I'll drive past 10 gas stations in order to get to this Costco Gasoline. Their price is usually 20 or more cents cheaper than the other guys. And, their Top Tier rating means the gas is high quality. The added detergent helps keep carbon deposits cleaned so my engine runs smoothly. Costco knows how to treat their customers and that keeps us loyal customers. read more

Great gas prices and the employees are always there to help things move quickly. We always save a few bucks by filling up here because their gas (especially supreme) is so much cheaper than generic gas stations. I love how clean they always keep the lanes and it is super convenient to fill gas while you're out doing Costco shopping. This location has a large parking lot and then the gas station is attached in the back so it is not hard to find or get to. read more

Love having this costco close to us. They've changed how the lines feed into the pumps so if u haven't been here in a while you come in from the north and the the plano pkw entrance. There is always a person working there that'll glad help you if you have issues. Gas is usually 5c-15c cheaper than near by stations sometimes even more. I try to go early in the morning when there isn't a crowd. Has been a good experience every time I've gone. read more

This is just your standard costco gas station. due to the design of the station, it disrupts the flow of traffic - which is a lot during peak hours at any costco. however, the way that this location differs from others is that there are usually 1-2 people during peak hours managing the traffic and directing cars into certain lanes and making sure that cars are pulling up as much as possible so that the flow in and out is very efficient. without the help, the gas station and parking lot would be backed up and stalled for sure. so props to the workers that are out there in all weather to help us out. sure, there's been a few times that gas pumps are broken and there's only 1 pump working in a lane which is inconvenient, but it happens. read more

This Costco location in Plano always seems to have the lowest gas prices around. The best time to fill up is in the morning before work but if you show up around the noon hour or after work to get gas, expect to wait in a long line, anywhere from 4 to 6 cars deep at times (this is especially true when gas prices are fluctuating like crazy at the other nearby stations and Costco's prices is the lowest). It's a good time to catch up on emails or play on your phone while you're killing time in line. Word of caution - if you happen to get in a lane where your gas tank is on the other side of your car, be sure to monitor your gas as it's pumping into your tank, especially if you have to put the nozzle in upside down so that it can reach. The auto-shutoff won't work and you'll end up paying for gas that spills out on to the pavement and the attendant will have to come and clean up the spilled gas! read more

No more basic than Costco for getting gas at several pennies less per gallon than anywhere else. So there is a line, Big Deal, it is worth the Membership and wait! If you had been around in 1973 / 1974, when there was the Arab Oil Embargo, that is what it was called, these lines are nothing. read more

Costco is my warehouse of choice however I keep my Sam's Club account because Costco stopped offering a variety on products, so I go to Sam's to buy...I refuse to be forced into buying a certain product. For example, Scott bathroom tissue is back they didn't sell it for a long long time and I refused to buy what they offered (Sam's made that money). Today, they offered only ONE brand of cream cheese and it isn't Philadelphia Cream Cheese...I'll buy what I like elsewhere. Whoever is ordering their butter needs to include Land O'Lakes...again I went somewhere else to buy what I wanted. I used the self checkout (that they once had and stopped using). Anyway...they don't have 'hand register guns' so the customer has to pick up every product...ridiculous! I'm not happy with Costco today. read more

If you have a Costco membership be sure to grab gas here. It's always cheaper than the gas stations in the area. You may have to wait in a line of cars if you go in the evening so be patient. read more

On Sunday, 5/5/2019, I passed the RaceTrac station on Midway, near Frankford. Premium gas was $2.71/gal. Got to Costco. Premium gas was $2.85/gal. Makes me wonder why I bought a membership to get lower gas prices. It was interesting to see all the people lining up, like someone was giving gold away, just to pay higher than necessary gas prices. read more

Horrible in terms of pumps working . Waited in line for 45 mins as most of pumps were out of order ...

We love getting gas at Costco. The prices are worth the drive and we usually stop in and grab our groceries. The difference in price at Costco can range between .10 and .25. At .25 per gallon savings that is approximately $3.75 savings, which is lunch for us at the food court. :) read more
