There were around 10-15 thrifter's with their wagons when I went there. Very disappointing. And just think of the check out line. Yep, wagons full of items to scan and bag. The cashiers put their items in large garbage bags, because a normal checkout bag would never fit their purchase. So, the normal customer has to wait in a long line, because they are checking the thrifter's out with their 50+ items. I know this is the world we live in now, but it seems like you can't shop for yourself at Reclectic anymore. Reclectic, maybe you could allow certain days for wagons, so customers that want to shop for themselves have a chance to be included in your special/deals that you have. Just a thought.

Long story short, we purchased almost $8000 !!! worth of furniture for a home we just purchased and everything in store went smoothly leading up to delivery. About a week and a half after purchasing, everything was delivered-- first piece was our dining set. Beautiful, no complaints. Later that week they delivered our bedroom set and breakfast nook and that's where it took a turn. Everything was brand new in box not furniture off the floor. Bedroom set got unboxed and set up and in the process of getting boxes upstairs to master bedroom, their delivery team damaged an insane amount of walls and were so careless. They were so careless that my front door was covered in stains and scuffs from their clothing and the boxes that they were just throwing through the door!!! They also made an insane amount of stains on my upholstered bedframe. They didn't care. Breakfast nook table was cracked and tried to glue (assuming they screwed the table top too far in) Contacted and took pictures of EVERYTHING immediately and it's yet to be fixed and 100% replaced and it's been over 50 days at this point. Said manager , Adam has been giving me the run arounds and excuse after excuse. I even referred family members and they spend $2000 on furniture... communication is terrible!! I've been the one to reach out day after day. Leading up to today 9/28/26- I asked for an update and they said they can offer a rug or a lamp. After 50+ days of hassle and unnecessary stress. Might I add, everytime I ask for the owner.... He's "not in" he's "out of town" "call back on this day" TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! . Mind you-- I've been kind, I've been patient and understanding... this is not an exaggeration.... If I can save you stress, don't buy anything from this shit show of a business. She simply said "welcome," and waited to approach until it was apparent I was ready to be approached. I was a bit worried going in that it would be like the car lot experience. Thankfully, it wasn't. I saw the couch I wanted, and Jackie handily provided this information (anyone considering this place will find this helpful): Since I was a first time customer, I could get fres shipping on my items. (I didn't spend this much, so shipping was $79.99). They do finance (but I paid outright). The do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays (Yes to Saturdays). Generally speaking, the furniture is not available on site, same day. You purchase your items, and schedule a pickup or delivery. The warehouse is on Beach Street in Fort Worth. If they deliver they move in the item (even if you are upstairs like me). You can also pay to have your old item moved, $20 per item (as I did with my old couch). The game killer may be for anyone considering this place that you can't do same day. Also, if you need a Saturday delivery, you may have to wait even longer. Mine was delivered 30 mins ago and I ordered it 2 weeks ago. I have never heard of a "sofa emergency," so that shouldn't be an awful thing. The prices were very reasonable. My super swell sofa was $349. They also had a "Clearance Zone" with some good stuff! Jackie was able to communicate with me via phone following the process during business hours and handled all of my questions with ease. When the item arrived, Charles and Mike delivered, moved my old one, set up the new one, did a walk by with me to ensure quality, took photos and asked me to sign. Then I started going here. The difference is unbelievable. Vegetables taste like they used to. Farm grown stuff is just so much better than that hot house, multi vine grown crap you get at the stores. Greens has such a great selection. Produce, fruit, lots of other items, like salsa's, sauces, chips, and tons of other things, and all of it has been really good stuff. Yes, prices are a little higher, but to me it's worth it. Other than the always great tomato's, they always have avocado's that are ready to go, not bright green ones you have to sit on the counter for a week waiting for them to get ripe. They also have a lot of premade stuff, like queso, chicken and potato salads, a reach in fridge full of stuff. They also have a good selection of plants for sale. Just about any produce item, and many fruits, are all here and all quality stuff. Once you start getting produce from here, you'll never buy any mass produced crap from the other stores again. Now, I still buy plenty of food from stores, but yea I guess I'm pretty rabid about crappy corporate produce, lol.

I understand they want to retain the sale but after this experience I AM NOT GOIN BACK! I ordered a mattress & a bedroom set in person on July 10th and was told it wouldn't be delivered until August. Even then, only the bed and chest were delivered. I'm still missing the nightstand and dresser, which apparently won't arrive until close to September. When my items were finally delivered on August 13th, the chest had visible abnormalities on the bottom drawer. I immediately contacted my sales associate, who simply told me to call customer service. Customer service scheduled someone to come out on August 20th. Then, on 8/18, I received an email saying they don't have the parts or tools needed to fix it and that they'll contact me whenever they have what they need. Why would I want a refurbished or repaired piece when I paid for a brand-new bedroom set? They could simply send me a new chest and take back the defective one. The delays are one thing, but delivering defective or subpar furniture is completely unacceptable. I've had so many other issues throughout this process that I've spent HOURS on the phone dealing with Ashley's customer service. The entire customer experience has been a nightmare. And to make matters worse, after you have the bed for 3 days, you can no longer return it. I will never purchase from Ashley again, I spent over 8k at this store thinking it was a quality purchase. I was more than wrong. I've definitely learned my lesson. Please stay away from Ashley furniture and specifically this location for your own peace of mind you'll save yourself the frustration, time, and headache.
