Wing Snob is a great spot for anyone craving flavorful wings with a wide variety of sauce options. The wings are consistently crispy and well-cooked, and what really stands out is the selection of flavors--from classic buffalo and lemon pepper to sweeter or spicier specialty sauces. There's something for every preference, whether you like traditional heat or more creative flavor profiles. The portions are solid for the price, and the fries and sides are a great complement to the wings. Service is generally quick, making it a convenient option for takeout or a casual meal. The setup is more fast-casual than dine-in focused, but it works well if you're grabbing food on the go or watching a game at home. Overall, Wing Snob is a reliable choice when you want wings done right with lots of flavor variety and quick service. read more

The ownership change to apparently to Indian and they do not seem like that want to serve Americans. We stood for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. We made eye contact serval times assuming they were coming. Neither of them said one moment and we will be right with you. We left without ordering and not to mention the place smell like the mop the floor with dirty mop water. We will not be back to support that restaurant. read more

Lots of variety. I had the buffalo/lemon pepper and hot af (and that they were!). Wings and fries were delicious! Staff was really friendly and helpful. Will be back! read more

We tried Wing Snob for the first time today, and enjoyed one of their "Weekly Deals"- This deal was 20 wings (4 flavors) + large fries for $14.99! We ordered ahead for pickup, and the service was fast and friendly. With a bright and inviting atmosphere, we'll definitely visit again. read more

2 Stars....and here's why. The stars are given purely based on food taste. The crispy, naked wings were great and the sauce was perfect. That's where the good ends. The wife's buffalo chicken sandwich was covered in sauce--not just the chicken, but the whole thing. Outside, inside, everywhere. It was so slippery she couldn't hold onto it. The onion rings were...just blah. Fries were typical (definitely not snob-worthy) My wings weren't hot, warm maybe, but could tell that they were plated for 15 of the 20 minutes we waited for the order (we were the only guests there). It was super dark in the restaurant, so much so that we had to make sure they were actually open. There was no one else in the business other than the employees. I'm assuming that the dark light situation was to cover what we eventually found to be total filth. When we ordered, paid, and sat down, the staff turned on the music so loud that the three in our party couldn't even talk to one another. The tables were dirty. The fountain drink machine was in disarray, as was the self-serve station. No napkins, plastic ware, or typical accoutrements. The hallway to the restrooms looks like it needed a deep cleaning, and the single potty room looked and smelled like a daycare. The paper towel dispenser was problematic. When we left, the staff demanded that we clean the table off--as the cook sat on the floor behind the counter charging his phone. I thought it was ironic considering how the entire place felt disgustingly dirty. We're a wing-loving family. We wanted to try this as a new place for one of our favorite treats. Based on the experience, we won't be back. Instead, we'll be trying Wing Daddy's up the road next time. I like how the ownership appears to take to heart the negative reviews. But this one is a sincere plea for real change before this business falters and shuts their doors as another bygone attempt at food service. read more

Decent wing spot. Super crispy traditional wings. Good flavor. Not a lot of meat on our bones, but still decent portions and love the variety on the sauce / rub list. read more

Went here because of some strong reviews. What a mistake. The place has been under new management... people working could not speak English or Spanish. The lock box is still attached to the door... so very sus. I was the only order, restaurant empty, on a football day... a day when wings are popular. Spent 60 bucks... and the food made everyone feel sick. It was very salty. The wings were meatier than other wing chains, flavors were comparable. But one can only eat very little bc of highly salty food, and I wonder what made my family feel not well. And then I think of how the workers/new management acted, and I wonder if the food was safe. read more

We have found our new fave wing place!! We stopped in as a party of two on a Thursday night. You order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. We were the only ones in the restaurant for about 30 mins. We got the 20pc bone in wings and a large order of fries(with Cajun seasonings). Two fountain drinks and all for $40. Great value!! The wings are HUGE and were so tender with one bite the bone was mostly clean. I never clean the bones on wings but it was so easy to do here. We got mango habanero and Jamaican jerk. Both great sauces, although mango habanero was our favorite. You are able to request to taste the sauces before ordering which was very helpful. We will DEFINITELY be back. The fries were amazing as well. Very crispy and nicely seasoned. Great location! One bathroom and it was clean. read more

Went against my instincts and returned today. Ordered traditional, naked, w buff/lemon pepper flavor. I received 5 buff and 5 naked no sauce. Placed a noon pickup order at 9:36am and it wasn't ready when I arrived. Here's the kicker, they asked me to email them in May about my last bad review and I never heard back. I'm gonna keep this short and sweet. These are regular wings and boneless wings. Got the sweet and spicy Asian and the buffalo lemon pepper. Wings weren't that saucy, and could barely taste the lemon pepper. I will never understand why places charge over .75 cents for an extra sauce but that's just me (paid $1.60) the spicy ranch is good. One and done for me. Check em out. read more

