I called on February 2 to see what their vaccine hours were. The last few years things have changed and I wanted to make sure I had the correct info. I was told that starting in March they would be doing vaccines Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 to 1 PM. Around 9 AM today (Monday March 4th). I called to verify that they were still doing vaccines starting at 10 AM. The woman who answered the phone said yes. I made the nearly 40 minute drive and when I arrived, I was told that they weren't doing vaccines until 11 AM. Sure let me sit with my 3 year old in your pharmacy for an hour (probably longer as there were others there waiting). Nowhere is this information found on their website. Do better. It's not that hard to post hours on a website and for the staff to give correct info. I couldn't believe it. read more

I was pleasantly surprised at the the Profesional courtesy I received at Trinity Pharmacy. I am a 17 year patient on dialysis and have suffered multiple surgeries and suffer from chronic pain to to dialysis. I will move all of my prescriptions over because I will not deal with CVS Walgreens or any big box pharmacy. They handled my predicament with compasion and care. The phamasicist and staff are always nice to me. They are quick and have been compounding a script for me for a year or 2. They are quick same day in most cases. And they also always have things like hysept or Dakins solution that other pharmacy's don't stock and take forever to get. I like them very much and have a handy drive up window. read more

Compounding pharmacy-what does this mean? It means the pharmacist makes the drugs their locally...pill by pill. Natural ingredients typically. This place reminds me of the medical arts pharmacy my mom would frequent when I was a child. Totally love it b/c i'm a nut about holistic and do not like taking any meds. If it's going in my mouth then I want to know what's in it. You're going to pay a bit of a premium for this type of med however it is going into your body after all. read more

I came to this pharmacy to get my meningitis vaccination shot. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the inside is very cute but also a bit random. They sell random jewelry and home decor. Other than that, where else can you get $10 shots?! Very glad I came here, at Walgreens the same shot it $150. No thank you. (Shots are $10 if you come before your 19th birthday) read more

The Good: The pharmacy has many hard to find items that other chain pharmacies don't usually carry. Also has a nice selection of handmade gifts and trinkets. The Bad: the nice items I mentioned above are perversely overpriced The Worst: My customer service experience: I called Trinity Pharmacy to make sure they had an item in stock that I'm only able to find there. It's a bar soap. It's the only bar soap my mom is able to use with her sensitive skin. The man on the phone quickly checked for me and said they had it in. Great on my way. I arrive 20 mins later and I can't find it. The helpful clerk says he's the person who took my call but he thought I was talking about a different soap and that they do carry it but are out if stock. He said come tmrw and we will have it in. Great. No big deal. I arrive 2 days later to find out still no soap. Now I talked to a different guy. He asked me if I remembered who I talked to that said it would be in. I said no. He kept asking guy or girl? Tall or short? Ethnicity? Um does it really matter at this point? He asked me if I left my name and # to be called when it arrived as if I should have known to do that. He tells me he should be able to order it and says it will be just a minute. I wait 15 minutes. He comes back and says ok well our supplier doesn't have it because it may be discontinued ( not the pharmacy's fault) but says he still may be able to get some of what's left. He asked for my name and number and says he will call me in a couple hours. Fine A week and a half later. No call. No soap. No nothing. Not at any point did anyone apologize that I've made two trips based on their information. I'll just order from Amazon from now on. Its cheaper and more reliable. read more

Trinity Pharmacy is INCREDIBLE. Dr. Natalie Patten was extremely knowledgeable and quick with my prescription. I needed a compound medication and Dr. Patten was very transparent about the process and pricing. She got me exactly what I needed and the perscription was ready same day! My wife has been using this pharmacy for about a year. She picked up several compound drugs and when she got home she realized they were all in the same color capsules. Different drugs same color and size packaging. It is confusing especially when you put them in traveling containers. She took them back and when the pharmacy manager called the pharmacist over to look at the problem, he said he didn't see a problem. He then walked off and my wife said ok and walked out. The pharmacy manager did call to say that future refills would be different colors for different pills but made no offer to redo present prescriptions. read more

