We haven't been to fuzzies in years. On a whim, when we were headed to a different restaurant, we turned into the parking lot and decided to grab some nachos. Other than the fact that the cashier could not serve margaritas, everything was wonderful. The nachos were as good as we remembered. The only drawback is that the original fish taco is no longer showing on the menu, and you have to act like a knucklehead by asking if they still have it, etc. Fortunately, they did have it, and it was perfect. 2015 was our last visit until September of last year. This place has done a 180 turnaround. Service was great. Breakfast was very good. We have been here 8-9 times in past 6 months. Also much cleaner restaurant. Thank you Fuzzys. Took us 10 years to comeback. But we did. And glad we did. The manager clearly is on top of this place. read more

If you're looking for some classic tacos, queso and chips, and decent drinks, look no further. Service is always fast, and I've never had an issue getting a seat. The only thing I would add to this setting, would be some big buck hunter to go next to Gallaga and the claw game. Hit them up on taco Tuesday for great prices, and I highly recommend the steak tacos and the fish tacos. read more

Only taco place nearby open before 8 am on a Sunday morning. Quick ordering and ready to go. Fun place. Taco are great!! I'd only recommend offering some fresh salsas instead of only the packaged "Butt Burnin" sauce where ketchup is the prime ingredient. read more

Can any of their locations actually get an order correct. Their employees all suck and can't even put the correct food in a bag. I have never been to a Popeyes that can get an order correct. I was staying in Plano on a weekend trip and needed a place to pick up some quick breakfast tacos. Saw the generally positive reviews, had limited options and the location was convenient. My first red flag was that there was no build your own breakfast taco option when ordering online. That meant that I had to pick an existing taco and add/remove things, resulting in a higher price than if I could just build it myself. But I was in a hurry so whatever. Pick up the tacos and look in the bag. No salsa. Just some tubes of Taco Bell style taco sauce. Neither hot sauce (although it was called that) nor fresh salsa. So I asked for some and the guy seemed confused: "you mean real salsa?". The guy started trying to ring me up to BUY real salsa so I said never mind and walked out. Been buying tacos in Texas for 20+ years and never been made to pay for salsa to go on a taco. Food was decent for what it is. I would skip this place if you even want the standard Texas breakfast taco experience. read more

But no fear the staff knew they had a loyal customer and processed the ticket giving us the free taco plate. Staff tried to get the app to work but gave up as we did as well. I recently had an out of town guest visiting from the Bay. On a taco Tuesday we decided to venture over to the Fuzzy's Taco shop which I have passed by far too many times and wanted to try. My friend ordered the Shrimp taco's which consists of Grilled shrimp served on a soft corn tortilla and topped with garlic sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, cilantro, and feta. while I ordered the Spicy pork served on a soft corn tortilla and topped with garlic sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, cilantro, and feta. 2019 Yelp 120 Challenge #77 My very first experience with Fuzzy's Taco Shop was pretty good. I ordered their shredded chicken nachos with no chips and instead I got regular saggy nachos. Yuck! Luckily my hand band brought extra Fuzzy chips. I decided to give this Fuzzy's location a second chance. This time I ordered my lunch her. Chicken Nacho's with nacho's on the side and chips and Queso to share with my coworkers. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my food . I didn't notice that my chips and quest were missing until I retuned to work 15 minutes later. I was so disappointed because I tried to give this location another chance but, they refuse to pay attention to simple details. I called to inform the manager that they did not include my chips and quest and they just said that they would give me chips and queso on my next visit. I wasn't driving another 15 minutes just to pick up something that should have been in my order the entire time. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE RETURNING TO THIS FUZZY LOCATION BECAUSE THEY DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO SIMPLE DETAILS. read more

All in all, the staff was too kind and it happened to be my friend's birthday so I "snuck away to the restroom" and told our waiter and he surprised us with a perfect tres leches slice that was absolutely delicious! 2025 Yelp 100 Challenge- #73…read more Happy Hour Monday - Friday 3pm - 6pm. Ordered their steak fajitas and they were delicious. I had enough leftover to take home to enjoy for the lunch the next day. Outdoor seating is available on a covered patio. Customer service was friendly and attentive and we received chips and salas as soon as we sat down. I will be returning soon to enjoy a frozen Margarita.

Every trip to Austin was augmented with a Chuys visit. Along about 1990ish they started expanding and a location near downtown Dallas was a highly anticipated opening. Almost as good as the original. They maintained authenticity for many years expanding even into other states. Then,as often happens,the nose dive began. As a result I quit eating at Chuy's,even when visiting Austin. Not the same. Then,a few months ago enter Darden Restaurant Group. They bought Chuy's lock stock and barrel folding it into their operations which includes one of my faves, Longhorn Steakhouse. I was anxious to try Chuy's again and see if the Upward recovery had begun. I overlooked the Plano location having never liked it that much in favor of the newer Frisco location. Due to my 18/6 eating schedule we went for a early dinner. Bottom line is,Yes! Atmosphere,food, service,prices combine to provide a great Tex-Mex experience. I highly recommend you.... Go! Since my son's fajitas came out on the sizzling skillet, his food was hot and he really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, my daughter's tacos and my enchiladas were both cold when they were served. At first, the waitress was only going to take my dish back, but once my daughter mentioned her tacos were cold too, the waitress got the manager involved. I really appreciated how the manager handled the situation. He immediately came over, apologized, and had both dishes remade right away. On top of that, he removed both meals from our bill, which was very appreciated. The customer service and how the manager handled the issue definitely made a difference. Overall, the restaurant was okay, but personally, I don't think I would return.
