I was actually impressed on how clean this gas station was. And the staff was super friendly.

I stopped to get gas before work. I notice a wet spot on the ground but I thought it was just water. I stepped on it and fell backwards so hard...landing on my back on the concrete then hitting my head. ....then I decided to get back up and pump my gas. I put the nozzle in my car...the nozzle broke. Gas was spraying EVERYWHERE. I couldn't stop it....I fell on my knee. Then I went into race track to tell someone, this man said "sorry" and offered me a free coffee....I'm literally dripping in gas at this point. Was told that someone would contact me "soon" for a accident report....never did. I'm so angry....very sore, ruined clothes/shoes & couldn't go to work due the smell of gas on me and being in pain. read more

Love this Racetrac. Mo is the best. He is super friendly to the customers, calling many by name. He went above and beyond when they started selling egg rolls to make sure there wasn't chicken in them (since I'm allergic). This store has fro-yo and many roller grill items. This location is my go-to for beverages on the way to my office, as well as the occasional fill-up or snack. Despite a lot of construction worker traffic, the staff does a good job of keeping the store clean. The gas pumps are maintained well, and this area is clean, too. One thing that's personal to me is that they carry the full line of Java Monster energy drinks including my beloved Vanilla Light. Very few stores carry this variety, and it's cheaper here than at the grocery store, so it's a regular purchase. They also have a wide variety of other soft drinks at reasonable prices. There's a dedicated walk in cooler for beer if you prefer the more mainstream fare, as well as a selection of small and full size bottles of wine. Finally, my newest discovery, this place has the most awesome air pump ever. Yes, air pump. It accepts credit cards (including chip) and even Apple Pay/Google Pay, and while it may seem expensive at $1.50 for 5 minutes, it's worth it. Dial in your desired pressure, and put it on your tire. The machine does the rest, and beeps when the target pressure is reached. Repeat for the other tires, and you're done! My car's tire pressure monitoring system read within a pound of what I dialed in on the pump, for all four tires. Easy and quick! Bottom line, this location definitely puts the "convenience" in "convenience store". I'm a fan. read more

For a gas / convenient store this is a great find! The folks here seem very friendly and customer focused. The day I came in here the place was spotless, staff was very attentive and very customer focused. The place is well-stocked with all kinds of goodies even healthy goodies. The southwest corner appears to be a fun little coffee section. All kinds of fun coffee treats and items to pare up with your coffee, like sweetness and tasty breakfast treats. To the northwest inside the store is a ice cream swirl sweet treat area. Careful of all the fun little sweet treats that you can put on top of your ice cream swirl. They have a fun hot dog area! The hotdogs are kept warm on a rotating hot moving rods. I have seen other RaceTrac's that have whole wheat buns, just ask and soon they should start carrying them. If you are looking for a fun cheat treat, go with the whole wheat bun and the jalapeño & cheese hotdog. It's not at all healthy, but if you have to have fun cheat treat this make just the one for you. What I really love is that there are more healthier choices, and you can tell that these folks are listening to the feed back from the customers! Keep up the great work folks! read more

I know there are a lot of choices out there regarding gas stations and convenience stores, but that's great customer service when you're not expecting it! Well done! As I was checking out, a customer walked in and let the 3rd shift manager know that the hot coffee melted his straw in the cup. Her first reaction was No it didn't! and he said, um... ok, but it did and I was just wondering if... - she cuts him off, sir I drink that coffee all the time and its not hot enough to do that. he wasn't pushy, maybe a lil taken aback and was otherwise not confrontational, I bet if she would have let him talk he would have just asked for a replacement. She brushed him off, that it was impossible, her tone was unreasonable and aggressive. As I paid for my items, and there was a line behind me, I asked her, why would he lie about that? she said ma'am I don't know why he would lie! I said, well I don't think hes being treated fairly right now and I think you're being rude for no reason at all. (I wasn't confrontational or loud - but it needed to be said) he told me thank you, and I can tell he was embarrassed; she basically called him a liar in front of a line of ten people. she said well ma'am! im not trying to be rude! I just grabbed my stuff and left. totally unnecessary act of aggression. could have been fixed by letting the guy grab a replacement cup. so stupid. and shes a manager!?!! wow. read more

You had ONE job! Just came here to get a large coffee this morning before an hour long trip. I mixed in a bunch of expensive supplements in it as I usually do before leaving the parking lot. Took a few sips and left. A short while later, I'm driving and took another sip only to discover that the cup had sprung a major leak and all of my coffee was everywhere, completely filling my cup holder and getting all over my lap, ruining my brand new pants I was just wearing for the first time and I had no time to pull over and deal with the situation. Worst experience ever. Can't even make a cup that holds hot beverages properly? No excuse for this. I get coffee like this at a dozen other different places and have never had a problem. This seemingly simple coffee purchase literally cost me over $50 not counting all the mess I had to clean up in the car and the embarrassment of showing up at my destination with huge coffee stains all over my pants.