Those that follow my reviews know that I enjoy Wings! When wings are on the menu, I find it hard to order anything else - even if I've just had wings the day before! I was recently at Wing Snob in Frisco, and I simply cannot find a menu item that is not delicious! 15 awesome flavors, and each one has its own special appeal. You have to try these to know - these are just better wings! My current favorite (subject to change!) is Jamaican Jerk - it's a great combination of complex flavors with a kick of spice, and I also had some Awesome Sauce, because I love the honey-mustard BBQ flavor, and Garlic Parm Fries (you can have your fries drizzled with any of their sauces, or chili, cheese, or chili and cheese! The restaurant is clean, the service was great, and I can't say enough good things about this place. Go try it! lol I'm considering going back to try the Hot AF Sauce. Stay tuned on that one! read more

Well, they're back at it with poor service. Placed an order online around 4:30 for 6:15 pickup. Order was ready at about 6:55. Chicken was cold, fries were good. Not only that, they served us expired sauce which was hand dated on the lid. Initially, I thought that the date on the lid of the sauce was the date it was made, but then realized that the carrots we got were hand dated for two days in the future. So either the sauce was expired, or the carrots were time travelers from the future. Reached out to ownership via their website, but never heard back. This place has so much potential, but just can't seem to get their act together. I'm not sure if I'd go back. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and insisted that I was given free food that night (did not happen), said that I posted on all review platforms (nope, only Yelp), never addressed the expired food, misquoted me, stated that maybe the store manager "is not being truthful" and was generally aggressive. The way to handle this would have been to apologize and to ask how to fix it, not to lie about customers and shirk responsibility. read more

We gave them a second chance. Ordered and told deliver up to 35 min. An hour later, no delivery. Called the store, barely understood the person who answered but was told they were "terribly" busy and one driver and our order was still at the store and a driver should be back soon to pick it up. We were order #7, so busy is clearly not the same definition as me. Not sure how you can say deliver "up to" 35 min and still have the order in your store an hour later. This place needs to close....will never get our business again! Had to list 1 star, but deserves zero. read more

I kind of like this place and want to round up to 4 stars but I won't due to a couple of things that happened during my visit. There are some kinks that need be worked out here and I hope they do because their food can be awesome. So the food first. The sauces are really nice and unique. We are fairly well trained on the standard wing flavors these days thanks to wing stop and buffalo wild wings so here they do a good job of bringing something different. We had wings with awesome sauce and jerk sauce. Both were great. Unfortunately the wings them selves were waaay overcooked and came out dry. The portions were generous. The fries were awesome and crispy. They charge and extra dollar for Cajun seasoning which was disclosed to us when we ordered. We also had street corn and that was ok. Starting the bad now. The food doesn't come with a dip. It was implied our food came with a dip but not disclosed that there is an upcharge. I think the upcharge is fine but you gotta tell people if it's extra. Soda machine was flat and watery. They need to adjust the ratios or have it checked. I liked it enough that I'll give it another shot one of these days. Hopefully they'll have some of this stuff worked out. read more

I've ordered twice from this location since my bad service at the local Wingstop, and I've been very happy with the on-time service, the courtesy of the staff and the higher quality chicken used for the food here. The boneless wings are well cooked and very meaty; not just crusty breading. The sauces we've tried so far have been great! My daughter has fallen in love with the Chicken and Waffles flavored wings! I'm going through the different flavors and so far like the Mango Habenero, Buffalo Parmesan and the Snobby Q. Both times I've come in for my pick up, the store has been very clean - tables are wiped down and chairs are well organized. The ambiance is good. This has become our family's new chicken wing dinner place. read more

I am so very disappointed. I've been coming here on and off for the past year or so, highly satisfied with my orders. I came by today to order the 10 piece boneless wings (great price for 8.99 for 2 good size meals). They tasted fine but got 10 NUGGETS! Probably 1.5" each and a 1/3 of the size of previous boneless wings I've always received. While they tasted fine, I feel robbed. I understand food costs go up, but be honest with your customers. Raise your prices, if necessary but don't pull this sleight of hand on us. There are other places out there that offer good wings at least twice the size (or more) at similar prices. I can't say for sure, but I think I saw a sign on the door saying they were under new management. If so, and this is your business model, I would expect you to lose business and not survive. Very disappointed. read more

Walking in it definitely reminds me of Wing Stop. There are a few TV's with sports playing, you order your food at the counter and there are a few tables inside if you choose to dine know if you choose to.... which we did. After you order your name is called to pickup, or if you eat inside they will bring the food to your table. I ordered our food on the app and was quoted 20 minutes for the food to be ready. I was so hungry and started to grow impatient when 20 minutes turned into 30 minutes. This establishment seemed to be under staffed but when you order food, you definitely still expect to get your food within the time quoted. In all we waited 52 minutes to get the food we ordered which in my opinion was unacceptable. I'm so happy we didn't book tickets to see a movie next door like we had planned, or we would have been late to the movie! None of the tables were clean and we didn't even have the drink we ordered while we waited. When the food came out it looked amazing! Everything was fresh and was plated beautifully. The fries were perfectly seasoned and delicious, the chicken was as well. We were very happy with the flavors we picked! (chicken and waffles, garlic parmesean, cajun, and buffalo lemon pepper). If our food didn't take so long I would have definitely increased my rating, because the food was absolutely delicious. If I go back, it will definitely be during the week and at a time where I don't anticipate it being busy. read more

The wings were spectacular! Awesome service!! Great atmosphere and friendly staff! Will definitely be back!

