Food preparation is incredibly concerning, they use the same slicer for every item; bread, cheese, ham, beef, etc. which poses a huge risk for people with allergies, dietary restrictions, etc. We stopped by during a group event, and I was unable to eat anything since even the vegetarian options were contaminated by meat. However, service was fine, and the staff were friendly. They handle pressure well and work very hard. read more

My door dash order was missing a sandwich and I rang the store. The manager, Jacob, apologized and said they were on it and he would have it delivered asap. This is a brand new location in Prosper and I am so glad it is here! The interior is always perfectly spotless, and I love the design. It's so convenient to get to and the service is super fast! They have a dedicated team that prepares online orders, so even those are extremely fast! My favorite sandwich is the Original Italian! Ask for double oil/vinegar and double seasoning for an even more amazing taste! The meats are free of nitrates and the bread is always freshly-baked. If you haven't been to this location yet, you must try it! Absolutely fantastic!! You will love the crew here. There are 2 things that I don't play about, my food & my money. This experience left me hot about both! I'm known as the sandwich queen at my house. Crust to crust is a must....bread to filling ratio is so important. There is an art to this thing! But also, It's just a sandwich.... You can't mess that up, right? WRONG!! I ordered a turkey and a mushroom swiss to go. The staff was very nice and super helpful. The location was sparkling clean. The subs themselves looked very fresh, but they were so unsatisfying. I'm not even sure specially if it was the meat or the bread or a combo of the 2, however, they missed an opportunity for a great first customer experience. I was able to get 1/2 of it down. The staff at this location are so friendly, welcoming, and efficient! They remember previous conversations we've had. I share one giant #5 super sub with my husband which has just the right amount of meat slices. You could get #13 if you want even more meat which has everything #5 comes with plus salami and pepperoni but beware it's a big boy so it could get messy. Tables are clean and we are almost always able to find one to sit at despite the large amounts of people who are coming and going during the lunch rush. read more

I came here with my bf and I have never experienced such amazing customer service before!!! Every person working at 8pm on 5/7 was so kind, very attentive, and asked about our day. I swear the past 20 times I've ordered for delivery the acre it up. Read the damn notes! Read the damn notes! They usually put the juice on the sandwich when I request on the side! I don't want a freaking soggy bread sandwich by the time I get it. Tonight I requested provolone instead of Swiss. Guess what it came with Swiss! 2nd time trying this place . First time got the same sandwich at the location in Frisco . I ordered a giant . At first I was like I guess this is a lot considering the price of $18 it was just very thin. But man got one here and opened it up , it was packing. it was thick you could see all the layers just piled up onto eachother . They definitely made that sandwich up to its name love to see it. Also very kind people . I requested roasted peppers and they didn't have anything but they went out of their way to call and make a effort to substitute it . Most places wouldn't have told you . Definitely won't be coming here again. One of the employees Bobby is his name I believe was extremely rude to the guests. I overheard him talking to a few people ordering making very nasty remarks to them, and the manger is also incompetent and doesn't know how to control his staff.
