I sent my teenage son in to pick up the suit. Twenty minutes later he came out and said they wouldn't even look up at him. That they were laughing and joking with other customers who were having drinks inside. He politely said "excuse me, I'm just here to pick up my Dad's suit." They brushed him off indicating they were busy. So I went in with my son and stood around a LONG time while this guy in the straw hat proceeded to ignore me as well until he heard me on the phone with my husband. Then all of a sudden he said he'd be with us in a minute. Keep in mind by now we've been here 30-35 minutes just waiting to pick up a suit. He said he had not yet steamed the suit even though we made arrangements for the pickup. We agreed we'd never use them again even though the manager apologized for the straw hat character's rudeness. I have bought online on their M+M website, from retailers who sell M+M and now one of their flagship stores. I started buying their shirts because I travel for business and flexibility to pack and pull shirts from my luggage and no need to iron or even steam any creases because there are none!! They are easy to care for and so comfortable. Wash them and hang to dry and there are no wrinkles. If you need to re fresh a slightly worn shirt, steaming them is an option and it's like new. Moisture wicking and breathable and stretch fabric that makes them perfect for warm climate and with suits. Leeward, Spinnaker, Blue Label and Knit are the shirts types to choose from. They look just like an expensive dress shirt (with out being really expensive) but they are breathable, light and moisture wicking and nobody know they are just like wearing a golf shirt. I have even played golf in one of them and it is performed better than a short sleeve golf shirt. They also now have short sleeve shirts, Phil Mickelson line of golf shirts, chinos, a casual suit jacket and a tuxedo shirt. I bought the tuxedo shirt and am excited to wear it at my next formal event. I am usually cooking hot in my tuxedo and now with my M+M shirt I should be as cool as a cucumber.
