Quick fill up... I thought gas prices are going down.... $2.25 seems high. Oh well. Good gas station from the outside. Clean and quick. That's it for now.

It's 8:30am and morning commuters have this to welcome their visit. Pure laziness on employees/management's part.

Please ignore all previous positive reviews, trust me. Yes at one time this RT store used to be superior in customer service, attentive/pleasant staff and facility cleanliness. NOT ANYMORE. It appears all the best employees have left or been promoted up and out. It's sad because this should be a flagship store because of location and the massive amount of customers who visit now only for convenience.

Holy crap. This RaceTrac is AWESOME. I've never been so excited about a gas station in my life. When the BF was like "hey, I'm gonna take you to RaceTrac for a date," I was like "say whaaaaat?!?!" But when we got there I was like, "WTF, THIS is a GAS STATION?!" This gas station has everything. There is a fro-yo (frozen yogurt) station and it's .39 centers per ounce. There are actually a lot of good toppings! I really liked the cheese cake, celebration cake, double chocolate and pineapple flavors! The mochi fairy has blessed this place with ginormous amounts of mochi. I LOVE IT! Their beef and chicken empanadas, are awesome! Second best I've ever had. They're cheap too, 2 for 3. I actually feel shameful for liking gas station food, but I promise, you wouldn't have thought it was gas station food. I don't pump at RaceTrac because of the gas quality, but for those who do, it's at a good location (Renner & Shiloh) and price is fairly cheap. If you don't come for gas, at least come for the cheap fro-yo, empanadas and drinks (.49 cents right now).

Coffee selection this morning. Was so excited to see the Pumpkin.

By far my favorite RaceTrac. I love their coffee station set up. Not only do they always have several coffees to choose from but they also have Half & Half, Whole Milk, Almond Milk along with a couple of other options that you can pour into your coffee instead of having to stand there opening little containers that never have enough inside of it. They also have sugar free flavor add in as well!! I use to go to QT all the time for coffee but once my Husband took me into a RaceTrac for coffee one morning I've always kept going back to RaceTrac because of how convenient everything is in their coffee section. Whenever I make my coffee and then leave paying $1.82 for a large I feel like I just got the best damn coffee at a fraction of the cost then Starbucks! Other than that the place is always neat and clean and the Staff is always friendly.

Large store with a big self serve yogurt stand for all the cool suburban kids. Prices are higher then Big D and the store was large a spacious for all your needs. The employees were essentially worthless and not friendly at all. Note to self RaceTrac follow a lead of one of your large competitors. Teach employees how to be cordial and friendly to the people who help them keep a job. I don't think it requires much for employees to get off their phones and acknowledge customers or be helpful in some manner. Thanks for helping me realize never to stop at this location again.

It's a new Racetrack with good people running it. That really should be enough to say. Frozen yogurt, beer fridge, and all the goodies you need . Twelve pumps outside and eight inside for your caffeine needs.

Still looks new. They've kept it up well.

Still out of receipt paper over a month later. Get off your lazy A$& and put receipt paper in the gas pumps.

My 7 year old niece was talking to me about how much she loved getting frozen yogurt at Race Trac and I didn't take her seriously at all.

Bad Customer Service at 7-Eleven…read more Customer service plays a major role in how people view a business, especially convenience stores that rely on frequent, quick visits. Unfortunately, many customers have experienced poor customer service at 7-Eleven locations, which negatively affects the company's reputation. Problems such as rude employees, lack of cleanliness, and slow service can make customers feel unwelcome and frustrated. These issues show how bad customer service can drive customers away, even from a well-known brand. One major issue with customer service at some 7-Eleven stores is employee behavior. Customers often expect basic politeness, but instead may encounter workers who seem annoyed, ignore customers, or speak in an unfriendly tone. When employees do not greet customers or help them when asked, it creates a negative atmosphere. Even small actions, like not making eye contact or responding rudely, can leave a lasting bad impression and make customers feel disrespected. Another problem is the lack of cleanliness and organization in some stores. Customers expect convenience stores to be quick and easy places to shop, but messy aisles, dirty floors, and empty shelves can make the experience unpleasant. When these issues are combined with unhelpful staff, customers may feel that the store does not care about their comfort or satisfaction. Cleanliness is a basic part of good service, and failing to maintain it shows poor management and low standards. Slow service is also a common complaint. Long lines at the checkout with only one employee working can waste customers' time, especially when they are in a hurry. If employees appear unmotivated or take too long to assist customers, frustration builds quickly. Convenience stores are meant to be fast, and slow service goes against the main reason people choose to shop there. In conclusion, bad customer service at 7-Eleven can seriously harm the customer experience. Rude employees, unclean stores, and slow service all contribute to customer dissatisfaction. To improve, 7-Eleven should focus on better employee training, higher cleanliness standards, and faster service. Good customer service encourages loyalty, while bad service pushes customers to choose other stores instead.

Well I try to stay positive when I visit a spot. So let's start with the pluses. They had a very…read morefriendly and helpful cashier. They have products and were restocking the shelves as I was there. They were fast and convenient to the location I was at. Now unfortunately the minuses. I went there for gas and as I was paying I had to go potty with some urgency. So I go to the restroom, along the way from the front I have to maneuver around the aisles to get to the restroom. Once there I see the restroom is absolutely filthy and If I didn't have to go so bad and need gas, I would have turned around and left. They need to clear the aisle of excess product to make it mobility friendly.
