be slick bringing asset protection to our self check out kiosk. After the self check out attendant ran to get a manager from the back, she came back and assumed I had forgotten to scan some things. I told her we were paying with 2 different cards, but by then it was too late because this manager came and pushed me out of the way claiming there was something wrong with my order. I work at a Target, and I know exactly what the protocol is for when someone is thought to be stealing. They were extremely prejudiced and never even apologized for pushing me, bringing AP up to us, nor assuming we were stealing. What happened here? Target used to be a pleasant shopping experience and an alternative to Walmart. Now this target looks and sounds worse than Walmart. The clothes are piled up, shoes are thrown on the floor and the shelves in the home department are filled with broken merchandise. This looks like a goodwill. The associates are mute and unpleasant. The worst Target in the chain. My wife wanted some new bed pillows so we stopped here. My wife recently had surgery and planned to ride a electric cart. It indicated it was fully charged, Went to the pillow aisle in bedding. She found some she liked. None that she picked out had pricing. No dept workers. Go to the website. Wouldn't work in 5G so connected to Target WiFi. Still wouldn't go past their home page. What a garbage situation. Went to the the scan station. It wouldn't work. It would read the bar code, make a noise, and accept that it had scanned. But would not display a price. Here was a house phone so I picked up. It rang and rang for several minutes and no f'n answer. Went back to wife and her e cart was dead. F it. We walked out. There are lots of reasons I hate Target as a retailer and as a corporation. Yet again my dislike of their general ineptitude at basic retail concepts like pricing your goods, having a working website, and having the equipment working that disabled customers need hammers home. Last time they screwed me when a small purchase on a debit card was caught in a hack of their system that exposed how out of date their security systems were, which caused my bank account to be locked up for a couple weeks. And no apology in the letter from the CEO. I rarely go to Target, especially this shit location, and doubt I'm back for another five years, if ever. I'm a 40 year retail veteran from running a store to being an exec. Target is just a clownshows operation. It's doesn't matter what time of day or night you come here, There's a slow check-out time. They have 20+ registers in the middle with maybe 1-2 open at a time, and 4 self check-outs at both entrances that seems to always have one broken. Why they don't clear out 1-2lanes and build more self checkouts on either end is a sphinxian mystery. read more

I've seen cleaner bathrooms at a Walmart. And trust me, If you know, you know. That is saying a lot. They floors, stalls, walls, sinks, trash cans, all dirty. Two times now I have bought pro from Target in Arlington Texas on Arbrook road. First it was two packages of pork chops and today it was baby back ribs. I was waiting in line to check out and the cashier kept raising her voice at the elderly man in front of me because he wasn't aware he was standing close the the customer in front of him. The look on the poor mans face was sad. The lady had her baby with her. He was not aware since they were already done with the lady's transaction and she should have been gone by that point. Stopped by this place to get a gift bag, a gift card, and a gift for my daughter's friends birthday party. We also got a card. They had everything that we needed. We were in and out quickly. Well, this is a Target, so that is something. But, this location has a huge problem with lines and customer service. First, as to lines, there is ALWAYS a line, regardless of when you arrive. I have seen managers standing around, just watching the lines grow, without jumping on a register or asking anyone to come up front. Second, if you need to find something, don't bother asking anyone because they likely won't know. Does that mean they won't send you to some random area? Nope. Third, you cannot check out with beer or wine at self-checkout or guest services. Do employees tell you that while you're waiting in line? Nope. They do have a sign up now, but this is still ridiculous. Fourth, they do not price match their website at the register. After waiting in line to checkout, if you want a price match to their own website, you have to go to guest services. But, they will only price match one item, until you explain to them how that does not make any sense because you could just buy the item online and choose in-store pickup. Oh, and, if you had wine in your shopping cart, and didn't pay for it while you were at the register, after dealing with this, you'll be heading back into ANOTHER line to pay for that wine separately. Nonetheless, this store is bright and clean, and their prices are generally ok, which is why I still gave the Target two stars. So, as you can probably tell from this review, I do not recommend this Target location. read more

