OMG! I ordered a grilled chicken and avocado sandwich to go 2 days ago. It was so overly spiced and salty. If I hadn't been so hungry, I wouldn't have taken another bite after the first and the sandwich would have ended up in the garbage instead of the toilet! Two days later, I am still feeling extremely sick and weak from all of the stomach issues. I have ordered other items from Olive Burger in the past that weren't bad, but now I am way too scared to ever go back. My advice is to order anything but chicken. Note: Someone pointed out that it may not have been the chicken that made me sick. That is true. However, I will not change the number of stars for my review based on how awful the sandwich tasted. read more

My family and I tried it the other day and it was really good! Service was great in the drive thru and everything tasted fresh and hot. We both got cheese burgers. I added bacon to mine. Kids got chicken nuggets and fries. Taste like they make their own chicken nuggets not like frozen pre bought stuff. Young lady with blue eyes at the drive thru was very pleasant. Not your average fast food burger! I always drive by Olive Burger on my commute, so I figured I would venture out and try it and I have no regrets! I got the cheeseburger with jalapeño and avocado, French fries, and churros. The burger is perfectly packed with ingredients so you have everything in one bite BUT it's not too much to where everything falls out. The French fries are perfectly crispy and seasoned- absolutely delicious. Churros are a wild card that I didn't expect to be as good as they were! Good burger place that has halal! Came here after trying for some time. They have a good selection of burgers and chicken sandwiches. I ordered the ultimate chicken (fried) which I loved. We ordered a few other burgers along with fries and onion rings. Fries and onion rings were nothing special. The cheese fries would have been better what a cheese sauce instead of shredded cheese which just clumped together. Food does take a bit to come out but well worth it. NOT FRESH FOOD! BEWARE IN THE DRIVE-THRU! This gets a little lengthy, but worth the read to save you're stomach. I have ordered Olive burger to-go once (it was just after their grand-opening and was delicious) and ordered in the drive-thru twice now (not the same experience). I ordered a burger and sweet potato fries in the drive-thru on 1/21/21, the girl was super sweet and had top-notch customer service skills, she had me try the spicy ketchup and it was the best I've ever had. My son and I loved it and were excited to have a new burger joint to eat at more regularly! Fast-forward to 1/30/21, ordered the same thing in the drive-thru and was told sweet potato fries aren't sold in the drive-thru. The guy continues to tell me "they don't have it in the back", not taking the time to explain that they only make them for to-go orders because of the wait time to cook them would cause a back up of cars in the drive-way. FUNNY because 9 days prior, I ordered them no problem. The manager had me pull up to the window to explain and said he'd make them as a one-time courtesy but next time I need to call ahead. FRUSTRATING, I know, but that's not the worst part.... I was hangry to say at the least and immediately started eating after I got my order. The burger was disgusting, the bun was hard as a rock around the edges (I had to peel them off as I scarfed it down) and the center was soggy, thin, and mushy. I tried to suck it up and wash it down with the sweet potato fries and it didn't work. I immediately got sick after eating that burger. I called to speak to the manager afterward to let him know this burger was NOT fresh and spare him a negative review (changed my mind after how he handled it). He proceeded to defend their cooking, telling me everything is pre-made, they put it in a toaster when an order is placed in the drive-thru, and it is only sitting out for 12 minutes (not days, but still super gross). Then he continued to defend his restaurant, saying he's been preparing food this same way for 11 years, the reason my food was fresh the first time was because I came on a week-day, yada-yada, completely minimizing the issue I experienced getting sick from it. He ended our call with an apology and said to ask for him next time I come there. I DO NOT want to go back ever. I'm very disappointed with the information I learned today and don't want to pay money to get sick again. read more

First time at an Olive Burger. I was craving a nice juicy burger and was so disappointed. The patty is thin and, like a past review said, none of the ingredients seemed fresh, but frozen. I was pretty hungry, but I didn't finish my burger because it was so sub par. I was surprised since it's a burger joint, you'd think they'd be better at it. I have always wanted to try this place and as I was out running errands on my lunch hour, I decided to finally stop in and have lunch. I am so glad I did. I ordered the double cheeseburger with a side of chili cheese fries and a soda. The burgers are cooked fresh on the grill and are nice big juicy patties that are full of flavor. The extras on the burger like the onions, lettuce and cheese were equally good and fresh. They give you packets of ketchup, mustard and mayo so you can decide what you would like on your burger. Honestly, their burgers don't really need any of that, but I did add mayo and was tasty. The chili cheese fries were very good as well. It's a larger portion of fries than what you would get with your burger and they had plenty of chili and cheese added to them. Very good ratio of fries to toppings. They also carry Coke products and the fact they have Coke Zero is another big plus for me! I highly recommend Olive Burger and if you've never been here, you're seriously missing out! Burger was decent, with mushroom, jalapenos, and beef bacon. Not the juiciest, but still quite good. But the family said their chicken patties were kind of dry - maybe a sauce would help moisten things up, but there was none. The fries were nice, crisp & tasty. When there Monday night, the place wasn't busy. The place was clean and have tv to watch sport. We order our food and took about 25 minutes to get. The burger was very thin and wasn't cook fully. We went here for dinner on Friday night around 8:20 and the place was packed! I enjoyed my jalapeño burger with fries and my husband enjoyed his lemon pepper chicken sandwich with fries. I would like to start with a positive before I legitimize a 1 star review. The spicy ketchup was good and spicy but is not made in store so they cannot take credit for that. The rest of my meal was awful and not a single ingredient was fresh. I ordered a #4 jalapeño cheese burger. The 1/3 lb patty is extremely thin and was not cooked thoroughly. With a patty this thin it is clear it was not grilled long enough, I'm assuming they prefer speed over safety. I am also certain it was frozen as it's taste and look resembled meals from my elementary school. The lettuce is shredded, therefore it most likely came out of a bag. The pickles straight out of a jar, as well as the jalapeños. The bun was dry and thin. After reading other reviews I'm assuming was frozen as well. Lastly I ordered regular fries which were fried and not to be repetitive with my assumptions they were likely frozen. The look and taste reassured this. For $11 for a burger fries and drink this is not a bargain in any sense of the word. There are no combos on the menu. This was surprising to me when every other aspect of the restaurant screamed cheap. From the booths, white walls, pump ketchup from Costco, and cheap branding outside. I could keep going on aesthetics but I know that won't matter if you read any other part of this review. Y'all need some help. Maybe drive down the street and take a look at in n out.
