Okay Prosper!! We love to see more Vietnamese representation!! I was so hyped to visit Ginger & Spice. I gotta be real with you I didn't get the best nights sleep so I was feeling super tired. I ordered a viet ice coffee or for my fellow Vietnamese fam ca phê sữa đá and BOOOM it brought some life to me. I would have lovedddd to try their pho but unfortunately I was wearing a white shirt you know don't wanna get any stains slurping up those noods so I got the shaken beef. MMM y'all I have a fav viet spot (not gonna name drop bc all the energy is going to G&S you know what I'm saying) but ooo it was good! Don't tell my mama I came here tho bc she Will always say her food is better. It's an Asian thing iykyk. Saigon forever!!!

My wife and decided to try this place. We had: Beef pho - Solid! Broth was very flavorful and may be one of my favorites in DFW so far. My only complaint is the noodles were a little mushy. Spicy Coconut Lemongrass Pho: This stuff was really good. I'll order it again. Fried Egg Rolls: They were smaller than I was expecting. Pretty good flavor. I liked them being wrapped in rice paper. Green Papaya Salad: Sweet, sour, salty, deliciousness. Dessert: Ube Basque Burnt Cheesecake. This was good too. I was expecting a little more Ube but over all, it was solid.

Pretty good food... especially for the area. Automatic deduction for service. Please train the staff better. When customers walk in, our goal is not to stand there as models inside the restaurant. Please acknowledge us... busy or not, a quick "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. Let's not act like we are invisible.

Very yummy and flavorful!! I got the bun bo hue. It had a nice tang and was a good level of spice. The servers were really nice but service was a tad slow. The place itself is cute and clean. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying their pho!

Tried this pho spot. Got the beef pho, Banh mi, individual egg rolls, and Thai ice tea. The Thai ice tea could have used a bit more half & half. Egg rolls had a good taste. Me personally, I'm not a fan of the type of wrapping that was used for the egg rolls, but still had good flavor. Meat inside was tender & tasty. The Banh mi tasted fresh, and bread that was used was soft & lightly crisp. The bread tasted like a white roll instead of a French baguette, but still good. The pate & veggies tasted fresh. Now, the main course: The Pho. For a small portion it was generous. The beef & noodle was very soft and flavorful. I liked the presentation of the pho bowl as it sat on a larger plate that carried your garnishes. The broth had a clean flavor, and tasty. I enjoy a more bold beef broth as this one was light, and could have been a bit hotter. Fairly large restaurant with plenty of seating. The shopping plaza is pretty large with plenty of parking. Great taste in music.

Fresh Spring Rolls with shrimp with peanut sauce and garlic noodles delivered. Very good and flavorful meal.

I am only rating 4 stars due to the price of the food. Otherwise the taste was really phenomenal. For an appetizer we got the spring rolls which come with a side of peanut sauce. I liked that it was well balanced and not heavy on the peanut flavor. For entrees we got the Beef Pho and Pork Bahn Mi. This is where the price comes in for us. We eat these items a lot at other restaurants and they are typically $10-13 vs prices on the menu. I was also surprised by the Bahn not having a side and $5 fries. The sandwich, while flavorful was majority vegetable/bread and less pork. The pho was similar with limited meet and heavy on broth and noodles. The service was also amazing. Our server was friendly and attentive.

I love this restaurant! The beef pho is amazing!!! Such great flavors and not overly salty broth! The egg rolls are amazing as well! They are a bit on the pricey side compared to other places. But food quality is much better than anywhere else I've found! The inside is beautiful. Well decorated and tables aren't right on top of each other. I definitely recommend stopping in here for a bite!

We came in at 230 and the place empty BUT it was clean, decor is nice and we were greeted immediately. I'm Vietnamese and I've been searching for a place that has really good authentic Vietnamese food. This place is it! The attention to detail with even the eggrolls with a side of green leaf with mint and basil leaves to wrap was a nice touch. Just wished they used regular egg roll wrap Daughter had a passion fruit boba drink. She slurped that up really quick. The Grilled Pork Banh Mi was AMAZING!! Lots of places really akimp

Super streamlined online order service integrated with Toast and an accurate pick up time! I ordered the grilled pork vermicelli and was pleasantly surprised at the portion size for the takeout container. Flavorful pork, perfect texture of noodles, and delicious blend of flavors from the pickled carrots and daikons and herbs. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu and maybe dining in.

Walking in the place ambiance is casual and clean. Great for lunch and hangouts…read more The owners and server were very nice. I order spring roll and special pho. The spring roll here is pretty good but missing a vegetable that typically goes with it(not a biggie). The pho was ok in my opinion. The broth was rich but it's not beefy as I would've like. The topping was okay, the muscle was very thinly sliced. The pho is meh. Pho is southern style, in case you wondering. However, I do love how they care about the presentation, it look really good. Overall, I think it's a good place to satisfy your pho craving without having to drive far. This place does well in presentation and its customer services but I think it little lack in the food quality and serving size given the price (it's a little pricey but it is located in prosper so...). I would say give it a try.

3 stars, but it technically gives you your pho fix…read more The broth was decent flavor wise, the place was very clean, and the staff was friendly. But this bowl was apparently engineered from a combination of stone, steel, and whatever they use to build heat shields for spacecraft. Over an hour later I still couldn't touch the outside of the bowl. Looking at the semi-empty bowl afterward felt like I had just survived a medieval cooking experiment. Ordered the large rare beef x2 and tripe pho for $15.50. Their small is very small.... Sizes up front on counter for comparison. They give you an ocean of broth, but somehow I ran out of meat halfway through. The tripe portion was decent, but the rare beef was basically on a witness protection program. The broth was also pretty fatty/oily, which started catching up to me halfway through the meal. Also got about 3 leaves of Thai basil total. Never got a water refill either, which felt extra aggressive considering the soup was approximately 4,000 degrees. And maybe it's just me, but the Sriracha bottles tasted suspiciously watered down. Not terrible pho, just overpriced for what you get. If you need a pho fix, it works. Just bring oven mitts....

On both occasions, we started with the spring rolls (grilled pork during our first visit and shrimp during our second visit), and these are fresh and delicious with the peanut sauce it comes with! Unfortunately, they did forget our shrimp spring rolls on our second visit and we had to ask for it after we had both received our bowls of pho... Now onto the main dishes. My fiance has ordered the special combination pho on both occasions and he loves it. This bowl comes packed with different meats, and the broth here is really good. I've had the BBQ & wonton egg noodles and the pho with eye of round steak / flank / tripe. While I loved my bowl of pho (no notes), I do wish the bowl of BBQ & wonton egg noodles was a bit more flavorful. Think I will likely stick to their pho in the future since that's definitely the tried and true :)

The decor was simplistic, but cool. The restaurant is small but cosy. All the tables were taken when we walked in, the place was buzzing, but we got our table within less than 10 minutes.
