1st time at this location and it was for a worth cause. Entire month business is making charitable contributions but Mar 26th all profits go to one cause. Busy at this shop with lots of take out orders. We got great sandwich and split it with chips and cookie. Glad to spend money for good food service and charitable cause. Next time we will likely go to other locations that are on our way to summer band concerts in park for picnic supper. read more

I was told they were working on my order - and during this time I saw 5-7 people come into the store and place their order and receive it all before mine was ready.. I love me a good sub sandwich-and Jersey Mike knows how to deliver....actually, I walked in and ordered, but you know what I mean. While I do like a sub sandwich, I am an incredibly picky eater akin to a 10 year old child-few minimal on the veggies, no cheese and definitely no sauces or condiments. So when I place my order, I'm used to chuckles or double confirmation that I, really, only want turkey and lettuce. That's all. But the sweet folks here don't make me feel bad for my naked sandwich, they just make it and always ask if I want it "Mike's Way." Say it isn't so ! So disappointed lately at the subs delivered from this Jersey Mikes. Twice this month, we received sub-par () sandwiches! The first time, there was hardly anything on the bread - no tomatoes, about 6 slices of onion and a sprinkling of lettuce, with only one of the two meats (reduced quantity also) that were supposed to be on the sub - #2 Jersey Mike's favorite. Wrote this off to them maybe running low on ingredients over the weekend? They should have called rather than send this out to a customer, though. Today, the second time, it was pretty much the same story! Is the owner now instructing employees to only use half the amount of ingredients in order to increase profits? This is clearly not acceptable! We have been loyal (and happy) consumers for years, but looks like this location is going downhill fast. Bummer. read more

Jersey Mike's is easily the best of the chain sandwich places. They're very generous with the meat and it's sliced to order. They have a good selection of both cold and hot subs and everything I've tried has been good. In particular I'd recommend the #13 Original Italian or the #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak. Their bread is good, but it's amazing on the hot subs. It's a little more expensive than the competition, but I think the quality of ingredients makes it well worth it. read more

Soooooo.....I'm originally from Atlanta, and there is no Publix grocery store out here for me to get my subs. Well, this is my Texas substitute. First of all, with this location, everyone is always super friendly! Every time I go in here, the employees are fast, smiling, nice to the customers, and seem happy to be at work. The lines can be a little long sometimes, but they are very efficient every time I've been in there. Second - the subs are amazing!!! Even the cheesesteak is decent. The bread is fresh baked, and I really like the "Mike's Way" combination. I've even had the veggie wrap and it was amazing - unfortunately it had 8 million calories in it though even though there's no meat in it. :( Give this Jersey Mike's location a shot! Jersey Mike's is cool but between all the sub chains, this is just okay in my book (I like JJ's more). That doesn't mean I will write off Jersey Mike's. I came here on a random day for lunch with a coupon, haha. I got a regular turkey sub, made "Mike's Way" which is onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar and S&P. The sandwich was pretty standard, and the bread was just okay (I prefer JJ's bread a lot more - sorry I keep mentioning them! I am a big fan lol). I also got a chocolate chip cookie which I thought was made very well. I think I wouldn't mind coming back here just for that. In my visit, the staff here wasn't the friendliest and they kept conversation to a minimum, but I try not to expect much at chains like these anyways. The best location! I'm in West Plano & I frequent them in person as well as on Grubhub and I'm never disappointed with the quality of my food! When ordering from Grubhub there isn't an option to leave notes on the delivery app but you can definitely call and they are more than happy to add to your orders. I had a high school football coach who always said 'Don't become the next Wally Pipp". For those of you that don't know who that is, he was a baseball player for the Yankees in the 1920's. His biggest claim to fame is that he decided to take the day off and sit out of a game due to a headache. In his place, they played his backup at first base, Lou Gerhig. Lou Gerhig went on to become one of the best baseball players of all time and started in a then record 2,130 games in a row. Either way, the moral of the story is don't take a day off, the person who takes your place might be better than you. I had this exact situation happen today. I got hungry for lunch and decided I wanted a Philly cheesesteak from Lenny's sub shop. I got in my car, drove the five miles to Lenny's, and was told "We're out of cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks". I was disappointed and decided I didn't want to eat there any more. I mean I understand if they run out at 9pm on a Sunday, or if there are a million people in the restaurant, but the restaurant was empty and it was lunch time on a Monday. Come on man. As a result of Lenny's taking a day off, I decided to try Jersey Mike's, and it worked out well. I tried the Italian and the cheesesteak. Both were amazing and made to order. I just went to Jersey Mike's new store on Coit and Legacy in Plano. First time customer of Jersey Mike's, ever. Very clean, friendly staff, and FAST service. Even though they just opened, I walked in, waited in line for a very short period of time, and walked right out with my food! The sandwich is fresh tasting and not soggy. Their Sweet Peach Tea is to DIE FOR. SO GOOD. I told everyone in my office how great their sandwiches are so we're all trying it! Also, found out that the owner of the shop actually works the line with the rest of his employees. To me, that says a lot about the guy. He really cares about his restaurant and customers. We had the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak with all the grilled veggies (onions peppers mushrooms) and thinly sliced cheese steak. Added the chipotle mayo and MAGIC! I love their mini turkey and provolone Mike's way with the spicy pepper spread, jalapeños, banana peppers, pickles, and vinegar. It's basically a salad once I add everything but that's why the mini feeds me! The guys working here are always so super nice too. You get a friendly hello and prompt service. They go as fast as they can during the lunch hour rush but be prepared to wait in a line a little bit....they do slice the meat and cheese on demand so of course it takes a little time! read more
