My husband had the bacon avocado burger and said the burger tasted great too, but he had the same complaint about the soggy bun. He also ordered the onion rings and thought they were way too salty. Great costumer service! I have celiac and like to go to shake shack because they have a gluten free bun option, not just lettuce wrap. I was tired after a long day at the pool and completely forgot to ask for my burger on the gluten free bun when ordering. I didn't realize my mistake until my burger arrived with the same exact bun as my non gluten free mother. The workers were very kind when I explained my mistake. They remade my burger on the gluten free bun without hesitation, and didn't even charge me the extra fee for the gluten free bun. read more

Food: 2 STARS Burger was lack luster and bland. The presentation was great. It looked amazing, but had no flavor, seasoning or grill taste. It was truly disappointing. Visited this new fast-casual restaurant today, and I am so glad I did! I had the Bacon Jam burger, which includes a topping of onion rings. To me, the bun can make or break and in this case, definitely makes. Pillow soft and perfectly grilled on one side, it was perfect. I also ordered the krinkle fries which are dusted with cayenne pepper. Don't let that worry you, it's just the right amount and they are delicious. The burgers are 100% Angus and taste homemade. Both were absolutely delicious but the cookies and cream milkshake is the showstopper! It's so creamy and good! It reminds me of an Oreo blizzard in milkshake form and that's my jam!!! I just paid $43.13 to check place my own order, order "fast" food, & wait 25 minutes to get my food. One & only burger is 5 minutes away, half the price, 1/4 of the time to wait & better quality.
