I don't feel like it was an out of the ordinary question to ask and she was super rude. I called back to try and talk to a manager, but I should've known there wouldn't be one on duty with the way she spoke to me. I think this issue needs to be resolved, as I don't think this is someone you want representing your business.

Card readers rarely work at the pumps. Payment method at each pump differs, some take tap while…read moreothers still only take inserted cards, some seem to be set to make you pay inside no matter what and doesn't even let you attempt to pay at the pump - doesn't really matter since all of them send me to pay inside no matter which pump I use. It's a bit annoying to have to go inside to pay every single time, and today when I tried to pay it actually said my card was full on declined 3 times in a row. I went to try paying inside and the same thing happened with the card reader inside, so I called my bank to see if my end was the issue - they had zero attempted transactions on the card and it seems the problem is that the readers at the gas station were simply offline and not even connecting through to the bank. It's frustrating to struggle this much just to pay for gas. Also, they recently added non-stop advertisements on the screens at the pump that yell in your face the whole time with no way to turn them down or off. I just want to pump my gas and contemplate these crap gas prices in peace, life isn't that Black Mirror episode yet where we are forced to look at ads shoved in our faces 24/7 - this is annoying.

She just wasn't gonna speak so on my way out I was gonna post a review on the website, but then I saw the female manager whom I saw before And I was expressing to her my concern and that a lot of young Latino females are rude for no reason now that's an experience usually I just go on take a picture of the person and maybe post it if it's extreme, but I just realize that I've never had an issue like that in QT so I thought when I saw the manager, I mention it, but she just always seems to have been a little combative like she likes to go back-and-forth. It was a statement it was an opportunity for her to hear me out and say thank you for the information whether she agree or disagree and move on but again I just like to say she has been confrontational. She has a little chip on her shoulder and I never said anything, but I tried to bring it to her attention in a way to say Latino women I have had concerns about their behavior how they treat people or black women so now I'm gonna emphasize that it just wasn't the young girl it's been hurt at time. She just has a chip on her shoulder when she comes in so because of that I have stopped coming to this QT And it's been months that I don't shop here anymore because of her I give them a thumbs down and if I could've given them zero stars, I would've done just that.

I brought this to her attention and she got frustrated when I tried ti ecplain it to her and had the audasity to tell me she always has this kind of problem woth "You People". WORST 24/7 "convenience" store you could ever walk into, if you can even get in…read more They "close" their doors at a random time EVERY single night and put up a small sign that says "use the little side window as we are short staffed." Mind you this sign appeared after months of not being open at night with no window back then. Now staff walks around inside with 2 or 3 members of staff at all times visible from the outside both then and now they are FULLY staffed but just walk around doing absolute zero while turning away any customers for x and y reason, sometimes you can do credit card purchases through the slider window which is pretty much the size of a small bag of chips to fit through but if mr.IHateLife is working (old fat white guy with bad teeth and even worse eyesight) its only cash payments. You dont need more than 2 people working a station of this size, and i speak as a previous manager of a gas station. They have THREE. And to top it off theyll ignore you while you stand at the window cause there must be so much to talk to your peers about seeing as youre soo short staffed. Going on 6 to 7 months of nightshift destroying the reputation of what once was a good establishment by not WANTING to work. Nothin else to it, just workers who think they gamed their boss by putting up a small sign and closing the doors to not work.
