I had no intention of purchasing a sofa at this time. The sales person, Erica, was extremely pleasant and professional. There was no hard sales pressure. She patiently answered all of my questions about the sofa and delivery. The bottom line is that I ended up purchasing the reclining sofa. I also interacted with another sales associate as Erica was called away. Cliff was just as helpful as Erica. I suspect the good feelings I had working with both associates was is combination of company culture and good management. I also discovered that the Home Zone corporate office is in Euless, Texas so they are local not up North somewhere. Bravo Home Zone!
