So apparently I need to keep sleeping on a failing mattress and wait until it gets worse before they will help me. I offered to pay the difference toward a replacement. I offered to accept store credit. I asked for a partial refund. Every option was declined. I have now spoken to multiple people, been escalated twice, and received the same answer each time: not our problem. At no point did anyone make a genuine effort to find a solution. I was told to come back in three months when the sagging gets worse. That is not customer service, that is stalling. The math here is simple. I am either stuck with a $1,500 mattress that is falling apart, or I buy a new one and I am out $3,000+. Living Spaces has made it clear they are comfortable with that outcome. Came in to buy a rug. Spent some time looking at the wall gallery, found a rug I really liked. Walked the entire store trying to see if the rug was on display. While walking around, I even saw some chairs I would have used for my game room. Tried to wave down a sales person, they walked the other way. So then I decided to sit in the same spot and see how long it would actually take them to ask if i needed help. Buyers beware: do not under any circumstance purchase their warranties. It is nothing more than an upsell by a clever sales associate and seemingly does not cover for damages. When contacting the warranty division you'll never talk to an actual person and will only receive the run around via email. When purchasing a kids bed I had a durability concern and the sales person assured me that any damage or defects would be covered which made me sigh with relief and add the warranty. Sadly, I didn't have to wait long to learn this was not true. The bed broke and I have gotten nothing but the run around every since. They are not willing to repair or replace the bed claiming the break doesn't fall under defect or normal use - this means the warranty was a pointless purchase. Save your money on the warranty! BUYER BEWARE!! I am astounded at what a scam this place is. I went to the store in Farmers Branch to pick out a headboard. The specialist there assured me that the frame I chose would fit my sleep number bed. Great. I was happy. I ordered it and paid to have it delivered. When I did so, I specifically asked- "so, they will set it up and make sure it fits?" I was told yes. Great. Still happy. The delivery showed up today and the headboard and frame did not fit. This is where I was a bit less happy. However, this turned out to be only the beginning. After spending over an hour with two different people from living spaces 800 number, all they could say was that they would take the bed back now and within 48 hours someone would contact me and tell me whether or not I would get any of my money back. Unbelievable. They claimed there are no phones in the store at all, and it is impossible to contact anyone there. No one with even a smidgen of common sense could possibly believe that. They further state that they have a no refund policy. They said that someone from the store might make an exception and call me in 48 hours, only because they told me specifically that it would fit. They give you your own pillow to try out with each selection of mattresses, and I really appreciate how they let you take your time and don't pressure you into anything. If I could give zero stars I would. First, I would like to start on a positive note for the sales team that has no idea how the store manager decided to flip the script out of the blue regarding customer pickups. The sales person was very helpful with the purchase and we were pleased with his service. I purchased an outlet item on Saturday Nov 30th (large sectional) and was told by the sales team to remember to bring rope and tie-downs as they only load furniture but don't secure it once it's loaded. I scheduled and showed up alone the following Monday with a U-Haul trailer and pulled up to the loading dock. After the three young men dropped my sectional at the edge of the warehouse door opening, they all hopped back on the forklift and disappeared. I was then told by the front desk girl at the loading dock that the Manager just changed the rules today for loading customer furniture. They no longer help customers load purchases. After spending thousands of dollars and choosing to purchase from this particular furniture store, I NEVER expected to be kinked in the b*lls at day of pickup and told you're on your own. This was the most unprofessional retailer I have ever experienced and the service only got worse after my accident on their premises. I was loading the trailer alone and fell from the top edge of the trailer. I fell flat on my back and busted my elbow and head. I laid there for what felt like an hour and NOBODY but the security cameras were around to notice. Once I finally got off my back with arm bleeding, I walked into the loading bay and told the young girl I fell. She asked "do you need a band aid"? Once again, I was blown away by the lack of concern or service. I asked for a manger and she said she contacted someone. I called 911 to be checked out and the paramedics. They tried to take me to the emergency as my arm was swollen, bloody and my speech was delayed. I ended up taking myself to ER later that afternoon. Several minutes later the manager finally showed up and her first words were "can you fill out this accident report"? I am left handed and I had to have someone else write for me. Manger never once asked if I was ok and simply looked at me like I was a criminal looking for a slip and fall in a grocery store. She had ZERO emotions and she could care less of my condition or well-being. She never offered to help finish my loading or help me in any way. She was so unprofessional I am surprised she holds a manager's position. The manager also lied to me and told me I would be hearing from the Risk Management Department for Living Spaces and have yet to hear from them as they have never bothered to reach out. ***Word of Warning To ALL*** Once the sale is done, don't