Came into the location this morning to use the restroom. I'll get coffee sometimes and maybe a hot dog but there was a young lady and I spoke to her and we were not even a foot away from each other and she kept walking so I spoke a little louder thinking maybe she didn't hear me but I believe that was intentional. She just wasn't gonna speak so on my way out I was gonna post a review on the website, but then I saw the female manager whom I saw before And I was expressing to her my concern and that a lot of young Latino females are rude for no reason now that's an experience usually I just go on take a picture of the person and maybe post it if it's extreme, but I just realize that I've never had an issue like that in QT so I thought when I saw the manager, I mention it, but she just always seems to have been a little combative like she likes to go back-and-forth. It was a statement it was an opportunity for her to hear me out and say thank you for the information whether she agree or disagree and move on but again I just like to say she has been confrontational. She has a little chip on her shoulder and I never said anything, but I tried to bring it to her attention in a way to say Latino women I have had concerns about their behavior how they treat people or black women so now I'm gonna emphasize that it just wasn't the young girl it's been hurt at time. She just has a chip on her shoulder when she comes in so because of that I have stopped coming to this QT And it's been months that I don't shop here anymore because of her I give them a thumbs down and if I could've given them zero stars, I would've done just that. read more

Half the customers were not wearing a mask. The staff were not wearing mask. Social distancing wasn't in Forest at all. No signage on floors etc. Won't be back to this location of QT. Oh, I came in for a Peach Tea at their fountain drinks area. Back in my car I tasted it. It was water! read more

The cashier that was there around 4pm is very inept. He was struggling to assist an older lady at the register. My husband and I were next in line so we stood at the right side of the register. The clerk finally finished with the older lady and yelled to the people behind us in line, "next person in line i will help you over here, pointing to the register to the left. The customers looked over to us and he continued to help the next person. I was so irritated that I left my purchase on the counter and will never go back. This gas station is all over the place. They are expired by a week and then out to early from thawing and are still frozen. They don't even act like they care about the fact that it's wrong.. I have gotten a pack with fruit and nuts and there was mold on the grapes.. yuck! read more

This is my go to QuikTrip since it is right off the freeway. This is a pretty busy QuikTrip especially through the week in the mornings. For the amount of business this location gets I usually can get in and out quickly. The customer service is always great and the place is always clean. I usually go in here for my coffee fix but they have food, snacks, all kinds of fountain drinks and they have some shakes you can make that are to die for. read more

This is my local QT. I'm really surprised it wasn't in Yelp before now.. It's located on Frankford, just off the 190/Bush Turnpike. Gas prices here are on par with the 7-11 and Wal-Mart on the other side of the highway, sometimes even a little cheaper (the other day, they were 2 cents cheaper than the 7-11 and a penny cheaper than the Wal-Mart). I've never seen more than one pump closed here at a time, and that's usually not for very long. Inside is always super clean, and even if I stop by at 4am for a gallon-size drum of Dr Pepper, the employees are nice and asking how I'm doing. QT ranks #1 on my Dr Pepper (convenience store) list (not to be confused with my drive-thru DP list). They use filtered water and there are 2 types of ice: crushed or cubed. Plus, they have vanilla or cherry syrups you can add to your beverages as you see fit. Their push-button "cappuccinos" and hot chocolates are way better than RaceTrac's... Not sure why, but they just are. I'll go out of my way to a QT even if I'm right next to a RaceTrac if that's what I'm wanting. AND now they have a whipped cream dispenser, so you can top your cappuccino/hot chocolate all fancy. I've never had any of their smoothies/slushees/iced cappuccinos, as I've always been a Slurpee loyalist, but they are super duper popular during the summer. I'll see 400 kids in there getting the slushees, and they all seem really happy mixing and matching the multiple flavors. So yeah. Go QT! Hotdogs, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, delicious fountain Dr Pepper, best push-button cappuccinos out of all the convenience stores/gas stations, 24-hours, cheap gas, and nice employees. Win. Oh, and another HUGE reason to pick QT over RaceTrac? QT offers free air/water, whereas every RaceTrac I've been to charges for them. So when I drove my old 95 Ford Escort and the radiator acted up, I made sure to pull into a QT (if I could...) and get free water for the engine. Or at 4.30 in the morning when my tire pressure indicator went off on my brand new damn car? I pulled into this QT to check the tire pressure and to get free air for the two that were low. Even though this QT butts up to a not-amazing area, I haven't felt unsafe at 4.30 in the morning. There are usually enough cops that drive by and the area is well-lit enough for me to feel reasonably secure. Often, if I have to air up my tires that early, I'll stop in the store first, so that the employees know there's someone out there. Just to be extra sure. read more

This gas station usually has the lowest prices. Even with it being right off the highway, the price stays lower than most around it. There are plenty of pumps, and even though it can be packed at times, you can usually always find a spot somewhere. Inside it is pretty big, I like that. They have the basic slurpee machines, fountain drinks, the fridges with all the drinks you could imagine. They have plenty of alcohol. A huge variety of snacks. I've gotten power steering fluid here a time or two. (My favorite thing to get at QT is the dill pickle big sunflower seeds!) They recently opened up a pizza making station inside the place. I've never eaten there but it looks pretty neat. Probably my favorite gas station/convenient store! read more

The cashiers would not sell me pods even though I had my passport which is a government issued form of ID I and not too mention I am 25 years old. None of the cashier would scan their ids for me even though they clearly knew I was 25! Will never go back. The cashiers smelt like shit as well. read more

Always greeted as I enter, and thanked as I leave....missing in so many businesses today. Store and bathrooms are always clean, and food is always fresh. This is my only go to for fuel anymore. Great team of workers that are quick to take care of the customers. Thanks QT read more

This is always a good place to get get a really good cup of coffee. As a former truck driver, I used to stop at these stores as they do have some that are truck stops. The many different flavors of ice tea is great if you like that kinda thing ( I'm a unsweet black tea kinda guy) they do make breakfast sandwiches and a pretty good breakfast pizza. Always has what I need and is clean. The employees are nice and welcoming. You get greeted as you enter and wished a well day as you leave.

This place is somewhere to avoid if you can at all help it. They advertise things that don't exist and pressure you to get their app... which won't help in the slightest. They tell you things that should be true but aren't. read more

I work nights so on my night off I will come in the middle of the night for junk snacks!! This place is always light up and they don't let people loiter and it's light up well and very safe!! The staff here are always friendly and take great care of you!! Stop here often just because of that!! read more

Awful experience!!! The manager on duty, Adrian, was very condescending and rude us. Definitely love that Dallas has better gas station within a block! Won't be going back for sure. read more
