Very disappointed in my experience here. I've been wanting to check out this boutique for some time…read morenow and finally got the chance. I went in a few weeks back to do some Christmas shopping. I walked in and there was already another customer in there who was at the counter talking to an employee. I started to browse and noticed I was not greeted at all by anyone. I let that go because maybe they were truly busy with something. Kept browsing around until said customer and employee were wrapping up their conversation and walking towards the door. Customer leaves and I assumed that was when the employee would greet me or apologize or something! No, she walked right by me, went back to the counter to start gossiping to an employee about the customer she was just helping! My jaw dropped and I got out of there immediately. I was truly ready to splurge there but that left the worst taste in my mouth. I'm not sure if I didn't fit their standards or what but it was by far the worst customer service I've experienced from a small business. I noticed another comment said pretty much the same thing I went through which says something. Do better Pink Chandelier because you had so many cute things there but with that experience and that kind of mindset, I wouldn't recommend y'all to anyone.
