When I picked it up everything was packaged in 2 large bags, so I asked for some small bags. Without even asking me if they were for gifts or how many I needed, I was rudely told no. I can only assume the look on my face, as she quickly said they were low on stock, but yet they had plenty next to the registers. The longer I waited the more upset I felt that my Mother's Day Gifts would not be in Bath and Body Works bags, because let's face it... who's not excited to open the bag and see what you got, right? On the way out I asked to speak with a manager, and asked for extra bags. I really should not have to explain I just spent over $300 in gifts and would like a couple of bags to package the gifts since they were for different people. To someone else this maybe a trivial thing, but to me it was ludicrous to begrudge me a couple bags for gifts. I will never shop this store again, and will take my business to Cedar Hill or Arlington.

So i signed up for a one year membership and I went on opening day. This wholesale is smaller compared to Costco and Sam's, but it has a lot of similar products and concepts. I like how you can use manufacturer coupons here, and they also send you coupons on the app and in the mail. I also like the fruit and vegetable options they have, you don't have to buy these in bulk like the other clubs. They have really good deals/selection of milk and eggs. What impressed me the most is their deli section, sams and costco dont have that. I also really like their bakery and the variety of options when ordering cakes from them but i will take points away because you dont get those options when ordering a cake online or through the app. The rotisserie chicken was also a disappointing mess. It was the blandest, flavorless chicken I ever tried, and they charged me like $8 for it when it was cheaper at the other stores. Also, the "food court" is lacking, they only have like 3 tables for customers to sit and enjoy their food, and half the time they are occupied by people who are not even eating. Once i got popcorn from them because it smelled delicious and half of it was burned. The other time I went to get a hot dog combo, and they were out, and it was gonna take them 2 hours to get some more ready, yeah, no thanks. I do like that they have self-checkout by scanning and paying as you go on the app, and you can skip the lines. There is plenty of parking, and I love the gas station here! They got like 12 pumps and all of them are long hoses so they reach out behind your car. I also really like how it's a one-way to get inside the gas station, and it's blocked off, so nobody can randomly come into the gas station; they would need to make a line down the one-way street.
