I was in the drive thru for breakfast at 10:29am and by the time i pulled up to the person taking the order at 10:32am, she refused to take my order. This location is a joke as is the management that runs the location. Not to mention the "order taker". I guess there is a clear reason why some people are only cut for the fast food industry. read more

One of the slowest drive thrus I've ever been to for a Chick-fil-A. Also the fries are never cooked all the way through

Very rare in the world today at a fast food place to get excellent service. Today I stopped by for breakfast and everyone was so friendly it was a great experience read more

Always super busy around my lunch time! But i love the idea of them standing outside and taking the orders and accepting payments. Makes it faster and easier. Sometime i feel bad though. Because its sooooo HOT outside. :( #Dedication read more

This location is fantastic! The manager went above and beyond for me when I ordered trays of food for a family dinner before a funeral. He was so supportive! Thank you for great service, compassion, and food!!! read more

reasonable prices, clean environment friendly staff. Food is always excellent & they are kid friendly!. If you like pickles like I do you'll have to ask for them, 2 pickles are not enough for me read more

Good food and great service is what you get. The food comes out very fast and tastes very good. I come here all the time and will continue to come here. Just another good chic-fil- A. read more

It's freaking Chick Fil A! It's always good! Every single one that I've been to, it's good!

I stopped by this location to grab a quick bite for lunch. Talk about great service! I was very impressed. Market Salad and chicken noodle soup were both delicious! read more

They don't use their drive thru speakers, instead use people so it causes a gap in cars and then traffic issues. Supposedly faster but I don't see a difference. Went inside once, staff was not very friendly or helpful... never had this issue with this company before. Never impressed with their service. read more

Has to be the worst service we received at a Chick Fil A ever and that was through the drive thru. Went Sat at 4:30pm, the girl did not pay attention and I had to repeat myself several times, sounded like she was holding conversations with co-workers then she came back and said "what", really, usually they are very good about their service. I am shocked however after reading some of these reviews I am not surprised. This location probably needs to work on their Customer Service training. read more

4/30/12 - I received a response from corporate. They have forwarded my comments onto the independent owner. They also offered by two Chick-fil-A CARES Guest cards. Sent them my mailing address. Went through the drive through last night around 930pm after not getting any service from FreeBirds down the street (see my review on them). Normally, good service and I trust them but when I got home my order was wrong. I order a Chargrilled chicken sandwhich meal but got a Chicken sandwich. Needless to say, I ate it anyways as I had no recourse. Posted a comment on their website and my instinct says I'll probably won't here from it. read more

This Chick-fil-A is quite popular at lunch. The staff is well trained, and they do a good job of getting through the line, offering refills, and keeping tables clean a midst the chaos. As others have mentioned this location is quite popular for parents with kids, and I have noticed some running around in the area near the indoor playground. Recommend sitting towards the back of the restaurant (near bathrooms) if wanting to hold a conversation. Many of the Chick-fil-As in the area like this one are better staffed at lunch. So while there are far less people in the Drive-Thru or inside at dinner, the food generally takes longer. They fill the fries well generally, and the chicken is cooked well. There is a separate line during peak lunch hours (11-2) for to-go orders. If you are getting it to go, the line on the left (facing menu) is the one you want to be in. If you are dining in, the line on the right is where you want to be. A lot of people have not figured out where to stand, so cutting/inefficiencies in the line are typical. The cashiers generally say "I can help the next customer" as to make the customers sort it out themselves who is next in line. read more

I used to come here 2-3 times a week for breakfast during my high school years and that was back in 2001-2004. The last time I was at this location was probably around 8 years ago. I came here this morning for breakfast and the manager still remembers me coming in when I was in high school!!!!!!!!!! Now that is very impressive! Much respect to the manager! read more

I called in a catering order at noon for a party to pick up at 7:45. I spent $18 dollars To get there and nothing had been started. 20 minutes later still waiting. They can only give me 9 of the 12 cookies and offering NOTHING to make up for their lack of preparation. Will not do this again!!!!!! read more

Great service and great food. Got the delicious number 2 combo. The spicy chicken was delicious. Going to go back for sure!

