From what I have seen, you do get some bang for your buck in terms of quality. The leather is very high quality and artisanal - well worth the controversially high price point. Here is one of the only places I have been able to find that makes custom name belts. If you would like a service like that, expect the price to start in the high $300s, with each letter being an additional $10. Fully custom belts can be delivered anywhere in the country in about 60 days. I would also love to acknowledge how considerate the girls working the register were! On a hot summer day as my dad was working on his custom belt order, one of the sweet girls noticed he was sweating and brought us all cold waters. Such a lovely gesture! I would definitely recommend stopping by for your luxury western needs when in the Stockyard area!

They started off the experience with a glass of Prosecco and within 15 minutes I was sitting down for the fitting. The entire sitting was about 30 minutes. Rushed off of work early drove an hour to be there at 5:30 to find out the tailor went home early even after I assured them we would be there before 6. They would not touch pants because they must be dry cleaned when have never been worn. So must take off work early again to drive back tomorrow. Not happy with the lack of customer service.
