The teamwork was outstanding; the food fresh and hot; the dining room exceptionally clean. Sandwich shops don't get a lot of dine-in folks, especially at dinner time, so to find one that is this well-taken-care-of is refreshing. I learned that you can get your sub without a bun (and I added lettuce & tomatoes), and I ventured into their app to earn some rewards points. Great Service, Delicious Sub. First-timer at Firehouse Subs. I downloaded the app before visiting and received a free large drink with the purchase of a sub. After waking in the store, I was instantly greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. The cashier was very friendly and kindly walked me through the menu options. Doing the holidays there is something special about a very good sandwich that you don't have to make that's on exceptional but simple bread roll. I traditionally get my sammies at Jason's but Uber had a buy one get one Uber special so who can pass on that since Firehouse can be a bit pricey. Well, it's been a while and I trainable get wheat meatball. Today, I found my true love. Ladder on white no lettuce no mustard. The white bread is everything 5* for sure! So soft, so comforting and you can taste the meat, the mayo is good, and the onions are just enough to get a crunch of flavor without getting a whole onion. I think Firehouse is my new favorite go to and this location did a pretty good job on packing the bag. Lots of napkins and they placed the pickle perfectly in the boxes. A couple suggestions would be to get box style kid drinks. There are plenty of types and brands so surely you could partner with someone. I would staple or sticker the bag closed with a brand sticker as well. Otherwise, you all are solid!! read more

T-Mobile Tuesday program offered free Italian subs with a purchase. I just got the Lays classic chips. This was my first visit and as I waited I browsed the menu and ordered a salad for dinner. The spices on the Italian sub was fantastic. The gentleman asked me if I wanted white or wheat I decided to go with the wheat bread for my sub. I wish they had a location closer to Carrollton. The moment I walked in I received a warm friendly welcome with a smile from all staff members. The gentleman greeted me by my name (first time I've even been here mind you) and the fact he was very attentive to read my name tag from a distance already set the tone as someone who paid attention to details, I was all smiles by the excellent atmosphere they achieved within the first minute. My order was taken quickly for the chicken bacon ranch sandwich, even recommended adding some jalapeños (great idea) & was served quickly within a few minutes. Mario you saved the day! I walked in the day of my sons birthday party to pick up a platter of sandwiches my wife had ordered the night before. It was very busy at lunch time on a Saturday I walked up to the teller and told him my name and that I was there for the platter. He said," we don't have any orders for platters for today. Do you have a confirmation email?" I looked it up and my wife had accidentally place the order for the day after the party. I showed him the email and he said,"ah ok, can you give me 20 minutes?" Found this place on yelp. I was craving for a tuna sandwich and didn't want to go to subway. The place is nice inside with firefighters decors. The guy at the counter was nice enough to explain what they have and what each sandwiches come with.
