I was just here to pick up my monthly medication and the owner actually remembered to mention my previous review. No, it wasn't awkward lol. The owner knows my name and remembers me every time I come in. After the last review I went to a local chain and had bad experiences. Long wait times and botched prescriptions led me back to Apollo, who had by this time corrected itself and has better security. When I used the big chain pharmacies they made me feel rushed when I had questions & I was just another face to them. I switched to Apollo & I will never use another pharmacy again. The owner & the employees are very nice, take the extra time to answer any questions I may have & they know me & my name as soon as I walk in. They also take an interest in their customers lives, always ask how I'm doing since I deal with chronic pain & ask how my mom is too. I'm comfortable with employees & owner & I truly believe they care about their customers. A bonus is they have home delivery which is a lifesaver on the days my pain is debilitating. I was recommended to Apollo because they offer home delivery and I am an invalid. It worked...every time. I audit my meds (worked in medicine for over 30 years; nursing school background)and they get my meds to me without issues. Of course they have had delivery issues from time to time but nothing terrible. In fact one of the techs actually delivers my prescriptions on his way home. The pharmacist has actually dropped off my med on a Saturday. I rarely have a copay. Next to my current physicians, I value this pharmacy next. It is true that the location is in a strip shopping center....so what? It is across the street from the hospital that I use. Can't complain about anything. Excellent compounding pharmacy! Super helpful on the phone! Easy to find. Easy to park. Highly professional staff and very well organized. Immaculately clean. Lots of over the counter items here that you can't find other places. They compound prescriptions as well. Ran out of a compounded prescription and I'm from out of town. So, it was a little complicated. My physician called it in here and they made it specifically for me. I am very pleased with the service provided by Apollo. Highly recommend! read more

I'm shocked this place has 5 stars. I transferred my 8 prescriptions to this pharmacy Bc of the 5 star reviews. I called prior to transferring and talked to the PHARMACIST herself about my meds. There was no issue with any of my meds and she was extremely helpful. The first time I went to pick up my meds I was surprised to see such a run down place. The door was very janky and the glass wasn't attached properly to the frame. It was in a run down strip center by a gas station. No prob if service is good so I let that part go. Several weeks go by and I'm due for a refill. I get a call from another pharmacist who tells me sorry but he REFUSES to fill one of my meds Bc it's costing HIM too much money!! Excuse me!? WHAT!! I said my insurance covers it!!?? I've NEVER had ANY pharmacy complain about filling this med for me. He said you can get the generic. I said no, the generic doesn't work. He laughed and said sure it does and I have several patients on it. That's great, but that's not me. I'm a nurse And I'm WELL aware that certain genetics don't work like name brand. Again, he chuckled and said it's the same. I said so you want me to change a med that I've been taking for 7 years to generic Bc YOU aren't making money off it?? He said, correct! Im DUMBFOUNDED!!! I said your other pharmacist told me there was no issue!? He said she is new, and I'm the owner! Then he went to say your more than welcome to go somewhere else Bc I'm not going to take a loss on your medicine. Well thank you for your permission to go elsewhere, ass!!! This guy needs to be shut down! You should not be in this business if your number one concern is how much money YOU are making off of patients meds instead of making sure you help patients get their meds! Shame on you!! I was frantically searching for a compound pharmacy on a Saturday that could provide medication for my sick kitten, Theo. After being rejected by five pharmacies or being told they couldn't have medication ready until Monday, I was told to call Apollo. I called at 1:50pm... they closed at 2pm... and I was a 25-minute drive away. After speaking with the Pharmacist, Subbu, he had me forward the prescription so he could get started on it while I made my way there. While at a red light, I texted to let him know that my mapping software said I would arrive at 2:13pm. He replied, "No problem. Drive slow and safe. Will wait." Upon arrival he asked if my kitten would like the medication to be chicken-flavored (of course!). I thanked him, paid, and went home to take care of Theo. It is now five days later and Theo looks like he's going to beat this virus and be okay. I'm not sure I could say the same if I would have had to wait two days to start administering his needed medication. Thank you Subbu and Apollo. You went well above and beyond to take care of me and my family. We will absolutely be back so you can also help take care of the humans in our family! read more

Love, love, love these guys!! We found them by accident several months ago, and now use them for several of our medications. I have had two different medications that are relatively new medications so they are really expensive, even with insurance. My doctor had given me information about getting these meds at reduced cost with the manufacturers discount program, and Apollo is the pharmacy he told me to take them to because these gentlemen know how to work with these manufacturers discounts quite well. Not only were they able to get me discounts on my medications, but were able to give my fiancé a really good deal on his medicine since he doesn't have insurance at the moment. They work with you to make medications you have to have not only accessible but reasonably priced. And I have read that they even deliver, which I wouldn't ever need since we drive by there pretty regularly, but is a really great service to offer to customers, especially for patients who are pretty much home bound. They're just good guys running a good business. Will definitely continue using them well into the future!! read more
