I stopped to get gas before work. I notice a wet spot on the ground but I thought it was just…read morewater. I stepped on it and fell backwards so hard...landing on my back on the concrete then hitting my head. ....then I decided to get back up and pump my gas. I put the nozzle in my car...the nozzle broke. Gas was spraying EVERYWHERE. I couldn't stop it....I fell on my knee. Then I went into race track to tell someone, this man said "sorry" and offered me a free coffee....I'm literally dripping in gas at this point. Was told that someone would contact me "soon" for a accident report....never did. I'm so angry....very sore, ruined clothes/shoes & couldn't go to work due the smell of gas on me and being in pain.

We walked back In together and he got aggressive. Wow... thought about calling the police but wasn't for sure how to explain that one... he was too busy eating his dinner, and decided he didn't want to do his job but was certainly able to be a complete jerk in the process. I called in advance to let them know I was on the way. Upon arrival, I see my order on the counter and clerk waives manager down. The manager approaches and states my order was cancelled. I asked by who? He states, you. I reply "I didn't cancel this and the app shows marked as picked up (paid/complete). I asked "Did you cancel it?" He rudely replies "No, how could I cancel it?" Waives me off (dismissed me) and instructs that I reach out to Uber eats directly. I call Uber whom confirmed clerk marked the order as complete/picked up. Thankfully, after throughly explaining to Uber that I didn't pickup order they processed refund. This has never happened, beware. I am still in disbelief.

I went to this location around 2pm on a weekday and it was BUSTLING! The selection was pretty good and just about everything on my list was in stock. The store is super clean and well stocked by happy, helpful and smiling employees as always. There were even plenty of shopping carts and baskets available which is never the case in downtown San Francisco. The lines were very manageable even though the store was packed with shoppers. My cashier informed me that this is the busiest location in the DFW area, but I'd argue that the Walnut Hill location is just as busy. I was thrilled that the lines don't snake around halfway down the aisles like those for a theme park roller coaster as they do in SF.
