The problem is they have two lanes, but one is NOT BEING USED PROPERLY! The big problem appears to be NOT ENOUGH LANES for average people wanting a food and a drinkz having to wait while some people ahead were getting huge others FROM THE DRIVE THROUGH. Bottom line, I FINALLY MADE IT TO THE WINDOW AT 9:33! OVER THIRTY MINUTES! If you can't do better than that, your management is not very efficient. That's exactly what I saw! I've been to HUNDREDS of Chick fil A's over the country, thousands of times! This location WAS THE WORST!!!

Everything here is fresh, made to order, and made with all-natural ingredients. Yes, you may wait a little longer, pay a bit more, but it's absolutely 100% worth it. I've been to this location several times and have used both the drive-thru and dined in. Every visit has been a great experience, and the staff has always been friendly and kind. My favorites are the chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders with Birdcall Sauce. I like all their sauces get an assortment. The fries are excellent, and the tots are just as good, (get the loaded tots you won't be sorry). You can really tell they care about quality from the food to the people who work here. WORTH IT. Atmosphere/Ambiance - 4/5 - Typical Whataburger. I can't remember that last time I ate at a Whataburger restaurant. Staff - 5/5 - Friendly. Curbside is always a plus. Food/Drink - Ordered the following: Today, I had a deal for a BOGO whataburger, which is great when you dress it up (extra tomatoes, grilled onions, extra pickles etc). I even added extra mustard, and it hit the spot. And the fact that with the BOGO deal, the burger is about $3, you can't beat that for the size. Now I normally go for their specialty burgers, but I can discuss that at another time. Overall, this is my favorite fast food burger spot, so I will definitely be back again.

Well tonight my husband and 3 kids decided to doordash an order and almost 20 mins later it tells me the store had cancelled it due to the "store being closed". Looked it up online and said it would be open for another 40 minutes but i told my husband to call just to be sure. We called asked if they were open they said yes. We started this conversation politely, we're not just going to rip into someone for something that could be a complete accident. We just wanted a little clarification on what had happened to our order and if we reorder it would they be able to make it. Then the man on the phone kept asking us how would we get it and how would it be picked up and we were so confused as to why that even mattered. We have doordash, they assign a dasher, it doesn't matter who's going to pick it up!! It then leads up to us getting a little frustrated because our question on if they can make the food or not has STILL not been answered after about a minute of back and forth and him (THE MANAGER ON THE PHONE) telling us "i don't know what you want me to do" over. and over. and OVER again. Finally my husband asks for his name because it was just ridiculous, we asked for someone else to talk to multiple times. He said i don't know to that as well. and then we told him we were going to contact someone higher up because of how UNPROFESSIONAL that location is, he then SCOFFED and said "i don't care, you got your money back". and laughed. Yes we got our money back but now we have to find a different place, and put in our orders before anything else closes because yall cancelled our order for NO REASON. We've never had these issues at this location and for someone to be as rude and CLUELESS as a manager of a restaurant just doesn't look good. Since we never got his name it was a middle aged indian man working on the night of January 30th @10 pm. There are rumors around town about a manager named "Alex" that is well... let's just say i've only ever heard people describe him with bad words so... Do with that what you will. Ugly people like that do NOT give it a good rep and those workers do not keep quiet about being mistreated! We will never be back to this location.

I went with the meatloaf since I kept seeing people call it the best thing on the menu, and they were right. We also tried the pot roast, which was fall apart tender, and made room for the cobbler at the end even though we were stuffed. Big portions, fair prices, and the service was warm without being over the top. There is a sweet little story behind the name too if you flip the menu over. I followed the instructions that says to call their number for curbside although I put my info in the order notes too. No one answered the phone , called 3 times . They said they still needed more time for the order (at 12:58) , order was placed at 12:40 , waited until pickup time at 12:55 to call/text. They came out with the order at 1:02pm but the order was incorrect & missing a side of sour-cream & the portions were tiny for the price. I texted the number again at 1:02pm to let them know I was missing the sour-cream & they said they would bring it out. 10 minutes had passed & I texted again if they would bring it out . They didn't respond , they finally brought it out at 1:15pm. The wait time was ridiculous for one kids meal & the missing item should have been brought out ASAP since my order was supposed to be ready at 12:55 & I waited an extra 20 minutes. I had a screaming infant in the car & just to grab food quick which is why I did curbside pickup. Overall , this place is overpriced for what they give , they do not follow order notes or instructions & good service is not their top priority.
