It's a little pricier than other fast casual restaurants, but the portions are generous and it's SO GOOD! I can't wait to try the Lao Spicy Sausage and the Sabaidee Riblets because those looked amazing too but we were already taking some of our meals to go! Super sweet service with a grandma making the food in the kitchen. 5 stars easy and I can't wait to come back!

I enjoyed every bite I took. My sister however said her food was on the salty side. Before heading out the door, I ordered Pad See Ewy and Riblets to take to the airport for my return flight to San Diego. Service: The staff at the register made sure she had our orders correctly before putting them through. In addition to being thorough, she was also attentive. After finished helping other customers, she came to check if our food was to our liking (not a full service diner). The owner, Boi, also came by our table and had a chat with us while visiting his establishment. Note: New items: -Coconut Shrimp (5 pcs) $7.99 -Potstickers $6.49 -Pineapple Fried Rice $13.99 -Khao Piak $13.99 -Mee Ka Tee $13.99

Definitely a busy area, but our wait time was just right! We ordered quite a few things; Thai crispy rolls Chicken pad Thai Satay chicken (the peanut sauce was cherry on top) 3 flavored fish (so so good, main reason I wanted to come back & eat again. So delicious!!) & I think Tom Yum? Everything was so yummy, we truly enjoyed all the dishes. But my favorites were definitely the 3 Flavored Fish & Tom Yum! Also ordered mango sweet rice for dessert (picture from takeout order), one of my favorites!! & Thai iced tea, first time having it.. so tasty, one of my new favorite beverages

I ordered at the counter and it was greeted by a wonderfully friendly woman who took my order. I went with the vegetable pad Thai no spice this time didn't wanna get in over my head the first time and cream cheese wantons. The restaurant was clean and comfortably busy with a few tables full by the time I headed out the pads I had great flavor not too sweet and the portion size was bigger than expected. The wontons are a little more done than I prefer but still tasty. I definitely give them another try overall I'd recommend this spot and will be returned.

Our dine in experience was wonderful: quick attentive service in a warm and friendly environment. We ordered potstickers for an appetizer and they were plump and tasty. I had the orange chicken and it tasted clean and fresh. He had the Thai basil beef and said that it was delicious. Last night, we ordered take out: corn patties, chicken satay, Thai basil chicken and cashew chicken. Our order was ready promptly, and our meal was packaged with care. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. This morning, I received a nice note, thanking me for my order. On our next visit, we intend to visit during Happy Hour to enjoy bites and cocktails. We are so glad that we found this neighborhood restaurant and look forward to enjoying many more meals with the friendly staff at Thai Spice.

Tom yum soup was good but I'd say it's on the sweeter than sour side but still good. The tom kha (ate before we got a picture lol) was very good! We also got the wonton soup which was good. Side of fried rice was basic but I expected that for only $4-5, it did have a garlicky taste which was nice. Spice level are good, the medium had a kick and lingering spice to it. The hot wasn't unbearable but a good heat. I would be curious on the Thai spicy and might get it next time

When I walked in, I was the only customer. I was greeted by the server and told to seat myself. I planned to order the steamed chicken and rice from the lunch menu along with a side of tom kha soup. After waiting for a while without anyone coming to take my order, I went up to the counter myself since I was short on time. I ordered the steamed chicken with rice (khao man gai) and the tom kha soup, requesting spice level 2 for the soup and 1 for the chicken. I was told the chicken didn't come with a spice level, but the soup could be made a 2. The soup came out and was actually pretty good. After waiting quite a while for the entrée, I checked in and was told they didn't have it. At that point I was confused . I asked what I had ordered then, since I was starving and had no idea what I was waiting for all this time. What Thai restaurant doesn't have chicken and rice in stock? Especially if it's advertised as a lunch special. Long story short, I left hungry. The service was disappointing and the communication could have been much better. I ended up going across the street to Chick-fil-A instead.
