We haven't been to fuzzies in years. On a whim, when we were headed to a different restaurant, we turned into the parking lot and decided to grab some nachos. Other than the fact that the cashier could not serve margaritas, everything was wonderful. The nachos were as good as we remembered. The only drawback is that the original fish taco is no longer showing on the menu, and you have to act like a knucklehead by asking if they still have it, etc. Fortunately, they did have it, and it was perfect. This evening turned out to be a happy little accident as Bob Ross would say. read more

2015 was our last visit until September of last year. This place has done a 180 turnaround. Service was great. Breakfast was very good. We have been here 8-9 times in past 6 months. Also much cleaner restaurant. Thank you Fuzzys. Took us 10 years to comeback. But we did. And glad we did. The manager clearly is on top of this place. read more

If you're looking for some classic tacos, queso and chips, and decent drinks, look no further. Service is always fast, and I've never had an issue getting a seat. The only thing I would add to this setting, would be some big buck hunter to go next to Gallaga and the claw game. Hit them up on taco Tuesday for great prices, and I highly recommend the steak tacos and the fish tacos. read more

Only taco place nearby open before 8 am on a Sunday morning. Quick ordering and ready to go. Fun place. Taco are great!! I'd only recommend offering some fresh salsas instead of only the packaged "Butt Burnin" sauce where ketchup is the prime ingredient. read more

Can any of their locations actually get an order correct. Their employees all suck and can't even put the correct food in a bag. I have never been to a Popeyes that can get an order correct. I was staying in Plano on a weekend trip and needed a place to pick up some quick breakfast tacos. Saw the generally positive reviews, had limited options and the location was convenient. My first red flag was that there was no build your own breakfast taco option when ordering online. That meant that I had to pick an existing taco and add/remove things, resulting in a higher price than if I could just build it myself. But I was in a hurry so whatever. Pick up the tacos and look in the bag. No salsa. Just some tubes of Taco Bell style taco sauce. Neither hot sauce (although it was called that) nor fresh salsa. So I asked for some and the guy seemed confused: "you mean real salsa?". The guy started trying to ring me up to BUY real salsa so I said never mind and walked out. Been buying tacos in Texas for 20+ years and never been made to pay for salsa to go on a taco. Food was decent for what it is. I would skip this place if you even want the standard Texas breakfast taco experience. read more

Back again to get that free taco plate if we buy another one. Pretty good offer. Too bad the app didn't work to claim the free plate. But no fear the staff knew they had a loyal customer and processed the ticket giving us the free taco plate. Staff tried to get the app to work but gave up as we did as well. I have called the customer service three times asking for someone to call me back. I was at the Frisco location and they charged my bank more than the receipt I signed at time of purchase. The manager was rude and caused a scene. Five days and still waiting for a call. read more

The location was not busy. We walked right in and placed our order. Some of the tacos are half priced on Tuesdays...the fish/shrimp tacos and specialty tacos were not half price. The food was delivered to our table quickly. The food was fresh and we enjoyed our tacos ( shrimp and fajita chicken tacos), chips and guacamole. The customer service was also good and helpful. I recently had an out of town guest visiting from the Bay. On a taco Tuesday we decided to venture over to the Fuzzy's Taco shop which I have passed by far too many times and wanted to try. My friend ordered the Shrimp taco's which consists of Grilled shrimp served on a soft corn tortilla and topped with garlic sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, cilantro, and feta. while I ordered the Spicy pork served on a soft corn tortilla and topped with garlic sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, cilantro, and feta. 2019 Yelp 120 Challenge #77 My very first experience with Fuzzy's Taco Shop was pretty good. I ordered their shredded chicken nachos with no chips and instead I got regular saggy nachos. Yuck! Luckily my hand band brought extra Fuzzy chips. I decided to give this Fuzzy's location a second chance. This time I ordered my lunch her. Chicken Nacho's with nacho's on the side and chips and Queso to share with my coworkers. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my food . I didn't notice that my chips and quest were missing until I retuned to work 15 minutes later. I was so disappointed because I tried to give this location another chance but, they refuse to pay attention to simple details. I called to inform the manager that they did not include my chips and quest and they just said that they would give me chips and queso on my next visit. I wasn't driving another 15 minutes just to pick up something that should have been in my order the entire time. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE RETURNING TO THIS FUZZY LOCATION BECAUSE THEY DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO SIMPLE DETAILS. read more

I love Fuzzys. Today I stated with Chips, queso, salsa, and guacamole. There was enough for three people and I took what was left home for later. For my entree, I ordered two California Heat tacos with breaded shrimp, bacon, avocado, and serano lime sauce. I have to say the serano lime squad certainly give it heat! Really good. Texas is open, where to go. It was 100° today and with the breeze coming across the open field across from fuzzies we knew where our Destiination has to be. The stuffed pepper and moussaka also got a thumbs-up from our group. I believe our server's name was Uli, and he was good. He took the time to explain several dishes. Greek food probably isn't at the top of my personal favorites list, but this one was ok.

