Amazing chicken Cesar wraps my absolute favorite quick convenient place with fresh ingredients

Just visited the location on Main and Tollway, three staff members ignored me for several minutes while do other things, not a "hello or welcome" "we will be right with you" "I'm sorry you had to wait" I was the only person in the store. While filling the lettuce one of the bags fell on the floor while they continue to fill the lettuce using the other bags at the end, pick the one up off the floor didn't clean it, didn't wipe it off, but added it to the other lettuce, and when I asked if that was the bag from the floor, she said yeah, it's only outside that's dirty . Rude staff and not sure what else hasn't been cleaned. Keep your salad I will eat elsewhere. read more

The Avocado Salad is over 11 dollars and it had two tiny slices of avocado and equivalent of 1 slice of tomato. And the corn and black bean was sparse also. Very disappointed, no real protein and basically paid almost 12 dollars plus tip for lettuce and field greens. I know companies need to make money but this was very disappointing. The salads are extremely filling! Great portions and taste. The produce is also very fresh. I bought two salads on evening so I could have one for dinner and one for lunch the next day. On the next day my salad was still fresh and delightful. It's about $10-13 per salad which isn't bad, considering all the options and the convenience. If you're looking for something quick and relatively (I say 'relatively' because it depends on what you put in your salad of course ) healthy, I'd recommend trying it out! This is by far the worst snappy salads I have been to. I eat these salads often, have been a customer for several years and have been to most of the locations in the DFW area. This is the ONLY location that I continue to have issues with. I guess the empty dining room every time I visit should be an indicator, but lesson learned. I won't be back and urge you to choose another location if at all possible. read more

I got the bbq chicken salad. Overall it was very good, but there were only a few bites of chicken in it. The hummus wasn't very good. The pita bread was good while warm, but not so much after cooling. I will come back to try some of the other delicious sounding salads. read more

Snappy used to be a twice a month lunch spot for me. Now it's maybe a twice a year spot, if I can't think of anywhere else to go or I'm pressed for time. The quality of the ingredients is still good and the dressings are great, but the salads have gotten so small while the prices have continued to increase. A tiny scoop of what I call "chicken crumbs" is almost $4 and I bet it's less than a quarter of a breast. I usually leave Snappy still hungry. And they're losing business. At the mall this weekend the line for Cava was at least 30 deep. No one in line at Snappy. I waited at Cava. Didn't used to be like this. Hope they figure this out soon or they'll be gone. read more

This is my go to salad stop because it's fresh, fast, and has a great selection. The toppings bar has a few items that are either on rotation or available based on season/inventory so that forces me out of my old ways of always ordering the exact same thing everytime I go to a favorite spot. I have found it mostly rewarding here at Snappy Salads. My absolute favorite dressing is the sweet parsley and no matter what I put in my salad, the dressing fits right in. My 2 favorite meats are crispy chicken and steak. If I am taking it to go, I prefer to use my own avocado rather than pay a super premium for it. Their to-go container is very well thought out, with a seat for the dressing so it's not flying everywhere. They also use environmentally friendly utensils. The staff is hit or miss, sometimes I get someone really friendly and generous, other times I get someone who looks like they're having a bad day and will give the spoon an extra shake before delivering the scoop to your bowl. Can't say I get either of them more often than the other, so it's 50/50. While Snappy Salads is quite expensive (what isn't nowadays), I find that a single bowl is also very filling and ultimately, tasty and satisfying are all I'm looking for. read more

Sara, please address the value... if I would have asked for a pack of crackers it would have been an up charge. It's out of control...not sure if you are pushing the team to work on food cost, but it has went too much to the unfriendly side for both, customer and business. They put so little cheese (serious, enough for a taco at Taco Bell) and I asked if I can get a little more (clearly portioned wrong) and the old head looks at the register girl and gives the wink for an up-charge. Asked for a little extra ranch on side,up charge. Be careful, you can't see what they are ringing up... it gets too expensive for what you get. I will have ti stick with Salada if you can't get the team to make proper portions... clearly evident they are working on food cost at the customers expense. Sad..love the dressing and tortilla soup. We need this place in Ann Arbor. We can't give this place 5 stars because they don't have Diet Coke as an option. Otherwise, it's a great place to get a tasty salad quickly with plenty of healthy options. It has a nice modern and comfortable interior with a large patio and umbrellas. The staff was polite. First timer here and I loved it! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the grilled avocado salad. I also added grilled chicken. My salad looked so delicious as they prepared it. I took my meal to go. Once I got back to my office I tried it. OMG! It's was sooo good!! Everything taste fresh! The grilled avocado and grilled tomatoes were so good! Wow! The first salad I had here was not the best but SS has definitely turned things around. You can tell that the staff has been trained and whoever did it deserves a salad medal! As before, staff is super friendly except now they are also delicious salad makers! My second and third visits to this place - salads were delicious, service was fast and everything was CLEAN! So happy to have this close to home. Will definitely make this a favorite lunch stop. read more

For a few years this location like the rest has gone downhill and besides the menu being slashed of the really good items they have substituted certain good ingredients for some that are sub par. And now, like every restaurant that allows food delivery they play a blame game between Uber or grub or door on who's fault it is the order is incomplete. Just drive on up they say , come pick it up they say or next time they say. Yea $16 in fees it costs to have to go get your food or get comped next time!??? Nope no more you hold yourselves or the delivery company accountable and make it right right then! Or expect no more business from me ! I usually enjoy the salads from this place, but today the general manager was making the salad and was very rude and unprofessional. I asked him to give me fresh roman lettuce and he started giving me an attitude for this request. I'm very big on enjoying my buying experience whenever I patronize a business, and this visit was terrible. The only way I'll go back if i know he know longer the GM for that location. The Frisco location needs help. I love Snappy Salads and this location was great when it opened but it is lacking something now. Employees all seem new and unsure about what goes in to each salad. I ordered the grilled avocado salad. You could tell some workers didn't care and or didn't want to be there and weren't really listening to you. They asked if I wanted the dressing on the salad or on the side, said I wanted it on the side then they poured it all over the salad instead. Went to find a table and most of the open ones were dirty. My husband went to get a high chair and said they were all order dirty and he tried to get the "cleanest" one he could find. A friend invited me to try this place. I ordered the Baja shrimp wrap and substituted red cabbage for spring mix. It was so good! Perfect spice level with the jalapeno ranch. The food quality is good. Some of the staff is friendly, others seem annoyed. I don't like the placement of the menu. I wish they would have a menu available near the salad station. The portions seemed to be less than other Snappy's. I know I have difficult food allergies but I try not to be a burden to anyone. I felt like the staff was annoyed with my quirky allergy requests. For the second time I have ordered a grilled avocado salad and a side of sourdough bread for delivery and I have received a salad with NO avocado and NO side of bread. I was also missing another item in the salad. I have had missing ingredients in other salads in the past as well. I have let it go several times before because I know things happen sometimes but it is a pattern and I pay extra for the sides and missing items. So, this time I called up to the store to tell them so they could hopefully be aware and correct the issue and was cut off by some teen and told to "just go online to snappysalads.com and complain" and that he couldn't help me (or didn't care).
