MY REVIEW IS STRICTLY ON ONLINE SERVICE!! I purchased 2 pair of boots online and didn't receive them until 18-21 days later. Normal delayed delivery should only take maybe 5 days longer than the typical 2-4 days for regular delivery. Not the case! I finally returned one pair since I didnt like them. After 8-10 days, I finally recieved an email stating that my item was received and it would take upwards 14 days to receive my refund (showed me the amount I'd receive too). Welp, today, 20 days later (6 additional days from the 14 days), I receive yet another email stating that they received my return and are processing my refund and it will be on its way 12-14 days. What the heck!?!? Now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my darn $. It will soon be 60 days from when they recieved my item to when I get my money back. Ri-F-N-diculous!!! Oh and to also add, you can not get a refund in the store!! Only an exchange. So pitiful! I will never ever buy anything online and probably will not buy anything in the store either. It was crazy today in Cow Town. Amidst the crowd, Ariat's staff gave us first class service. The whole team was amazing. From checking on different sizes of boots...jeans...jackets...the staff actually had a smile on their faces. Love this brand and thought the store itself was so cool. The decoration was awesome with a giant longhorn made from wood as you enter. Everything was clean and organized . Not a fan of this location. was never greeted, employees standing around not helping. tried on 7 pairs of jeans with no help from any store employees. Had to leave the changing room to get my own size instead of help. I put them back where they all went nice and organized while they just stood and watched me. Myself and the girlfriend had such an amazing experience shopping with Destiny so we could be new boot goofin' around Texas since we just moved here and decided to add another set to our collection. I personally learned a lot from Destiny not just telling me how the boot should fit but showing me. All these years I've been picking out the WRONG boots. I had no idea. She was super patient with me and constantly running into the back to get me a different boot. She kept reassuring me that she did not mind going into the back since I started to feel bad. She even said "I'll go back 1,000x to make sure we get you a boot that's perfect" So naturally I kept count. She had about 993 more times before I completely gave up. Ordered boots, never arrived or received a phone call or notification. I called in and they assured me a pair would be shipping out immediately. Nothing arrived so I called again and they confirmed they never had the boots in stock. I have still not been refunded but even more so just disappointed with the misleading nature and poor communication. read more