expect good service or honesty! She is interested in a sectional they had on their site but was concerned about how comfortable it would be so I came to check it out in person. This is conveniently located right off the expressway and is in a huge space with tons of inventory. The sectional was comfortable and looked good, but pricey at ~$1200. She went ahead with the order and I pray she doesn't have the same delivery and customer service issues as everyone else. I will update if she does. We purchased furniture a little over a year ago and the reclining sofa is not functional and the part to repair is discontinued. The dining room table paint is peeling off, the wood chairs that came with the table have all split down the middle and they have DISCONTINUED every item we purchased and no longer sell them at any of the their stores. After spending over $10,000 on all this new furniture, Carefree offered $1,740.50 settlement. When I contacted Living Spaces to see if they could help, they said no, there was nothing they could do. They sell all of their furniture by "piece" (each chair, each piece of the couch) so if something goes wrong, they do not have to replace the entire set you purchased. This place is Covid-19 approved! They check your temperature at the door, have hand sanitizer, they have social distancing in the bathrooms, and all employees had on masks! I was very impressed! As for the store: this place is HUGE!! I didn't even know about Living Spaces until I saw advertisements on social media and discovered its right here in the DFW! They have so much stuff. I feel like this place is a cross between IKEA and Nebraska. Their prices are a little inconsistent. Some items are super expensive while others are decently priced. They sell Magnolia brand items as well. They have a ton of modern furniture. I like how they have a whole section for "studio" living. This is very helpful if you have a small area to work with. Today we had a wonderful experience at Living Spaces. We arrived and like many other furniture businesses, we didn't have to worry about the desk at the front door with sale staff waiting for their next customer. We walked the large display floor and were approached a few times and questions were answered. Sales Rep LeShun did an awesome job getting our questions answered and order completed. She even grab sodas and cookies for my wife and I! We ordered a recliner to be delivered to a condo in Miami and everything was so easy and the delivery charge was the standard charge. We will be heading back next week to purchase a few more items after we do some measurements. We have enjoyed using living spaces up until now. We bought two couches over a month ago for our new home. We scheduled delivery 3 weeks ago with no problems and have been receiving delivery confirmation notices as recently as yesterday. My husband just drove 2 days, 18 hours, to be there for delivery and we got an email at 430, 48 hours in advance, that delivery was canceled. In calling we found out that one couch was being delivered but the other would be delayed about a 3 weeks to a month, costumer phone service was very master of fact with no explanation but that it was now backorder. I even bought the warranty and they have denied my claim saying I didn't do the claim in a timely manner . Bailey did an amazing job helping us place our order. Now upon shipment time they send us the wrong frame and over charged us but correct mattress. Their prices were inflated from what we had seen at NFM, Home Zone and Ashley. I asked the sales person if they were having any sales for labor day. He said they never do sales or discounts because they don't get commission and their furniture is higher quality but suggested to offset the higher price, that I finance my furniture. I didn't take the bait and went somewhere else and saved $$$. Also we tried to order furniture online a few years ago and the delivery kept getting changed, so we ended up canceling that order. read more

The order number is SO-010231742_10210806 and i purchased a sectional for my living area also on top of that I purchased care free plan so now my sectional has so many threads coming out from most of the cushions and there is loosen threads on the fabric so i call care free department to fix an issue they told me they can't help me because the product is in manufacturer warranty and they will close the claim and mention them that it is manufacturer error and you should directly call the customer service and tell them about the manufacturer fault! I talk to the customer service department and they told me to send pictures and they will review it, i told them it is not going to be visible in the pictures because of the color but i will try so the person said the team will call me back to address the issue. I almost waited 2 weeks to get a call from them. And then call them again to see what's going on they told me to send them pictures again because they were unable to identify anything so i told them to assign a technician so he could come and see it in person as it is difficult to capture those so the lady on the phone mentioned that on the notes. I again waited and called them to see what's going on but there was no update I contacted through email and Kimberly was the assistant who I talked to.Firstly she said it is not covered in the manufacturer defect then i again explained her full story so she assigned me a technician. The technician came in and by looking the sectional he said it is a manufacturer fault and i will make a claim to get you new cushions as your product is less then a year old. But today i got an email saying that technician report stated that it is a cleaning issue but the technician never said this to me so i m not sure who is lying to me and why. I called them again and was super frustrated and ask them to review it because technician took several pictures to make a claim and the representative agreed to me and said first technician put that on note that it is a manufacturing fault and then it was changed. A