Since no one acknowledged us, we just grab a seat at an empty table. After we sat down, someone came & gave us a menu. I got the egg benedict with bacon. It was unique that it came with sourdough instead of english muffin. Overall the egg benedict was alright. The sourdough gave the dish a sour taste. I didn't like the salad that it came with & some of the leaves weren't fresh. For my drink, I got the aussie iced coffee & it's nothing special. It's pretty much an affogato & tasted just like milk. I also tried the T.A.G big breaky. It wasn't as big as I would expected & it was a little overpriced for the amount you get. The sausage was very dry & overcooked, but everything else was good.

I will say the pasta was in oddly short pieces so don't expect to twirl your noodles on your fork! The chicken was well cooked and seasoned with a nice crust. The raw tomato addition didn't do too much for me but I didn't mind it overall. The soda fountain is an adorable tap that boasted drinks like cola, sparkling lemonade, cream soda, root beer and more. I'm not usually a fan of off brand cola but this one was great, if not a little watery for my taste. My pasta dish overall was $15.50, which was a great price for the amount I received. The plate was large and easily more than one portion. This is definitely one of the best "health food" places I've been to. Will definitely be back!

That all changed and was very noticeable during fathers day and especially this weekend during July 4th! The past few weeks when calling in to check for food availability or how busy it was, Ive noticed the same person answering every single one of my calls that I had to double take and make sure I called the right place! When I mentioned my concern about the massive line wrapped around the building during fathers day, mothers day and this weekend, the same lady named Kayla answered the phone. I was about to leave and she assured me that it would move fast and not to worry and that they had samples to ease some hunger while waiting. Sure enough, she was exactly right! To top it all off, after we got our food and sat down, she actually went above and beyond to come over to our table and check on us just because I had called to thank her for helping me from not leaving to the amazing customer service she provided. I let her know that is very rare now days and not to ever change that! I found out after meeting her that shes about to head out on maternity leave soon and honestly, I'm going to be a little sad when she leaves! She is a massive asset to the Hutchins team and can change the mood just by her smile and friendliness. Not only that, she gave a lot of good recommendations for trying some new foods at Hutchins and every time has been a good call! Give this girl a raise!! I wish Kayla the absolute best and I'll definitely be looking out for her when she gets back! Our server, I believe her name is Cynthia, was also fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed at the table. Excellent food, legendary customer service from Kayla, and a great experience overall! Its like our first time coming in each and every time.

Luckily I also ordered fries so I ate some of those but after trying to figure out if I could salvage my patty, by the time I decided to just have the fries, they were cold and soggy. I was hoping to have a solid burger to celebrate Independence Day but this burger was inedible. If you are ordering to go, I highly suggest checking your order prior to leaving.

Nothing more than a little squeeze of lemon over it and you could have brought me a dozen more. But we had to save room for our mains. I chose the gyros salad and my wife the baked haddock with Greek potatoes and string beans. Both dishes were perfect. Not too fancy and just what the doctor ordered. The skordalia wasn't for me, but that's simply because it's essentially a chilled potato dip, not a reflection of the restaurant. The Brazilian steak was fantastic, great flavor and cooked perfectly. The stuffed pepper and moussaka also got a thumbs-up from our group. I believe our server's name was Uli, and he was good. He took the time to explain several dishes. Greek food probably isn't at the top of my personal favorites list, but this one was ok.

We love your food, but do us all a favor and get rid of the ugly rude dark headed bartender...not sure what her name is Ceci, Cati...don't really care, but she had on cat ears the other day and she's a rude nasty piece of work. Rude when she gets your order wrong, rude when you come in at 9:30 and order food....the common theme here is RUDE! Get rid of her. Please! I promise you that you are losing business because of this chick. And just FYI management, she was bad mouthing you to us and the other customers on Friday night because you don't hire enough staff when you open the patio and how you leave the restaurant early and leave them stranded there with no help. Very tasty food at a reasonable price, served quickly. Friendly atmosphere. Sports bar meets Tex-Mex. I shall return. Great organic food. Large portions. Friendly knowledgeable professional staff. Great service. Clean resturant. Clean bathrooms. Margaritas are ok, got a better one from one bartender than the other. And it can be hard to get their attention. The stand outs are the steak burrito and the queso. The fried fish is pretty delicious too! We'll all definitely be ordering from here regularly now. read more

I think Renee G. nailed it when she said "Fuzzy's is not the best you'll ever have, but they do some things REALLY well." I love their chicken tacos. I know almost everyone loves their white queso, but I am really not a fan. It tastes so bland to me. Prices are inexpensive and they serve alcohol. What more could you want? read more

As a family of 5, there isn't a better place to take my kids than Fuzzy's. We love the food, atmosphere and staff at this location. It's a laid back, casual dining restaurant with excellent food. Best of all, the kids love it and I love that I can get breakfast tacos any time of day. read more
