You can't see clothes on there, just "inspo" or random outfits that people post on their social media which is then plastered on there that you probably won't even be able to find in-store. It's already bad enough that I have to physically go to the store just to see what they have, and often then not be disappointed since I often see clothes that are for middle aged Facebook moms or for 7 year Olds, and barely anything for teens that would be good to wear for recent trends or aesthetics. I've found some cool stuff like Nirvana graphic tees and some cool pants, but the rest is just questionable patterns, basic cut shirts with just a solid color, cheesey quotes, logos, etc. Again, I love ross and it's cheap prices on certain items you won't see in other stores, but the fact that it's official world-wide website is absolute garbage, and you have to go to the store in person is in my personal opinion; Extremely dumb. Im sure if Ross just made their website actually usable and not a place to just dump a bunch of pictures of outfits and decor, then they'd probably, no, definitely make more sales and reach their targeted demographic.

She went to the back to check and came back saying she couldn't find them. However, she didn't make any effort to check the sales floor or look in other departments. I decided to look myself, and within a few minutes I found the exact pair in the Polo section of the store. It honestly felt like I was doing the associate's job instead of receiving help as a customer. When I brought the shoes to her, there wasn't even an apology for the inconvenience. The shoes didn't come with a box, and no discount or any other accommodation was offered despite the inconvenience. Customer service should involve making an effort to help customers, not expecting them to search the store on their own. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

They have been very helpful to me in selecting new clothes over the years, ever since I started shopping with them back in 2017. If you are a woman (or honestly anyone; they're trans-friendly) seeking classic feminine clothing, I would highly recommend giving the Hurst WHBM boutique a visit. Their collections run the spectrum from polished casual to semi-formal, with some formal pieces from time-to-time, (especially around the holiday season), so they don't just sell dressier clothes even if that is what they are usually known for selling (note: WHBM has great jeans!). So I came over here hoping to burn about 20 minutes before meeting my friend over at the theater after leaving B&N at 9pm. Boy is this store chaotic! For it having been 9pm on a Thursday it was BUSY! Possibly from folks having saved it for the end of their shopping due to the later hours. To this locations credit they downsized from a bigger location, which the bigger size seems to be the norm in my experience. Though with the smaller size it feels like they tried to pack a big store into a smaller one... At least in the clothes departments.Isles are hard to navigate as many of the clothing isles are only big enough for one cart ... And by the nature of Burlington being a flip through the rack an item at a time to find something you want it makes it hard to shop unless you hit it at a time there isn't a lot of other people there. Other areas are in various states of disarray. All of the employee are super kind though including the security guard up front. I ended up going another time mid afternoon when it wasn't busy... And in a different level of disarray ... And ended up finding some things for my kids friends first apartment.
