I don't think I've ever given a chick-fil-a a bad review and I start feeling kind of redundant when I review their stores with the same material, but they're do consistently good, it's hard not to! I will say, however, that this location went above and beyond the typical Chick-fil-a awesomeness tonight. I was in the drive through only to discover my wallet wasn't in my purse. My panic was quickly mounting, but they were very patient and actually comped the whole meal as I was about to say "never-mind" to the entire order. I thought that was really generous of them. Thankfully, my wallet was found under my car seat, but when I went inside to pay them, they insisted I keep the free meal. Pretty cool, huh? Curbside is a joke because they don't start preparing your order until you get there. Also, I'm not a fan of the employees outside that take your order and are all up in your car window without a mask on. Like, please, back up a little. I don't care what the current guidelines are, there's never a reason to be that close to someone lol. Food is clutch though and always on point. read more

Came here for a great chick fil a meal. I quickly realized that this isn't your typical well run, chick fil a. Got my entire order wrong and didn't put a single sauce in the bag. I am 3 months pregnant and these days the only thing I can tolerate for controlling my morning sickness is the chick-fil-a breakfast! The staff is friendly and the service is fast, despite how busy they get. Today I was in the drive thru and the nausea surged, i was worried that I was going to throw up just as I reached THE CASHIER WINDOW, I quickly made my payment And pulled over into a parking space where the nausea just sort of "took over" and did it's thing-- humiliating--moments later, out of nowhere, one of the employees, a young man, came running out and brought me ice water and a stack of napkins. Lucus a team leader was super efficient in taking my order and preparing my drinks. I had a complicated order and he had no problem following my confusing directions. He was able to correct the order quickly when I remembered I needed to change something on my order. He was so polite and even helped me to my car without being asked as I had 6 drinks. The food was hot and delicious. This chick fil a runs very smoothly during really busy times while still being polite. I would highly recommend this Chick-fil-a to others! read more

UPDATE: I have gone to this Chick-fil-A a number of times since my original experience. My visits since the original post have been largely positive, with only a few very small service issues. Because of these positive experiences, I am updating my rating for this location to four stars. Original Review: So I am sure you are aware of Chic-fil-A's new app. I have used it a few times myself, and it has been great. As always, I enjoyed my meal from Chic-fil-A, but something happened at this location that I did not appreciate. I walked into the restaurant to pick up my order, and the place was literally packed with a huge lunch-time crowd. I heard an employee/manager calling out, "Order for Andrew!" So naturally I walked up to claim it. However, as she was handing my order off to me, she proceeded to announce to the whole restaurant that I had just used their app, and that my order had been bumped up in front of all of their orders. I immediately felt very embarrassed. I was unexpectedly being used as an unwilling, impromptu marketing tool, and had been (likely unintentionally) portrayed as a glorified line-cutter; at least a little warning would have been nice. Of course no consolation was offered by them, and I left feeling used and very, very embarrassed. I really would have preferred to just wait in line, instead of being called out like that in a restaurant full of strangers. Went in for lunch and no one was waiting in line. The cashier took my order. By the time I was walking to my seat my food was following right behind me. It would have been 5 stars, but the coke was over flowing out of the cup and down the sides so I had to get a bunch of napkins to clean it up and wipe it down. read more

Great food (as usual) but this place is always SO BUSY. I'm talking, long lines wrapped around the building, invading traffic in the shopping center, and that's with 2 drive-thru order spots. You'll have to wait a bit for your chick-fil-a fix because it's so popular, but they've never messed up an order and are generous with their sauces. read more

This location, like most Chick Fil-A's can get so crowded. I don't come often, but I do swing by once in awhile..mostly through the drive thru. I find this location a little difficult to get in and out of due to its location on 121 and Preston. Drive thru lines move fairly quickly, even when long. Inside can take pretty long. The food is consistent with other locations, always great. The service is always friendly. They recently renovated the place so it looks really nice and modern inside. Recommend! read more

By far the worst chick fil a I've been to. Service is slow, attitudes are weak. The line for mobile orders is bigger then the line for normal customers. Forgetting condiments in bags. All that said food was good as usual. read more

Of course the customer service is friendly but it's like watching a movie in slow motion. They move SO slow. I normally got an get an ice tea from this location and it literally takes them five minutes to make it. Why?! Also the roped off line system is so confusing. This location in particular is my favorite Chick-fil-A, which is saying a lot because I LOVE Chick-fil-A. The interior is very nicely decorated and the seating is more modern looking compared to other Chick-fil-A's I have frequented. Food is what you would expect (clue: superb). However, what really sets apart this location is the service. Ryan, the manager, always recognizes me and greets me by name. Occasionally he will hand out complimentary nuggets cards to customers, and it shows me how connected this Chick-fil-A wants to be to the community. My only regret is that this location is very far from my home but it's close to my office. Keep it up! I will definitely be back. :) read more

This is the best chickfila I have ever been to. I've never been to this location during the dinner rush, but their lunch crew is awesome. No matter how busy they are, the line always goes by quick and I hardly have to wait for my food. I was in the drive thru for breakfast at 10:29am and by the time i pulled up to the person taking the order at 10:32am, she refused to take my order. This location is a joke as is the management that runs the location. Not to mention the "order taker". I do like that the drive through line is made simple, your wait times seem like they will be long and are 10-12 minutes in the longest line and the order is correct in the bag just as you asked for it. This location of Chick-fil-A is busy (as most are), but the staff handles it with grace and composure. I'm not sure what kind of employee training program this company uses, but rarely will you get such warm and thorough customer service in the fast food game. Keep up the good work guys! read more