Twenty min wait for amazing wings. What we got: Lemon pepper with buffalo parmesan fries & sweet chili with Cajun ranch fries and a side of carrots. Their ranch is actually so good - not like freezer burn Wing Stop ranch.. The flavors were spot on. Fries? Crunchy, fluffy, flavorful. Also, the portions? Gen-er-ous. I do have the smallest complaint; some parts of the drumsticks were a bit dry. Environment: Clean and spacious! Service: The girl helping us was so sweet and patient, which is a huge thing for me cause I'm both scatterbrained and indecisive. She also told the cook to load up my wings with sauce cause she overheard me say, "I can't do dry rub wings - the saucier, the better". read more

Food was amazing. My 1st time getting it hot ,tasty fries , where awesome and the chicken sandwich one of the best ever.

Amazing food! Probably best chicken in town solid choice if you like tenders or bone in wings.

Very vegan friendly especially for Indian diets where you can't eat egg. The flavor is very good for sure. Try the maple!

Since it's opening again in early 2023, it's so much better now. The wings are bigger, the fries are wonderful, and even the cornbread is delicious unlike last year. We like it spicy so tried the Hot AF and it's not spicy enough. Check them out on Traditional Tuesday where you get bone-in wings for 70¢ each. That's a stellar deal! Downsides are that you have to pay extra for veggies and dipping sauces and the cashier isn't all that welcoming. read more

Don't be fooled by the positive comments. Man, I wanted to like this place because it's different from the typical wing stop or Buffalo Wild Wings, but unfortunately this place did not even come close. The flavors are decent. I ordered lemon pepper Buffalo & Buffalo. The lemon pepper Buffalo was very strong in the seasoning. The wing size was decent.. but the meat. Wow. Some of the driest wings I've ever eaten. Cooked way too long or maybe that's just how they served them? I ordered 20 couldn't finish them all because they were so dry. The boneless wings are a pretty big size. The meat was tender. Actually not that bad. Just not sauced up at all. Overall, definitely a miss. read more

I initially came here when they first open and thought it was a little better than wingstop. It's been a while since I came back because wingstop is much closer. I was around the area and tried it again and was very impressed! Gotta get is the garlic parm fries. That was a big hit with my family. Flavors are much better than other franchise wings. read more

I've been there twice, both times ordering takeout. This is just a superior wing. The first time I got normal wings, with the bone. The second time I accidentally ordered boneless wings. my fault. I was kind of sad because Wingstop had gross boneless wings. The sauce soaked into the breaded exterior. It was gross. But the boneless wings at Wing Snob were awesome! Each time I've been there it was easy to order online, the people working there were friendly, and it was just overall clean and great. I'm a Frisco Fan! You guys are doing great! read more

Really good! Love to variety of seasonings for wings and especually the fries. The good altogether is delivered quick

REALLY good wings and fries. We got a family meal and tried buff parm, garlic parm, awesome sauce, and honey bbq. Wings were hearty and super saucey. Only con is that they don't make it convenient to ear there - no wet nap, no plates, etc. Otherwise perfect spot for wings! Fries were crispy and seasoned well too. Not cheap overall but a good value for what you get. read more

Was tasty when they first opened.... Returned at least 3 more times.... Each time, overcooked and dried. Haven't been back thereafter.

Wings anyway you want them!! Sweet your thing? Yes. Hot? Yes and in five different intensities and flavor profiles. Habanero mango or Cajun heat or Jamaican jerk heat or want to shoot for the moon?! Try Hot AF. What takes Wing Snob next level is their never frozen chicken breast used in their boneless chicken strips. Tender. Juicy. Full of flavor. My favorite way to order is Naked, as in no seasoning just simple salt and pepper. Why? So I can experience the full joy that is the dipping sauces!!! read more

Amazing and delicious wings! I've been here several times and they do not disappoint! For the most part friendly staff and clean place, it's small but plenty of seating. My favorite flavors are Buffalo and Sweet Chilly! If you're in the mood for a dry rub with no sauce go with the Cajun, fantastic flavors! Ranch and blue cheese dressings are packed full of flavor, you do have to pay about a buck for extra dressing. Oh, on Tuesdays "bone in" wings are just .70 cents! Crazy deal!!! I've been wanting to try this location for a while. I've ordered from here twice. The wings were just okay and bit more expensive than other locations.
