Okay. I honestly have no idea what really happened. My friend and I had a really upset stomach after eating here, and when I brought my leftovers home my dad ate some and he had an upset stomach too... the food was actually pretty good, which is why it really surprised me. In comparison of other location. 1. Level 1 spicy is the same as level 5. (If spicy level can not be adjusted, don't even ask the customer for spicy level) 2. The food was way too salty. 3. Thai tea was way too sweet and doesn't taste like Thai tea. That sugar level can be divided into two cups. 4. The chicken satay was not as good in comparison to other location. The food and service here was good. Tried the pineapple fried rice, the links, spring rolls and Tom yum soup on the first visit. The food was flavorful and fresh. The links had quite a bit of bigger pieces of fat inside. This is the only thing I did not enjoy. I went back a second time within a week to get the Tom Yum soup again for my love who was sick. I've been coming here for a few years and tonight is one of my worst experience ever. They took on a huge catering order and made it a higher priority than all of their customers. I had to wait an hour for an online order and the expected wait time for any new walk in orders was at 50 min when I finally left. They are not prepared to handle large orders. read more

When we came in yesterday the service was amazing and the food was lovely, when we had a dish rang in wrong our waiter fixed it right away and was so cheerful. So when we decided to come back again today we were very disappointed to say the least. Right away our waiter who was different than yesterday wasn't friendly at all. When taking our orders she didn't ask what spice level we wanted, as the girl yesterday had, so I asked if there were different spice levels to our food that we ordered, and she said that if we wanted to add spice we needed to ask, otherwise they wouldn't add any spice. When we got our food lo and behold it was too spicy. When we tried to get her attention to figure out what to do about our food it was nearly impossible because both the girls were on their phones the whole time. When she finally came over she was very put off by our request to switch it out with something else. Her reasoning was they could do that but she didn't want to because it was wasteful (obviously suggesting that she didn't want to do that) so she said they could just take it back and add more cream to it. So she took it back and it was fine once fixed. When another girl at our table asked for the same thing because hers was also too spicy our waiter acted as if that was absurd, but did it anyway.