I guess the wrong day for me to try this location for the last time . Endless cars wrapped around the building finally get close enough and there's two employees writing down your orders and inputting they are having lovely chats full of laughter and cars not moving forward. My turn comes and the employee walks away to do something there are 7 car lengths empty of space in front of me so why can't I place my order in the microphone ? He finally comes back takes my order and now can't get my credit card to scan?? So then I pull up to where they have barricades a lane off and now you have to stop and try to get my card working again and it does .. In the meanwhile I've had to give my name twice which is annoying as well. I'm on my lunch I'd like my food not an introduction and a full conversation .. I pull up to the window and there are at least a half a dozen employees packing my bag or standing waiting or getting a drink ?! Really put them to work at the drive up microphone and let's move along. I asked for one ketchup and one mayo I got a handful and one napkin lol the food is greasy one napkin!!??? My sandwich was overcooked and hard and fries undercooked and soft not my day .. Not theirs either apparently . Help them someone ! read more

Anything less than 5 stars would be cruel to give to this place. Awesome food and service. On weekends, they have those eloquent teens taking the orders before you arrive at the drive through! You would mostly see Mercedes, BMW and such in the queue! Whereas on the other side you see nobody buying from MCDonald's, haha. Very happy to have you guys around in our neighborhood. read more

The food was the same as all the other places so I would say consistency is good - 4 stars. But the ambience was a nightmare even for a fast food restaurant. Literally screaming kids EVERYWHERE. It's like parents got tired of watching their children or paying for a babysitter, so they come here for 2 hours and dump them in the play area ( by play area I mean the play area + entire freaking restaurant). read more

Not a fan of their service. Just watched a guy talk and slowly hand me my finished order. I heard him ask if the lemonade was ready. He still gave me my order without it. I told him that he forgot my 2 frosted lemonades. He brought back one and failed to explain that they only charged me for one. So I had to wait again for another transaction for the second lemonade. Too much wasted time! read more

Came here with my two young kids alone to give mommy a break. The staff were so nice - they could tell dad wasn't used to wrangling the kiddos alone. Brought the high chair to me, helped strap them in, delivered the food with a smile. Extra cherries on their sundae and handed each a toy plush cow. Happy to be at a place with great service. And the food is tasty, too! read more

I visited this location on last Thursday evening just before close around 9:30 PM. I ordered a ice dream in a cup. When I got to the window I was reaching for the cash to pay for it but the beautiful soul at the window said "Don't worry about it, it's on us tonight!" No matter what I said she refused to take my money. I immediately looked in the rear view mirror to see if anyone was behind me so that I could pay for their meal but no one was there. I had no problem passing along the kindness! Thank you young lady...I'm sorry that I didn't get your name but you made my night! read more

This is more of an open letter to all Chick-fil-A's ... thank you. Thank you for satisfying my kids 2 or 3 times a week. I don't know what I would do without you. You make me want to be a better man. read more

The play area always smells like pee. Don't know the last time it was professionally cleaned. The employees are alway super nice though and food is alway correct. read more

I personally love chic fil a. It is the best fast food you can get. This location in particular is a complete disaster. I have had my order screwed up 3 different times trying to manage to get through the the drive thru. I came back once with my receipt and the manager blew me off and just mentioned something to the girl who screwed up. Will still eat here but this place either needs to expand its size or figure something out because it is complete chaos!!!!! read more

Staff is friendly and helpful, they provide quick service and are extremely polite. Lunch and Dinner will have very long lines inside the restaurant as well as drive-thru, but they are quick and handle the crowds like experts. The lemonade, sweet tea, chicken nuggets, spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries and BBQ sauce are my families favorites ! read more

What the crap! How many times do I have to say NO PICKLES and you put extra pickles on there??? Work on your QC guys.

been here once during lunch time which is busy but they got through the drive thru line fast and were nice. 3 stars are because i asked for a 2 count strip kids meal with a medium fry and drink upgrade- it was a manger taking my order and he said he'd have to ring it up separately to do that. i used to work at church fil a and you don't- there's a button in "local items" or "other" (forgot which button but one of those has it) that says "kids meal fry upgrade medium" so he had to separate it all and added a kids toy. i'm an adult women he should've asked if i still wanted the toy since it was going to be added to my order separately because i would've said no. i got charged $1.15 for the toy and didn't even receive it. he also didn't ask me for sauces which they usually do too so i forgot to say that since i was in a hurry because the sauces are why i like chick fil a so i didn't enjoy spending $6 on 2 strips and a medium fry to eat with no sauce (no drink bc i ordered a water) read more
