I have been to the Richardson location many times and have always enjoyed the food and the people. I stopped at this location because I had never seen a standalone location for Olive Burger. The line wasn't very long, but it took forever. I even decided to hit the bathroom while waiting and the same people were still in line. I tried being nice to the cashier, but she didn't have a word to say besides what was required to complete the transaction...whatever. The multiple tea selections only had sweet tea and when I told the cashier it was not working I couldn't even tell if she heard me? So I decided to order his last night after seeing some other fellow yelpers reviews! I went with the jalapeño burger and added bacon. My fiancé got the avocado burger and added egg. First up, my jalapeño burger was deliciousssss! A little messy but tasty. The bacon was beef bacon I believe it said. It was thick and cooked to crispy perfection. I wanted to add avocado but decided not to. Next time I will and there will be a next time soon lol. The onion rings were also super delicious. Didn't give a lot of them but they were perfectly crispy and still hot when I got them! My fiancé liked their burger as well but wanted to add bacon originally but then said they were glad they didn't because theirs was slightly salty. This place is DA BOMB. their chicken sandwich with melted cheese and mushrooms that had been marinated and then rubbed in spices and grilled is perfect in every way and there is no comparison to it in DFW. their spiced fries are also delicious. My husband is arab and loves their cheeseburger with the green olives. He will literally go out of his way to get that burger. And the size is good too. They make their beef fresh at the restaurant daily and the quality is always good. The meat is halal. The place.... So, after browsing around on Uber Eats, my boyfriend landed on this place and decided to give it a shot! As with all of his spontaneous Uber Eats adventure meals, my expectations were very low. The burger was SO well seasoned, and all of the vegetables worked so well together without getting soggy. Definitely a plus! The Chicken Caesar Wrap was essentially a Chicken Caesar Salad, wrapped in a tortilla. This thing was HUGE!! Like a SUPER BURRITO SIZE HUGE!! Thankfully it was also DELICIOUS!! I totally wasn't expecting that, but for $5.99 it was an absolute steal. Sidenote - the prices here are pretty much unbeatable. Anyway, the chicken was so flavorful and all of the toppings inside were super crisp and fresh!! The fries were super good as well! Finished with a knife and fork. My wife had a chicken sandwich, which was a whole lot better than my choice. The highlight of the meal was the fries, which were crisp and well seasoned. Delicious! We have been to the Olive Burger in Richardson, but now they opened this one closer to where we live. I was driving off off 121 and just happened to see this new restaurant. This one has been open for about 3 weeks and is just as good. From what I can tell, they use Mediterranean type spices in the burger patties and it is really good. A burger, fries and a drink is about $10, but they don't have "combos". Give this place a try! read more
