This Ross is just like any old Ross store. You walk in, are greeted by a member of loss prevention,…read moreand then you're off to explore the racks with the hopes of finding something decent to wear. I have visited this particular Ross several times over the years because it is close to my house and their selection is fairly decent. They sell clothes, shoes, housewares, workout gear, purses, hair care products, and so much more. Most recently I purchased a couple of clothing items and a really cute Steve Madden purse that was a really good deal. Lines are long, kids are loud, and some customers are ratchet but it's Ross. What else would you expect?

It was incredibly clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which is not always the case with discount retailers. The shelves were tidy, items were neatly displayed, and the overall shopping experience was pleasant from start to finish. You can tell the staff here takes pride in keeping the store in great shape. It made browsing and finding deals so much more enjoyable. Definitely one of the best Ross stores I've been to in a long time. I'll be coming back!

It's not like it's any secret the holiday season is a busy time for shopping, so there's no excuse for them to have so few employees on the floor. The workers there were wonderful and sweet, which is the reason I'm giving this place two stars instead of one. The organization and management skills of whoever (or whatever computer algorithm) decided to staff so few employees, however - WTF.

The following day, I received an email stating that Macy's was unable to verify my purchase information. I did not change any information, and I regularly order from Macy's without issues. Unfortunately, this is becoming a pattern. Macy's charges customers for items and then later sends an email stating that the item is unavailable or the order cannot be fulfilled. This is extremely frustrating. Macy's service has noticeably declined, and the company is not providing the level of service I have come to expect. I have been a frequent customer, but experiences like this are making me reconsider where I shop. I will no longer be a frequent Macy's customer. From the Trust Pilot Reviews Macys indeed is going downhill with their customer service.

When…read moreI arrived, I noticed the Nike store--but the Reebok store was even closer, so I headed in, and I'm so glad I did. The store was spotless, beautifully organized, and immediately welcoming. As soon as I walked in, Mr. Mike greeted me warmly and offered assistance, then personally guided me to the men's running shoe section. I found a fantastic selection of discounted running shoes and ended up purchasing two pairs. When I needed help finding the perfect fit, both Ms. Bailey and Mr. Mike went above and beyond--taking the time to help me choose the best shoes for my feet at an incredible price of $39.99 each. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine eagerness to help made the entire experience outstanding. It's clear Ms. Bailey leads by example, as the store's cleanliness, organization, and excellent customer service truly stand out. I will absolutely be back and look forward to visiting again soon! I hope to see you there.

I won't bore you with a list of store names (just go to their website) but it's a comprehensive shopping experience from designer to everyday brands. There isn't any restaurant experience here, but they do have a few classic "mall food" snacks, like Auntie Anne's pretzels and Great American Cookies, plus a candy store, coffee, and tea. Personally I like to come here when it's cold outside, or at least cool weather. There's really not much shaded parking, plus it's just too hot to walk outside from store to store in the summer heat.

This review is more about the staff, however. As I visited the store on Saturday, preoccupied by a mission to get some more clothes for work, I found myself trying some things on in the dressing room. I made my purchases and split. About 45 minutes later I realized I had left my nearly brand new Rayban Clubmaster sunglasses in the dressing room. I was certain that they were gone. When I arrived back at the store and asked the cashier, the young man explained that they had found some, but I needed to describe them. I appreciated the added security. I readily described them and he called another staff member on the phone that brought them to me. She said, "I knew you would come back because these are very nice!" Those glasses cost me over $200 and they knew it. They easily could have pocketed them. But they made the conscious decision not to do so. I cannot say enough for their integrity and honesty.

You do have to be very careful when looking at their sales. As a general rule I do not buy anything from the store unless it is on sale as they have the 100% mark up 'bargain finder' model. Meaning, the regular prices in the store usually have a 100% mark up (double what it should cost) and then is on sale for 30% to 50% off (or BOGO, etc.). You can get Kohl's cash and if use properly you will get a very good deal. however, the Kohl's cash is structure more like a pyramid scheme and you can end up going there to use them and spend more than you wanted.
