If you would like a service like that, expect the price to start in the high $300s, with each letter being an additional $10. Fully custom belts can be delivered anywhere in the country in about 60 days. I would also love to acknowledge how considerate the girls working the register were! On a hot summer day as my dad was working on his custom belt order, one of the sweet girls noticed he was sweating and brought us all cold waters. Such a lovely gesture! After countless unreturned calls and texts, we recently ran into Steve in person. He promised the boots would be ready "this Saturday" -- but based on past experience and the fact that the shop is rarely open during posted hours, we're not holding our breath. More than anything, we just want honesty. If there are delays, say so. If the boots can't be made, tell us. What's been most frustrating is not just the wait -- it's being misled over and over. To Steven's credit, he has generally taken my calls, but the explanation has remained the same for months: the tops are being made, they are close, they are almost done. Unfortunately, none of those assurances have resulted in a finished product or even a clear, reliable update. Because I live out of town, I have made three separate trips to the shop to check on the order in person. Each time, I left with little confidence that anyone could clearly tell me where my boots were in the production process. On more than one occasion, it seemed difficult for them to even locate the order. I make a point of supporting small businesses whenever possible, especially craftsmen and local shops. That is why this experience has been so disappointing. Custom work can take time, and delays happen, but communication and accountability matter. After 18 months, repeated vague assurances are not enough. Based on my experience, I would caution anyone considering a custom order here. For me, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

They finally opened back in June, and I was able to visit them in August. I added the business on here and I would have been the first to review as well but time got away from me. If you have ever bought real leather cowboy boots, then you know they are not cheap. Cowboy boots can get expensive, but if you already love that kind of fashion or lifestyle, this is the best place to come get multiple pairs of boots. The girl who works there told me you can buy 3 pairs, and if you want to buy a 4th, it would be at a discount. There are charts around the store telling you the pricing of everything so there are no surprises. She also told me they can do multiple transactions, so if you have a group of friends and they all want a pair of boots, you can split up the cost at the register to avoid you and your friends trying to do the math and Venmo or Zelle each other the money. She also told me about their return policy. They have women's, kids and men's boots, they have some accessories, but not many. They do have some 'brand' boots here, but I haven't seen any Tony Lama or Luchesse's. These boots seem to be 'off-brand,' but honestly, I don't mind because they are still quality boots that are made in the same factories as the 'designer' boots. I think the most affordable pair of boots I seen here are about $200 but when you think about, thats how a normal pair of average boots will run you if you go to Boot Barn or Cavanders down the street. Here you pay that price and you get 2 'free'. The staff I interacted with were nice, and the store was very clean. There were not a lot of people since I went right before they were about to close. They did tell me they get a new shipment every Tuesday, so they always get new things, and if you want to get a shoe but won't be near the store to pick it up, they can hold it for you for about 2 days, so you can go buy it. I have not had a chance to purchase shoes from here but I am hopping i will soon.

Once she heard that, she then responded that the garment was not returnable because it was underwear (It's basically a training bra that doesn't fit my daughter.) I am curious what is unhygienic about that- it is definitely not underwear! Do they not let girls try on leotards and bras at their in person store and then put them back on the rack if not purchased? Needless to say we will not be purchasing from them again and I would recommend they stick to in person retail sales until they can manage online service in a more equitable manner. (And hopefully they have now changed their return days message on the order page so that they do not misinform other online customers.)