I am not sure why the owner would be condescending to the customer. This is the apparent culture at their business. I completely understand how I received bad treatment by an employee now. The label was the EXPIRATION date. The prescription refill date is something entirely different. Heather stated that they printed the label incorrectly. I was still required to pay for your mistake and be threatened by your employee. I had not used the product in months so this pharmacy did not exceed expectation. If you are an owner concerned for your business, contact your customers and resolve their complaints. Do not come on a review site without knowing what happened and make up stories. read more

We went into this really hoping to able to get away from poor service at the big pharmacy chains, but somehow these people have managed to find a new low that I did not think was there. Despite 3 attempts I have only been able to buy one thing from them, and they were not able to process my insurance on that, so I had to pay full price for it, even though CVS and Walgreens have no issues with my insurance. 1.) Attempt 1 - They advertise notary services, which is random, but handy. Only their notary is almost never actually in the building. I think she hides in the weird Meth Lab shack in the back mostly. After a 3-day game of cat-and-mouse, we cornered her once, but she refused to notarize the document on some obscure grounds. Chase Bank had no such issues, and notarized it immediately for me for free. Big Corporate Chain 1, Shop Local 0. 2.) Attempt 2 - My 4 year old autistic daughter needed a liquid form antibiotic for a minor condition, so I went by the pharmacy at 4pm on a Monday. After milling around in front of the counter for 10 minutes prescription in hand while the team of 4-5 people staffing the place studiously avoided eye contact or addressing me, one of them finally gave in and asked me what I wanted. His initial surliness was compounded when he discovered that I had the nerve to be a new customer, and he would have to (hurumph!) process new insurance paperwork. I probably cost him an important level on Candy Crush or something, but he took my information. He then asked me "Would I like to wait for this medication?", which I stupidly took as a positive sign. I said no, I will come back at 6:30pm (they close at 7pm) to pick it up, so he could get back to texting girls on Yahoo Personals or whatever for a while, and deal with my silly child illness situation later. This made him happy and I left. I came back at 6:30pm, and after some of confusion trying to find the prescription (apparently a parent dropping off a prescription for their child was a new and difficult procedure for them to master), I was told they were "getting it ready" and asked to take a seat, Chris Hansen style. So I sat for 15 minutes, and then was called up to the counter and told my medicine was not ready, but they could "order some powder" and MAYBE have it tomorrow or the next day. To the counter staff's obvious delight, I collected my prescription and left. CVS had it ready for me in an hour. Big Corporate Chains 2, Shop Local, 0. 3.) Attempt 3 - Same daughter also needed a compounded ointment for an itchy rash. Perfect for Trinity, a compounded prescription with mainly common, over-the-counter ingredients, should be easy. Or not...more surliness, more delays, more broken promises. CVS decided to take one of their points off the board, by saying they could make it when I wanted to pull that prescription as well, but then later backing out of that claim. So I was stuck waiting another 24 hours for Trinity to get it together. A nice lady named Heather seemed upset at my treatment, and apologized, which was nice. But then she could not process my insurance, and when my wife finally went to pick up the prescription, she had wait at the drive through window for 20 minutes to get it, no apology, no discount, but more free bad attitude. Corporate Chains 2, Shop Local 0 and digging a hole. All this is just hassle, but my poor child was delayed in getting over her infection and had to endure 36 hours of painful itching because I was dumb to give these losers a try. When I emailed them a question about whether or not they carry a certain product and if they accept a certain health insurance their reply was "no we dont". Lol okay thanks. Also, according to their web site they do take the insurance I was inquiring about. Also, there's more.... they didn't even respond to my first email. Glad they don't (supposedly) take my insurance. My elderly parents switched to Trinity from CVS last year. Things were fine until recently, when they told us they could no longer fill prescriptions that are classified as "controlled substances." Of course, that's most everything my folks take. I don't know what happened, but this is bizarre. Now, we've had to switch back to CVS.
