I haven't eaten at Chick-fil-A in a long time. I went there with my brother, and the food was great, and the service outstanding.

I get that it may be busy maybe even short staffed but CFA is historically known for its "excellent" customer service and on this day it was sub par. I ordered online, navigated thru that confusing af parking lot to walk in and no one greeted or acknowledged myself or the gentleman who came in afterwards. There was actually no one at the front counter either and the two people walking around seeing us at the pick up area never said anything to the point the other person had to go ask for assistance. The family and I stopped by here today after a long walk through the maze that is IKEA. The staff at Chick-fil-A is always friendly, but today this location seemed particularly on point! It's a grilled chicken sandwich kind of day! Some places just look at grilled chick like something they just have to have on the menu and don't put much effort into it. Not with CFA - tonight I ordered one with an iced tea but had to wait in a drive thru parking space for them to make it. Not a problem - right. Well as I am pulling into the space, I connect with my friend who says they would like a shake. Sorry friend- I am not planning to go through the drive again, so I share that I'll get it next time there is an opportunity in future. A few minutes later, out comes my sandwich (with the green lettuce that I love on sandwiches instead of iceberg) and a smile that says "I have an extra shake for you - would you like it?" Wait -what? All that I can say is it was a lovely coincidence, but another out-of-their-way effort by CFA staff. Super fan of the salads too! The kale is surprising good. read more

I'm here now with my family. The manager and all the crew are terrific. The restaurant is very clean. Our order was perfect. We were asked if we wanted refills while we were eating. I am highly disappointed in how the worker got my order wrong. The tablet wasn't working so I had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong. I asked for an 8 count nugget meal with a chocolate shake and they instead gave me a chicken sandwich with pickles which I am allergic to. Chick-fil-A do better. read more

Wow!! CFA is known for their friendly customer service but this location goes above and beyond to treat you like royalty. From the person at the cashier to the cute older women that pick up your tray to take to the trash, every CFA is courteous and does it all with a smile. I'm a huge fan of the cobb salad (minus the cheese) with warmed grilled nuggets and avocado lime ranch but let's be honest, anything on the menu is bound to be delicious. It's the Lord's nuggets and waffle fries after all. If you haven't already, download the CFA app and scan it BEFORE you pay. You can earn rewards points to redeem for food later on. Forgot to scan? Quick drive thru service! I thought I'd made the mistake of jumping in the drive through only to discover it was the lunch time rush, but the line moved quickly and the service was wonderful. They had two people working the window, one took my payment and repeated my order, the other handed me my drink and food and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my peppermint chocolate chip shake (yes I splurged with whip cream and a cherry on top!), my small fries, a "cannot ever forget" chocolate chip cookie, and my FREE original Chick fil A sandwich! Yes, I said free. I filled out the survey at the bottom of my receipt on my previous visit and was rewarded with a code for a free original sandwich on my next trip. My entire meal cost $5 something. Avoid coming here during the lunch rush because it is pure mayhem. The parking lot is a complete mess and if you do curbside pickup, expect to be sitting in your car for an extra 10mins while trying to leave the parking lot because cars block your only exit. Outside of the craziness, CFA does a good job at social distancing as much as possible so I can appreciate the peace of mind that I won't catch COVID-19 ordering here. Are you forgetting all the parents who have spent an unfathomable amount here and rely on that play area as a safe haven for their kids to play. It wasn't much before but it was something. And MY fault, I didn't look before I drove off... but the manager, Levi, was able to help me out! I got to work and was handing my coworker his drink & fries when I realized our nuggets were missing and we somehow wound up with a sandwich lol I wasn't able to go back, so I made a call to Chick-fil-A & Levi gave me the option to have a free meal on them next time I come in OR a full refund! You can't really go wrong with CFA, the food is consistently good and the service is always great . I usually get a spicy chicken sandwich and even though I don't care for waffle fries, there's are pretty good. The lemonade is also very good and i love the chocolate chunk cookie and frozen lemonade. I used to come often for breakfast but when they got rid of their spicy chicken on the breakfast menu I cut back my visits, but overall I'm always happy with my meals and will continue to come here. read more

All Chick-Fil-A are created equal, but some are more equal than others. I am a frequenter of Chick-Fil-A (have my own cow costume and also have a bumper sticker I proudly display on my car that says "I Love Chick Fil A", but this location consistently goes above and beyond other locations I've visited (all other locations probably go "by-the-book", but below are a few things that differentiate this particular location): 1) I love the fact that when I call to place an order they pro-actively make sure I know they are the location at the SE corner of 121 and Preston (and not the location in the shopping mall nearby where there is also a Chick Fil A in the food court). 2) When I order nugget trays, they allow me not just get one big sauce option, but also will give me smaller packets of other sauce (other locations won't give me extra smaller sauce packets or will say "you either get one big sauce or 6 little sauces for a nugget tray"). 3) When I ask for change for a dollar, this location has always happily done it (other locations have said "We're not allowed to give out change."). 4) When I came in on Halloween dressed as a cow, they comped my value meal -- I don't think they had to do that unless it was a specific "Cow Apprecation Day" promotion...but they went ahead and did it anyhow. read more

This location is definitely one of the busier ones but they are pretty quick about getting people in and out!!! It's right by my job, quick great service the majority of the time. Every employee we encountered were super friendly and the food was fast and fresh, as always. Rhoda was especially gracious and kind as she went about her work, making us feel special in the way she greeted us, visited with us and took pride in her job. Curbside is a joke because they don't start preparing your order until you get there. Also, I'm not a fan of the employees outside that take your order and are all up in your car window without a mask on. Like, please, back up a little.
