The absolute WORST customer service of any restaurant I've visited. Even for fast food, it's horrible. If you're acknowledged within a minute of entering, it's a miracle. No one makes eye contact. Everyone acts as if you're the biggest inconvenience. I've been twice. The second time I walked out after standing at the counter waiting for one of the three employees to speak to me. This place was so delicious! Its set up like a Chipotle or Snappy Salads where you go down the line and choose the ingredients tou want in your bowl. The variety of ingredients were fresh and extraordinarily flavorful. Lot of the items were garlic forward which I enjoyed. After you order you just take your food to a table. Cava is usually my favorite but this location was disappointing; the cinnamon pita chips were cold and soggy; and the fresh made batch of regular pita chips had a really bad after taste. Maybe it's old oil ? It's gross . The chicken shawarma was stringy and flavorless. Among other issues it seems this location is phoning it in. Worst customer experience ever.... Walked in at 9:01 to place an order , the entire selection of food was gone.... I ask the manager how come you don't have any food... I absolutely love CAVA, but this location is lacking in a few areas. Customer service - Not unfriendly per se, but no one here seems to be very jazzed about having to be at work. Like, always. I feel like I'm annoying them by wanting to give them business. Products - Often out of items, lemonades and teas are often empty. Mobile orders - I typically order ahead of time on the app, but this location never seems to have my order ready even when I'm running behind. My order today should have been ready at 2:15pm, I arrived at 2:25pm. They hadn't even started it. Placed a pickup order for 12:30 pm, and it wasn't available until 1:00 pm. When I took the first bite, all the steak was mostly gristle, chewy, tough pieces that were hard to eat. After struggling to eat, I removed all the steak and even found two small bits of pure gristle in the wrap. This feels like poor quality control and the use of very low-end cuts. For the price, I expect better meat quality and more consistent preparation. Really disappointing experience, won't be rushing back. read more

This location is terrible. This is my second time ordering here in a span of a few months and it's always a zoo. They are always out of chicken or steak. They never have any free pitas to go with bowls. When I asked if they could substitute for hot pitas. Oh, we can't do that. However there is a bunch just on display and no one is buying them. To make matters worse, they can't even scan your app or put your phone number in before payments to earn your rewards. I am not sure if it's the manager or owner but they need to work on service and having adequate amount of food. The lines were long and moving way too slow. Great service and very friendly employees!! The restaurant is clean and well managed and their food is always delicious.

The folks that work here will take the time of day to learn your name and greet you when you come in. Especially Tonia at the register, it's always nice to have a smiling face greet you for lunch. The only thing I could say to deduct here is that sometimes the building here has issues, whether that's AC going out or Water in the entry way. Ok so I'll first say, CAVA as a brand/chain is my absolute fave!!!! I live near this location so this is where I go. I was recently in California and went to a location there and service seems to be the same no matter what city. I read some reviews regarding portions and I have to say- yes the portions are not consistent. Does this stop me from going? Hell naw! Lol I LOVE CAVA!!!! They are usually accommodating to every crazy request (I've heard/seen plenty at this W Frisco location). They change their menu up which is great- unless you like the SAME thing every time. The food is always fresh. I customize my bowl every time and no one has ever rolled their eyes at me. One time they were out of falafel which blew my mind, but whatever I got over it. Again, the food is fresh and tastes incredible. I took one star off for inconsistency and yes, service is not ChikFilA standards, but we ARE in W Frisco, no one here wants to work. Food and experience is good in general. Steak and chicken isn't cut small enough. Steak is chewy. They don't have any knives. Asked for a knife, and was told the GM didn't think any of their food needed to be cut, so he stopped ordering knives. But chewy steak and large pieces need to be cut, especially for kids. Either train employees to cut meat much smaller or offer knives. My kids (ages 5, 6 and 8) could barely eat any of the steak because bites were too big and chewy, and I couldn't eat several bites either. Ended up having to throw out most of it. When you get knives back or make the cuts smaller, let me know and I'll visit again. Until then, I'll go elsewhere. read more
