We came to the restaurant late on a Saturday (8:45 pm) after a long day at the hospital. We ordered three potatoes, two soft drinks a dessert and a bottled water. We waited for food for minutes. Out of 10 tables in our section 8 of them were covered in left over food orders-on the tables, all over the floor, tables sticky. No ice in the machine for soft drinks, bathroom is barely clean. There are 5 staff people working in the back. Finally at around 8:55 pm one staff member came out to begin cleaning tables. We are currently the only patrons waiting for food. I wonder if we will ever get our supper. (9:01 pm). Supper was finally delivered at 9:03 pm. Went to get some pepper-empty, asked for pepper, it took two people to find it. A very disappointing trip service wise. I have always had great food from Jason's-this time, the service just didn't hold up. read more

Let me preface this review by saying, more times than not: I'm a fan of the Jason's Deli concept + food items! My spouse and I stopped in at Jason's for salad bar, and also ordered a Club Royale (sans honey mustard). We were unpleasantly surprised by a major "miss" of the salad dressings. We even had to return and try making salad again, after the honey mustard + Italian dressing were incredibly acidic. We did try some of the other dressings, and ultimately ended up on the Green Goddess. It's very unfortunate, but nearly all of the dressings tasted almost like nail polish remover? Not good. On a positive note, the Club Royale was wonderful & made perfectly! I am very grateful that I ordered it without the honey mustard, which had a terrible, acidic taste. Will I try Jason's again? Sure! For their sandwiches. I won't be doing salad again. I can recommend this place as a great stop for sandwiches, the vibe is good, and the workers are friendly. read more

WOW! Its been forever since eating at this location. We more often go to one closer to home but this place was just fine. Especially when given a free dessert for birthday loyalty club membership. The first thing I noticed was the restrooms dirty and towel holder falling off the wall. First sign... Ordered 2- California club and cup of broccoli soup. The soup was lukewarm. Absolutely love this place for a quick lunch for $10. Their salad bar has great selections, they are always very kind, and the salad bar area is kept super clean. The only thing I wish was different is a meat choice on the salad bar that isn't bacon. Maybe just some ham pieces. However that will never stop me from going back! Food is a hit or miss. Sometimes it's amazing and other times it's just ok. Last time I got the chili and they didn't give any onion or cheese to go (which they normally do with the chili). The time before...I never received my delivery within the 45 minutes and I had to contact them again just to find out my order never was sent in to the carrier. They had to re-start my meal and in the end it took over 2 hours to get my food. It was ridiculous!! So again - this place is a hit and miss. read more

Service was another highlight of my visit. The staff members were incredibly friendly, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall pretty clean restaurant. Drink station and ice cream station need more regular attention, and a shortage of paper towels in the men's room. These issues are honestly negligible and didn't detract from the overall positive experience. The food quality and the amiable service overshadowed these tiny hiccups. read more

We (hubby & I) ordered 2 beefeaters dip sandwiches to go. There is SO MUCH MEAT in these sandwiches that we could only eat 1 half each. The dipping au jus was so rich and good, the bread was a flaky French roll. All in all, the only regret I had was that we didn't eat them until we got home. They would have been that much better freshly made and eaten at the establishment. I will definitely order this again soon! And I have lunch for tomorrow, crisped up in my air fryer of course. read more

Average service is 3 stars because going through a drive thru will always be 3 stars but business only like 4-5 stars so i keep my options to myself in these cases. However Today is special!!!! I was picking up assignments and supplies from my kids school for the start of our eLearning adventure but decided i was hungry so ran through Jason's. I ordered the California Club with the Fruit side and a soda. I pulled up to the drive through and received my food from the gloves worker to protect herself from me or vice versus. The sand which was good and very tasty once i got home to eat it. However, then i got to my fruit cup side and wished i had the gloves from the gal in the drive through. My fruit cup was in early stages of penicillin development. It was really gross. The quality control on the fruit cup was lost today. read more

Location is large with plenty of parking and tables to dine at. However, recipes must have changed or it's just been so long since I've eaten at a Jason's Deli, but the Broccoli Cheese soup was watery and bland. Definitely not what I remembered. The women's bathroom was also filthy, with one out of two working toilets and no soap. read more

I don't like being negative since this place holds a lot of nostalgia for me and I used to come here all the time when I was younger. While the prices remained quite steady, I can't quite say it's what it used to be. The staff were loud and talking loudly about when they were going to leave, the salad bar was hardly stocked, and I was not served my side of fruit. My boyfriend's sandwich was really light on the meat, even though I recall it being served with much more. The New York Yankee, Reuben, and the Beefeater are all advertised (and if memory prevails) as protein-heavier sandwiches, but the serving we received did not support that claim. The croissant on my California Club was perfect though, and the Chicken Pot Pie was as I remembered. Maybe this part is irrelevant, but there were also a lot of left over to-go orders by the window that were never sent out. I'm not sure if those are packing errors or mess ups, but there were a lot that were not sent out in the time that we were there (and we were there an hour before close), but I doubt those were all ordered before we arrived and are leaving the store within the last half hour or so. read more

Always had fast service at this location, even in the drive thru. They haven't raised their prices too much compared to other sandwich shops in the area which is nice because it's getting pricey out there! Usually roll with the California Club and they dont skip on the meat or bacon and croissant always fresh. Last Plain Jane I had felt way smaller than in the past though not sure if that was just this time or overall. Food has always been fresh and polite employees make it worth going. read more

I've always enjoyed JD's food. Compared to the other fast foods this place seems to have fresh quality ingredients. Their salads are flavorful and very filling. Their prices are a bit on the higher end but it's because of the organic, range free and quality ingredients. A few pros are take out and delivery options. Drive through which is great for fast/barely no time lunch time. Fresh and amazing ingredients. Flavorful and satisfying foods! The only con I have to say about this location was the fact of having only one cash register with a training employee right at 11:30-12- rush lunch time. We enjoy this location. However tonight a couple came in pushing a dog in a stroller. After petting her dog she proceeded to use the common utensils on the salad bar. Surely this is a health issue. I don't expect much from Jason's Deli because it's a quick and simple kind of place, but one thing I know is that I love a lot of the sandwiches at Jason's Deli...or, I used to love. Unfortunately, I ordered one of my favorite sandwiches from the drive thru, the Wild Salmon-wich with Baked Chips and the salmon was super bland, which didn't go well with the stale chips they gave me. If the salmon would have been seasoned better, I know the sandwich would have been perfect because the sauce, guacamole, and focaccia bread were all spot on. I mostly go to the drive thru for Jasons Deli. They are usually very good at packing my orders very well with brown paper bags for insulating the hot food from the cold. Recently I have noticed that they have NOT being doing a good job on the packing. We were doing laundry in town and decided to get takeout and chose Jason's. Ordered online 1 full pastrami reuben sandwich and 1/2 sandwich and a side. For my half sandwich I also chose a pastrami reuben and my side was mac and cheese. We also both ordered iced tea. When hubby picked the order up he was told my drink was in the taped bag but when he got back to the laundromat it was apparent that wasn't the case. I got 2 max and cheeses and no iced tea which was a problem because I was thirsty and looking forward to it.
