I want to thank and commend Jonathan and the pharmacist who were working last night. I was unable to get a much-needed prescription refilled by my usual Walgreens despite two attempts before finally being told, it would not be available for 3 weeks! I checked with the CVS Pharmacy and with the help of Jonathan and the pharmacist, Walgreens faxed the script and I was able to pick it up within the hour. They were very pleasant and helpful while helping me get this important medication. I will definitely be using the CVS Pharmacy in the future. read more

While the staff is polite, their ability to execute has been a challenge. We ordered a slaw day holiday hardback book. Had to take it back twice to be fixed due to pages in error, books not completed, etc. the pharmacy staff is good, but overwhelmed at this time! They are staying kind through all this, but wonder when they will all snap! read more

This is a small pharmacy but they pack lots into their space-they have groceries, cosmetics, gifts and of course pharmacy items. Be sure to get one of their reward cards for extra savings on lots of items. I suggest to get their app also they have special coupons just on that u can use in the store. The clerks have always been helpful if I can't find what I'm looking for. They have 2 self checkouts and a regular in person one. read more

This CVS location barely gets two stars . The second star was earned after a the stock person on floor came to help me find what I needed. Other than that person that finally came to help, this CVS is what I am seeing more and more from brick and mortar stores. I call this another "over there " store. You come to the counter there are two people breathing , I think. You ask for help to find something and the employee points over there. Well I was over THERE for 10 minutes and could not find nor was I asked by the oxygen breathers if I needed help. When I asked for help the girl pointed to over there. I asked for assistance and she was upset that she had to walk from behind the counter. Then when it was not over there she asked the other gentleman be breathing oxygen for assistance and he pointed "over there". I asked if he could please show me and he never left counter. The stock clerk did come on to assist me. It is apparent that I have had rotator cuff surgery and a slip vertebra. I am 54 years old and am becoming tired of having to accept that if I need assistance that it is treated like you are asking for something out of normal. Does CVS and there employees realize that these continued experiences drive consumers to make purchases online at a better price and in most cases you can have delivered to your house within 24 hours or less? This is why brick and mortar stores are going away! It saddens me that their employees do not realize that the continued lack of effort will and is reducing jobs in the American work force. 10 years from now these stores will be few and far between . How these type employees will find jobs is beyond me. It ultimately will be more taxes to carry the unemployed! But thinking more than a few minutes ahead of their next text or tweet is above their level of education. Getting frustrated or angry does nothing to motivate stores to change! I didn't have a good experience with another CVS down the street (Josey and Rosemeade), so I switched to this one. This location was WAY WORSE! I couldn't even believe it. Calling the pharmacy will usually result in being on hold for 15+ minutes. Today was a record and took over 26 minutes to speak to a pharmacist. My experience calling them has always been horrible, and I've even been on hold for over 15 minutes and it just hangs up automatically. What?! If you're wanting to pick up your prescription either in person or the drive-thru, it could take anywhere from 30-50 minutes. Not an exaggeration at all. They have no organization or system for storing prescriptions ready for pickup. You'll finally get to the counter after waiting forever only to have somebody ask you multiple times how you spell your last name. Then they'll go through every single box and every row of bagged meds to look for yours (because they're not in order for some reason?). And then they'll come back to the counter and ask again what your last name is... absolutely ridiculous. I don't get why they don't have a system for making it simple to locate a prescription. Another issue I've had constantly is they don't fill the prescription correctly. My prescriber will send a script for a three month supply because that's required by my insurance for them to cover it, but month and month I kept receiving a single month supply, and they would say "sorry this is just the way it is." No, it's not. A 90 quantity does not equal a one month supply if I'm supposed to take 3 daily. Come on. Math, people. *****If you are looking into this CVS location for the pharmacy service, save yourself time and trouble and just go to the Tom Thumb pharmacy across the street (Josey and Hebron). They have an actual pharmacist answer the phone in seconds (not an automated menu and then on hold like CVS), and get your prescription immediately because they know exactly where it is stored. I am at the counter and there are three people working, they clearly see me because we make eye contact, but they don't say anything. I waited for a few minutes thinking that they just need to finish what they were doing but still did not help me. I had to tell "can I pick up my prescription?" in order for them to finally help me. Weekday evening people are my people. I dont know the pharmacy folks working the weekend but I try to avoid getting scrips filled on anything but a weeknight unless I'm desperate lol. Drive thru pharmacy is the way I go. There is a waiting area inside but I don't enjoy sitting on the chiropractic nightmare that are waiting area chairs. I frequent this CVS as my wife and I get our prescription meds here, necessitating our going 2-4 times per month. We normally use the drive-thru. We also go inside for various items 1-2 times per month. By using their CVS app to quickly and easily refill medications and text messages when items are ready to be refilled and to be picked up, it is a very good, accurate and efficient interaction. Pharmacists and clerks are usually friendly, and the store is always bright and clean. My only issue that sometimes the pharmacists seem overworked, and one of the two drive thru lanes will be closed, but unmarked. read more

I dread going to this place. I always designate that I will pick up my prescription one day before I actually go because if you go on the day you say you will, the script is never ready. The pharmacy wait is always long. Every time I stand in line, I can't help but notice that there is a lot of miscommunication and no one seems to understand what anyone else has done and they waste a lot of time running around trying to figure it out. Seriously, it can't be that hard to efficiently run a pharmacy. I went to pick up my prescription today, which I had designated for pickup yesterday. Of course, the lady tells me that my script is out of stock and someone should have called me to let me know. Guess what- they didn't. I'm forever having problems like this. i'd give 0 stars if it was possible. every time we go to get my partner's prescription they are rude, and we have to usually wait at least 20 minutes just to speak to someone. we're definitely switching pharmacies after our last interaction. we waited 30 minutes before finally talking to someone, and when we did they were extremely rude. when my partner specified what medication they needed, the woman "helping" us was blatantly transphobic (picking up hrt), and immediately started ignoring us to help people who had just gotten there. now my partner is late for work and doesn't even have their prescription. thanks a lot read more

This store has good items etc.But the restroom is absolutely disgusting! There was toilet paper EVERYWHERE, the toilet seats were NOT clean either! I was even scared to walk in and look at the stalls when I first got in there. I was so scared to go in the stall and sit down.Even when I touched the door handle to walk in the RESTROOM I thought I was gonna catch something and maybe even be in the ER for days. This CVS is the absolute worst! Every time I go there I expect long waits and disorganization. I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes this evening. Apparently, the woman working the pharmacy was not alternating between helping the customers in the two different drive up lanes. After waiting 25 minutes I pulled up to the front. I was waiting to be helped while the other line had cleared out. A moment later a car pulled up next to mine. Having waited one minute the employee began speaking to that car. I had to gain her attention and point out that my line was moving so slowly because apparently she was not helping anyone in this line. I received only one of the prescriptions that I was expecting. When I got home I called them in inquire about my second prescription. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes I was told that they were still working on that one, but it was almost done. They suggested I come back up there in 5 minutes to pick it up. Who has an hour to dedicate to pick up prescriptions? read more

Yes, I realize that the evidence for/against flu shots is contradictory and yes, I realize this particular CVS has a number of unsatisfactory reviews but I just want to recommend pharmacist Natalie Vogt if you are in need of the dreaded flu shot. I followed Natalie to this CVS location from another CVS, I trust her professional advice and specifically sought her out to administer my flu shot. I didn't feel a thing and had to ask her if she really gave me the shot? Just wanted to make sure that I truly was making use of my hard earned, no health insurance dollars.
