hey Celina, I went today to Bojangles, and it was a scam. They gave one of my meals to the wrong person. He was eating it in his car until they got him his order, and took my order from him and came to deliver it to me. I saw him eating from my order. Throwing back something in the bag I assume french fries when they gave him his order and gave them back my bag. The employee got my bag from him and tried to give it to me. I refused taking that meal and she started twisting it and had a huge meltdown by my car. Very bad customer service. I asked for a manager. They played dumb and she called a coworker, I asked for a store credit. They laughed at me. I asked for a refund or a receipt. They left me waiting outside for an hour. Believe it or not I called the cops and the police officer got me my receipt after two attempts. Please be aware of their lies, keep a receipt with or ask for it since they don't offer it. Packed with employees, training day maybe ? It was a noisy Bo vibe atmosphere. Lunchtime, food was fresh and good. That chicken sandwich does give Ole Popeye and run for his money. Yelp 100 Challenge- # 46 Located off of University. At the moment there is a lot of construction so keep that in mind when visiting. If you enjoy season fries, biscuits, and filet chicken then Bojangles is a nice place to try. On my two visits we were asked to pull forward because French fries were being cooked fresh. 6:30 p.m. 8/20/26. How can you have that many people working there at the same time be that incompetent? The three people I had contact with --there's no way they can read or write, let alone take one simple order for chicken fingers. After repeating it six times and waiting in the parking lot for 12 minutes, I was brought a chicken sandwich. To top it off, there was not one customer in the lobby or in the drive-thru. I'll never go back. This is the second experience like this. You have to have at least one person working there that can function. Very impressed over all. First visit to this location and first visit to a Bojangles ever and I am a new fan. We each ordered the chicken sandwich combo, my husband chose fries and I chose the mac-n-cheese bake. We found our seat, and the whole place was clean for it being lunch rush time. The lady running the food and I thinking running the drive thru came and told us our chicken would be a few minutes because they were being thrown in fresh (no complaints here) so maybe 10 min later she brought our food and it was fresh! She apologized and asked if we like to try Boberries. We both told her it was ok and she asked if we had ever had it and of course we haven't so she insisted on us trying it out for the wait. Oh goodness, I'm so glad I had the opportunity to try it because it was delicious!! No for the main meal. Fries were good, crispy on the edges and hot inside, kinda a steak fry vibe. The Mac-n-cheese bake was gooood, very similar to Luby's. Mannn the chicken sandwich was crunchy, with good flavor, piping hot paired with homestyle pickle and some mayo. I WILL be back! Sat waiting 15 min at the drive thru order menu as they struggled to take orders, couldnt communicate simple please wait or we are backed up. Definitely need some training or additional support to get this right. Gave up and went somewhere else leaving a line of 10 cars. I didn't eat here so I can't score on the food. My score is based off the music being phenomenal. The kids hang out here so it's planting seeds. I did feel it was a tiny bit in need of a clean but I do look forward to trying the food soon. I felt it did give more offerings than most chicken places but nothing sounded good to me that day. The food was tasty, but in the middle of the day on a Sunday it shouldn't take me almost half an hour to get food at a drive thru. I kept thinking I should just leave, but then we'd move a few inches forward and I'd think that we'd get our food "soon." Not sure if this is normal or not, but I wasn't impressed at all and have no interest in waiting that long again. Hopefully they get more staff or better leadership to fix the time or others won't want to return either! read more

Love the Bojangles in Frisco, TX. Tenders are super crispy and amazing, and the fries are delicious. I love fries, and these are the best I've ever tasted. What I appreciate the most about this location is the friendly staff, with highest of marks for drive-thru employee Tobias. He has been at the window several times this past week, yes, I went twice. 5-star is is now a 1 star! We order 2 meals for a total of 4 sides, and fries. And we get two full boxes of strips, which I won't eat bc I only eat dark meat. And 1 side and 1 order of French fries. And wouldn't you know it. They don't answer the phone to complain. Absolutely crap service, for crap food, that isn't even the RIGHT crap food!!!! So thanks for that. Was my favorite chicken place in Georgia but they have made changes. Maybe it's a location thing or budget thing , but they don't have pieces like , legs wings and thighs or even the grilled bites . It's a new restaurant here , so I'm not gonna say anything about the service and chaos going on.