WHO doesn't LOVEEEE Target!? I don't know how you couldn't! I usually come to this location during or after a long work day. And it's not too busy ever just get in and out, (well, one bad thing only 1/2 registers usually open) never fun! I love how the Weekly Ad's always have great deals and some including receiving a free Gift Card just for purchasing the items. I mean who else hooks you up like that!? Yay for Target! Target is my go to place for anything i need for work or home. I really think their furniture and home decor is top notch. Granted I don't have kids to truely test them out- but it all works just fine for me. I love that I can find almost anything I need at this location as it has a grocery side and a Starbucks. This is a target that I wish I had closer to me. I believe it's a Super Target, or at least it has a greater selection than my go-to Eastchase location. Pharmacy, Eye Center, beer cabinet, butcher block, Starbucks, bakery, all here. It even has sushi! And it's nigiri sushi that is actually raw salmon, tuna, cooked shrimp, etc. in other words, a mega selection. But it has a fatal flaw: it's a yuppie Targé. Look at the reviews and this will become clearly apparent. That's right, YOU assholes are the one that brings it down. The clientele is the only thing from making this the ideal store. The proximity to the mall, south Dallas, Irving, Pantego and Arlington means that this gets fed the obnoxious upper bourgeoisie. I rarely have a problem with an employee or a lead at this location and actually they've been very accommodating. The other shoppers, not so accommodating. Don't believe me, try crossing the crosswalk on a busy morning. Better yet, look up at someone when they're clearly staring you down. You'll get the same reaction; they turn and pretend they didn't notice. Or maybe they'll just cut you off. How about making snide comments out of earshot? This is a great location to observe and experience all these social phenomena. Great Target but if you're going to be a twit then go down I-20 and shop at a Grand Prairie store. read more

I shop at target quite frequently, and never had an experience like I did yesterday at this location. They accused me of SHOPLIFTING when I most definitely didn't. I was walking out when I was cornered by two loss prevention employees, one in civilian clothes and one in a target uniform. The gentleman blocking the exit asked to see my receipt for my sunglasses in my hand....which were RayBans....and I so calmly explained that they didn't sell RayBans at Target. Then the other younger man asked me about some earrings I had in my hands earlier. I told them I decided not to buy them and sat them down somewhere, but couldn't remember where. He told me "Ma'am if they're in your purse you can just give them back, we just want our stuff back." Umm excuse me??? At this point I was pissed, and offered to trace my steps and find out where I sat the earrings down. He told me "no it's okay." So I asked, "are you sure?" He then gave me a smirk like I was hiding something. We went back and forth for a few minutes and finally he said I was alright to leave. I was in such shock and rage I couldn't think what to say. Most of the time when I go here they have what I need and there are no problems. But one time there was a problem. The Sunday after Thanksgiving/Black Friday my girlfriend and I came here to get some groceries and the items we wanted to get were either expired or soon to be expired. Yeah I know the holiday just happened, but this is a store where people come to buy food every day. The prices of the food can change depending on the season/holidays, but the quality of the food should not. During any normal day of the year, come here to shop, but if the holidays just happened, go somewhere else for a few days because their stock may not be ready. read more

I just went into this Target and they had 5 smartecarts plugged in. And all were dead or not charging. I spoke to the store manager Ashley and he told me the customers do not plug them in, so they will not work. THE CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PLUGGING IN THE CARTS. 5 carts and not one works. A man had to push his wife out to their vehicle and another lady was stranded in the store. If you do not have time to verify if your customers who are disabled or elderly can visit your store. You do not have a ability to manage a store, let alone work at one. And this manager never apologized or anything. He just checked the power strip and walked off. I have difficulty walking and depend on my family to take out to get my essentials and a store treats me like a problem they do not want to deal with. All businesses that chose not to treat all the customers as equal will not longer be in my shopping list. My friends in my disabled and veterans groups have decided to remove this chain from our veteran friendly shopping list. The best part of my Super Target experience was going to the freezer section and seeing endless stacks of Bluebell Ice Cream. Last night the kids and I mask up, gloves on, and face shield to head over to Target to find something cute for my daughter to wear for her birthday. The moment we enter we are greeted by a RED shirt. When I emphasize RED shit that means an employee. They wear red and Khaki. So we wonder over to the jewelry area so she can find some cute earrings. I notice 2 RED shirts lurking near by. I figure they are cleaning up. We start walking towards the clothing sectio, now I a large RED shirt awkwardly following behind. I turn to adk where the girl's clothing section is, he points in the direction needed. Of course I do this to alert him that i know he's following us, and to please stop it. When we get to the girls section I see other patrons shopping casually and not 1 red shirt in sight. The minute we stop at our desired area, boom another RED shirt. So, I take my debit card out of my pocket and flash the cameras and the young man and tell him to please tell their security to stop following us. We're not there to steal anything, and I can afford all the items in the basket. Smug little bastard smiles and says mam what are you talking about im just folding. Im like no you suddenly appear out of no were slowly pretending to be folding clothes? Needless to say, I purchased $225 worth of stuff.
