The mushroom flavor was strong and I wish there was more cheese or some larger chunks of mushroom, perhaps some gravy, but that may be too british. Lightly flavored and sweetened on its own, the supplied raspberry sauce brought strong flavors to the pillowy souffle. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere here was outstanding.
