I stopped into this store today in search of a pair of work boots. Unfortunately they had taken all of the work boots off the floor due to construction on Monday... I asked the gentleman if he had any available and he brought me one pair of boots. I was a bit disappointed and decided to take my business elsewhere. read more

We came in the day before Thanksgiving, and even though North Carolina had a good amount of western apparel, we figured this would be a good stop to see if there was anything we couldn't live without. We got there 2 minutes before opening time and tried the door. It was locked, no big deal because... we were early. Here's the thing though. The staff came to the door, looked at their watch, looked at us, and walked away. Legit "not my job" vibes. Cool. We waited the 120 seconds at the front door and once we were inside, and I guess they were getting paid, the staff was friendly, offering g to help us look for whatever we needed. In general they weren't pushy but they were helpful. The prices are decent. You're not going to walk out feeling g like you won the lottery, but you also didn't make a mortgage payment. The area is being gentrified so we'll see how long they hold out until some developer snaps up the land and builds more condos, maybe with a coffee shop. They'd get 4 stars but making us wait for 120 seconds just seemed downright unfriendly. read more

Great service. Very friendly, they always ask if you need any help. Knowledgeable on boots. I visited from CALIFORNIA and let me tell you by far great service. Huge selections and there are Plenty of western boots and work boots to choose from. I wear a 12EE and they have extra wide. Alot of stores do not carry to many EE sizes. I purchased a pair of boots, a rain cover for my Stenson Hat, and a Must have Boot Jack!!! Its a boot tool to help take off your boots with any struggle. I WAS SOLD ON IT AFTER using one for the first time. read more

Staff was helpful and friendly. They were willing to knock some off the price off a pair of boots due to the pair being mismatched. They were the same boot just not from the same pair. After breaking them in they are awesome, 2nd pair of Justin's as well. They just make quality boots for the price. read more

A little confused as to what happened to this location. Growing up in Fort Worth I loved coming here as a kid, but as I'm leaving the store today I'm saddened to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. I walked into the store and no one greeted me (usually that's not something I care about), however, they also did not ask if I needed any help or verbally acknowledge me at all the entire time I was in the store. Not even a goodbye or thank you as we walked past the men at the register. The staff greeted everyone else walking in so I knew it wasn't because they were busy. I'm unsure as to why this was the case and hoping it wasn't because of the fact I look a little different than their normal clientele or the fact my partner (a woman) has a buzz cut hairstyle, but considering the awkward and judgmental eye contact the staff made towards my partner I'm leaning towards that may have been the case. I thought Justin was a brand for everyone but the staff here just didn't make it feel that way. Extremely sad my last time at this establishment was a horrible experience. read more

Found this place online after searching for "things to do in Fort Worth". So my friend and I decided why not, let's stop in. Given that we're true California girls, this was quite the experience. I wasn't really expecting to purchase anything except maybe a baseball hat. I just wanted to look around more than anything. We came across the cutest pair of riding boots that we had to have. Mike was very friendly and gave us all of the tips and tricks to wearing Justin Boots. Excellent customer service! We sat and talked to him for over an hour! By the end of it all, we left with 3 pairs of boots. I highly recommend this place if you're in the FW area! read more

I recently visited my daughter in FW and was in the mood for some boot shopping. I was visiting from San Diego and had to get me a pair of original Ropers. I purchased boots from the factory story when I lived here in the 80's. Nothing has changed. Great service, Great Value, and Great Customer service. They even gave this old Marine at 10% Veteran discount. The lady who helped me out was very nice and gave me exactly what I wanted in the way of a beautiful fitting boot. Justin has great boots especially there old stand by the Roper. Highly recommend this location for your Cowboy outfitting needs. read more

So in less than 6 months one boot faded to a completely different color. Their return policy is setup to discourage customers from sending anything in. To have my boots "inspected" was going to take 4 to 5 weeks to determine if there was fault on their behalf and cost me half the price of the boots to ship to them. And I may not even get a partial credit and have to pay to have my boots shipped back to me. They may be comfortable but they look terrible and the faded boot is wearing thinner everyday. Will never own another pair. read more

Took several colleagues and my boss to get a pair of "Justin's" while in TX. They wanted to duplicate some of our "TX look" with a pair of boots. Good service and people and ok selection. Disappointed that most of the products were not made in USA. Ended up taking 1/2 of them to a different vendor for USA made boots. read more

