I stopped to get gas before work. I notice a wet spot on the ground but I thought it was just…read morewater. I stepped on it and fell backwards so hard...landing on my back on the concrete then hitting my head. ....then I decided to get back up and pump my gas. I put the nozzle in my car...the nozzle broke. Gas was spraying EVERYWHERE. I couldn't stop it....I fell on my knee. Then I went into race track to tell someone, this man said "sorry" and offered me a free coffee....I'm literally dripping in gas at this point. There's a lady in there that's always on her Bluetooth phone and doesn't care about the customers. I went in last week on Wednesday to get a slurpee for my kid. I saw a happy hour sign from 3-6 Monday - Friday for a $1 large. So instead of getting a small I got the large. $1.89 she said. I told her there's a happy hour sign there and showed her. She said it's for Friday only. Today I come in (Friday) and buy my kid the same drink. $1.89 she said. I told her about the exact sign. Take her to the sign AGAIN. She said it's for rewards members. I'm a rewards member. Then she said fine, fill a small one up and pay for that and you can have the large since you already filled it up. I do. She scans me up for both. I said you rang me up for both. With a pissy attitude she said "what? You think I'm just going to give you a slurpee for free?" Well, YOU just said you were. Then she rang me up for 2 drumsticks when I only had one. Needless to say I'll never come back to this 7eleven again. HORRENDOUS customer service. Side note: last time I came in a guy was trying to buy a lotto ticket. They tried to tell him he had to buy a food item to purchase a lotto ticket. That is ILLEGAL.