true masterclass in incompetence. Ordered a king bed frame, and paid the additional fee for in-house assembly. Once the bed was assembled, my wife and I laid down and the bed instantly broke - the installer didn't put on any of the support feet on when he installed the cross beams.... It's now been 2 months, with at least 5 scheduled repairs, 2 reschedules and three (3) attempted deliveries to get a replacement, each time coming with the incorrect bed. They even brought a bunk bed this last time that was labeled as my king bed. Each time, they apologize, say they will call me back to reschedule (they don't, I have to call them), and the cycle repeats. Every delivery person and customer service agent I've spoken with is very kind, but at a certain point you have to be able to do your job. I have spent so many hours attempting to deal with the mistakes made by employees at all corners of the company; I have no choice but to believe that the incompetence is systemic. It's exhausting and I regret this purchase every night as I lie down on my expensive, broken bed and try to plan the next day I can stay home from work to have the wrong bed delivered. read more

Once again Living Spaces Furniture disappoints. Ordered furniture 8/15/2021, waited 10 weeks for delivery, and today, 10/27/2021a driver shows up and left without delivering furniture. Driver maintains we didn't answer calls - BS. Living Spaces maintains their driver didn't answer the phone when THEY called; but Living Spaces didn't answer MY call after I asked to be held in QUE for the next available agent. NO oNE WAS ON THE PHONE WHEN THEY CALLED ME BACK!! What in the heck is going on?? Honestly, Living Spaces has some nice furniture pieces but it's NOT worth the hassle after you pay $7,000 for furniture and can't get it delivered. Think long and hard about buying from this store because if you run into challenges with delivery they will NOT correct the error. Their customer service phone lines s*** and I find them to be simply irresponsible. Very disappointing. I FLEW into town for one day to accept my daughters delivery and they messed it up. We came here to check out the store. It's impressive. The styles and prices seem like great deals! We were approached by several to help us but we were just looking. We left but later that night decided to purchase the bed we looked at which was in stock and available for pick up. We purchased and picked up the next day. The process was pretty quick and everyone was very friendly. Fast forward to when we get home and start unpacking the product. The bed we bought was rusted. This is so frustrating as this is brand new! Highly annoyed I called customer service and explain the issue. They advised they can return or exchange and I wanted to exchange. They said I could bring it back and select new and should probably examine everything before we leave. We get to the dock to exchange and apparently the RMA hadn't been requested. The ladies at the dock are very friendly. We finally got our bed and examined it before driving off. Ultimately this place hasn't been open very long. Everyone is friendly and means well but there are definitely some growing pains here and some things they are trying to figure out as they go along but the quality of the product we received initially was so frustrating. If you do purchase from here- examine everything very carefully before you drive off. I would say I originally had this review at "2" stars (after we replaced the rails) but the people at the back dock made up for the inconvenience. They gave us a GC and free delivery off our next purchase whenever we decide to come back. I wasn't expecting that and will come back and try them again. The drawers weren't even leveled and nails were coming out of the dresser. The nightstand was chipped. Every piece delivered had damage. I'll NEVER shop here again. Went looking for patio furniture and decided to check living spaces. I hear the commercials all the time. This one is located conveniently off 161 and was amazingly huge. A lot bigger then I expected. They had a few more pieces then expected for outdoor furniture. My reason for giving it 3 starts it was ridiculously over priced. Some simple decor I can probably find at burlington or other department stores was 3xs the price I expected. Even the declined items were hundreds of dollars. When we got there and talked to the salesman they talked us into buying something custom and when I asked if it gets delayed what happens. This is by far in the 40 years that I've been purchasing furniture. The worst warranty service - Furniture Service Network (FSNpro.com) I've ever encountered. I purchased an extended warranty for zero gravity loveseat, the motor on the loveseat failed after 18 months. I submitted a claim Aug 2024 it took over a month to get a technician to come to my home and repair/evaluate the defect. The technician removed the defective motor and said the warranty company would be in contact with me. It took three months for me to get an appointment to have a technician come out and repair the defective part, and the appointment was made only after I reached out to Furniture Service Network (FSNpro.com). The warranty service said the first available appointment for a technician to come to my residence (no Tech contact info was given) to repair my loveseat was Sunday, December 15 2024, which was over two weeks after the repair part was received. After over three months of being unable to utilize my loveseat, which, I payed a substantial amount of money to Living Spaces for to include the #Warranty the technician did not show up for the appointment to repair the loveseat! nor did he reach out to contact me to reschedule, and the #Warranty service department was unreachable on the Sunday of the appointment. Though I like the furniture, in the United States of America "it doesn't take 3-months to repair anything" I will never purchase another item from Living Spaces based on my experience with the Furniture Service Network (FSNpro.com). read more
