Rushed off of work early drove an hour to be there at 5:30 to find out the tailor went home early even after I assured them we would be there before 6. They would not touch pants because they must be dry cleaned when have never been worn. So must take off work early again to drive back tomorrow. Not happy with the lack of customer service. We will see how they plan to fix this.
