It consisted of two eggs, two patties of sausage, hashbrowns and a pancake. You can choose your breakfast meat of choice and have toast or a biscuit instead of a pancake. When our server greeted us we were totally surprised. We were reunited with Craig, a longtime server we knew from another local restaurant. He worked at the other restaurant for close to four decades. Craig is the consummate restaurant professional. He is one of the best servers that's ever waited on us. We got reacquainted and placed our orders. Breakfast arrived after a short wait our breakfast was delivered to our table by one of the kitchen expeditors.
