They hire people who are literally drugged out of their mind, having conversations with the ceiling while turning self check out isles off so that you must wait in line 10-20 minutes or longer if your patient enough to do so I guess, just to then navigate a conversation you do not understand and which makes you feel uncomfortable. I respect the quality of Exxon gasoline so I try to fill up with it, but I have to say, all too often their stores are not kept up. She was warming up food and I was being patient even though I was in a rush and could've been in and out, but I let her do her thing. I stood at the register and another person came in. She immediately left what she was doing and WENT OVER TO HIM. I don't think I became invisible within that moment so I looked confused and before I could even speak she says "Mam this is my register, thanks" like that made a difference! You blatantly skipped over me after I WAITED and didn't once say "step over to the other register " (which was 3 steps over) she just acted like I didn't belong. Rude, horrible customer service and I'll never buy from here again. I'll drive across town first.
