She patiently answered all of my questions about the sofa and delivery. The bottom line is that I ended up purchasing the reclining sofa. I also interacted with another sales associate as Erica was called away. Cliff was just as helpful as Erica. I suspect the good feelings I had working with both associates was is combination of company culture and good management. I also discovered that the Home Zone corporate office is in Euless, Texas so they are local not up North somewhere. Bravo Home Zone!
