This QT is the first business we've visited where all employees are not wearing masks. Went to the outdoor farmer's market at Willowbend before coming here to get drinks and even the vendors there wore masks. At this time, Texas is only 33% vaccinated so I'm surprised this business is already disregarding the health of their customers. read more

I don't ever actually walk into a gas station unless it's a road trip and I need the facilities. So i was surprised at how nice, clean and organized this one is. My mission was to get a fountain drink and a granola bar and get to work. There are so many drink options, starting with the size and type of cup (plastic or Styrofoam). Then you have to choose crushed or cubed ice. All varieties of soda, I opted for Diet Dr. Pepper. This is what amazed me... (OK - I'm easily amused so what!) All the lids (soda and coffee) are organized and clearly labeled right behind you so you could quickly find the lid that goes with your cup of choice. The lid station was very well organized and clearly labeled. Good move moving it away from the fountain so other people can get their drink and not have to wait while you're searching for the right size lid. The morning week day traffic in this store is heavy but they had enough staff and opened additional registers to handle the crowd. I went round and round looking for my granola bars but eventually found them and was out the door in minutes. What else can I say? I was thoroughly impressed with the drinks. read more

Always fresh coffee! We this place. Like seriously! We spend 1200 a month here! My fiance and love their coffee & I drink at least three cups a day! The staff & mgmt are happy & will express how much they love working there. They remember you & even ask my fiance how I am doing when he goes alone. They are just really a nice group of people & we enjoy each & every visit...even if its three times a day! read more

I really like QT gas stations. They have wide bays that are clean, well lit and they have a decent store.

Can't go wrong with QT! It's the cheapest Gas and Cold Drink option in the Park/Willow Bend area.

Love QuikTrip! Cheap gas and an awesome snack/coffee stations inside. Only drawback is that they don't take AMEX.

I go to this gas station all the time and I buy cigarettes I buy a brad that is for QT and half the time the kids in there do not know where to locate the QT brand and will just say they are out and if the do look in the place where they keep the cartons they act like they are being bothered to look for them there were a couple of people that worked at this location and knew me and would always make sure they had them ready for me but they are no longer at this location it is just frustrating that they refuse to look for cigarettes and that is fine that you don't smoke but please stop acting like I am asking for your left arm when I ask you to search a little better for my cigarettes read more

I went to QT at 11:40 pm and got gas. Went in to get a snack. When I got one of the chicken bites, and taquito served "hot" on the rollers they didn't feel hot. I went to the clerk and asked if he knew how long they had been out. He told me he didn't know and that there was no way for him to know (do they not have tracking to make sure their products aren't out too long? Pretty sure that's standard health code 101). Then he blankly stared at me and in a very condescending voice said "so you're either going to buy it or you aren't. Do you want it or not?" I was in shock. I have never had someone lack such professionalism and common decency. I always have great customer experience and help at QT usually. He was young, so maybe he needs more training, but definitely shouldn't be working unsupervised. If he seems to feel challenged with acting appropriately toward me when asking such a simple request, I can only imagine how he treats other guests that challenge him. I thought about not writing this because maybe he was just having a bad day... However, then I believed that this is an issue that QT should address no matter what kind of day. It is never the guest's responsibility to take the brunt of someone's bad day. read more