Good prices, so-so selection. Staff are friendly & helpful. If you wear an average size you might have some luck finding a pair. Little to no wide width in stock. Also have boot socks & other items. Always worth checking out to see whats available as selection changes frequently. read more

Great place to buy new boots for cheaper than full retail. They sell a variety of women's "real boots" and a good mix of the glittery whatchamacallit boots that are popular now. They do run sales with %'s off and staff is really helpful. Pay attention to the tags, if there is a 'Z' at the end of the item number then it is a factory defect (some are stamped on the inside). Some are just mismatched leather, crooked decorative threading, etc. But make sure to try on BOTH the left and right for consistent fit. I got a pair that was tighter in one ankle, but they were happy to return. Women's selection is great, and they have plenty of mens & kids boots and work boots too. Send your Yank friends there - they'll love it! read more

Great selection of boots at a reasonable price. I had an exchange on some boots that I purchased and was able to find a pair that I felt was just as nice, but cheaper. I will return again for another pair! read more

I bought a pair a boots for my dads funeral about 2 months ago and I loved the boots. ThEy felt great. You could tell they were real good quality but the heal started to get a little loose and it created a small gap. I took them back to the store expecting to have them just glue it back down or nail it down but they went above and beyond and provided me with a brand new pair of Justin boots!!! I can't express how great full I am for this and I will definitely be coming back in the near future for more boots!!! read more

I am very disappointed with Justin Boots. I returned a pair of boots around the first of the year because of the sole completely coming apart, as well as the inner liner on the heel tearing (Anyone who wears a work boot can attest to how uncomfortable that is) . I started this return and was assured it would take around 15 days. Today (April 4th) I was informed the return would not be honored ,and infact I would be charged for having the boots returned to me. Almost 4 months later. I am disgusted with Justin brand, and will tell anyone and everyone about my experience with this company. I will attach my final correspondence with their return department.. " This is really unfortunate. I was told that the damage to the soles, as well as the sleeve inside would be enough to warrant at least a credit. I was very patient with Justin's delay in this process. And I feel very disappointed. Until now I could not see myself in any other boot, but given the circumstances I don't see myself purchasing your product again. " read more

Price is amazing! Espically considering it is downtown Ft Worth. It really lived up to outlet prices. My friends are from Massachusetts and wanted some cowboy boots. Since I live in okc I was really not interested in boots. Even though they tried. The ladies at the front desk were not the friendliest. Either was the lady helping with the boots. But my friends all walked away happy with new boots to wear. They all commented that the boots was comfortable. read more

Many boots to choose from! Both for ladies and males! The prices were good on some and not too much of a discount on others. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help! If you see a boot you like but do not see it in your size be sure to ask because they may have it in the back. The gentlemen told me that they get new boots every week! I wasn't able to find a pair this visit but will definitely return next week, hopefully I'll have better luck then! read more

I only give this place three stars because I really like the boots I bought and the price was excellent. However I felt the service was poor. No one would extend any help. Dear Sirs: I have been wearing Justin boots since the early 1970's. I had always found them to be comfortable, durable and fashionable. The quality was excellent for the money, however the last pair I purchased have turned out to be of poorer quality than the old acme boots of days gone by. I have owned these boots (style #2566) for about one year. I purchased them on-line, and was surprised at the poor appearance of when I received them. The size was supposed to be 9 1/2. They were almost too tight. I though fine, they will stretch as they break-in. They are still stretching and are now unwearable. In addition, when inspected closely the cut of the leather component was rough and poorly finished. Not at all what I expected of a $169.00 "Justin" boot. If I were in Your position, I would be appalled at the shoddy product you are selling as what used to be a fine product. I have 10 to 15 yr old Justin boot that still fit me better than this latest pair. I believe I have been ripped off with cheap Chinese boots instead of quality Justin boot i have always received previously. Shame on those persons for allowing a formerly fine product to slide to this junk level. I have to give you at least one star in order to submit my concern and I do not believe you deserve that. With much regret, Robert Ross e-mail enivaclassic@hotmail,com read more

Complete waste of time. I expected much better from a boot store in Fort Worth. It seems like many of the boots are rejects, mis - sized, or otherwise defective. The staff was extremely rude and almost obnoxious. The selection was smaller than expected. My wife found a pair she liked, but the prices are much too high for the quality. Most of their product is imported from China...which I will not buy. But, I don't think I would have purchased anything anyway, given the staff's demeanor. read more
